HOUSE OF GLASS PROMO #10: 24.

Hurricane Hawk is shown walking out of his tour bus in the parking lot of the Little Caesars Arena as he starts to walk into the arena. Hurricane Hawk walks towards the training area in the arena as he starts to wrap his hands up in tapes as he sits down in a chair before the cameraman walks in with Flashback and Hurricane Hawk sighs and smirks as he stands up looking Flashback in his eyes.

Flashback: Hey Hawk, I just wanted to ask a few questions before you got busy..

Hurricane Hawk: Sure Flash.. ask me anything I’m in a good mood today.

Flashback: Really.. wow, you promise you won’t push me this time?

Hurricane Hawk: It’s all good, shoot your questions..

Flashback: Alright Hawk.. we are just one day away from House of Glass.. how focused and prepared do you feel?

Hurricane Hawk: One. Just one more day.. 24 hours until we see the moment that everyone has all been looking for: House of Glass. You have nothing but the GREATEST performing tomorrow and then you get to see the best getting the opportunity of a lifetime to prove himself at a big stage once again. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a stage like this and at these stages I just seem to get my name made. It is about TIME that I finally get to see myself finally made to be one of the greatest. There has been comebacks all over with guys, but when it comes to me people see nothing but those departures and small mistakes. They see that once I fail once again that it is fully over for me. I had to work to get this opportunity to even get back into this business. So how ready am I Flash? I’m fully ready.. I’m willing to step into this training area and I’m willing to put my body on the line just like I am tomorrow in that ring and I am going to keep going until I win. Failing is not an opportunity. You see.. you have the guys like Ahren Fournier and Target Smiles who are the big “expected” winners and then you have me low at the bottom looking to come from the bottom once again and grind for what’s mine. That opportunity for the EAW Hardcore Championship, I’m looking to make it mine and then make the championship mine. It all sounds so simple but it’s going to be hard to get. I’m not going to lie I see some of these guys are elite, but they are not going to do enough that is going to put me down for the count tomorrow. I cannot fall.. and I will not fall. I’m tired of being down here at the bottom knowing that I can do better.. knowing that I can BE better. Flashback, this morning I looked at all of the things I’ve done in the past and I realized that even when you grab all of the things you say you were going to grab it just is not enough to cement yourself in this business. You have to do more, and I’m willing to do just that and adding that EAW Hardcore Championship to that list just one more time will do just fine for me. I know the other guys are looking to make a name for themselves and want the opportunity, but they do not want it just as much as I do. As much as they have the potential and the youth.. they do not have the hunger like I do. I’ve been in this position before.. I know what I have to do to get exactly what I want. My mind is stuck on this match and it is not going to go off of it until I see myself with my hand raised at the end of the match and I’m the new number one contender for that EAW Hardcore Championship?

Hurricane Hawk looks over to see his trainer as he turns his head back to Flashback. Hurricane Hawk looks at the shattered glass that the trainer brings in as he smirks and then picks up the box of it.

Hurricane Hawk: You see Flash.. I’m not just about to lift weights.. and do what everyone else does but I’m going to put myself through the pain and be used to what everyone has to offer. Just like Dampshaw that looks to speak out loud himself and sees himself winning, when really just like everyone else he’s going to fall to me. Dampshaw you want to make a name for yourself? I want you to step to me and take me down. I dare you, because as soon as you make that mistake I’m going to break you just like I plan on doing to Ahren Fournier. The both of you are very similar.. very loud with speaking.. but so low with action. So foolish, I remember those days.. but even in my youthful days I was actually STILL doing things. I was actually doing ACTIONS like winning the EAW Hardcore Championship.. WINNING the EAW Alternative X Championship.. I was building and building while you guys are still looking for that one chance that can help you BUT THIS.. is not for you anymore it’s for me. I will not be denied ever again. I have been GOING extremely hard and when you see me in that ring you’re going to realize that I’m not just a man.. I’m a beast. I’ve stated my claims.. and now I’m going to step into that ring in 24 hours and make all of you look like disappointments. All of your fans are going to come to support you just to see you fail once again and then afterwards.. Dampshaw.. Ahren.. Target.. you’re going to ask yourselves.. What now? What can I do now? While I’m stepping towards the second part of this mission which is grabbing that EAW Hardcore Championship. I am going to make the title that I buried MINE and make sure that no one ever touches it once again unless it’s me. I’m the man of extreme. I GREW into the era of EXTREME. For me.. this is what I live for. This is what I was made for. This is what I CAME back for. So all of these people can look and think that Ahren is going to win.. or that Target is going to win, but I’m just going to cancel out the noise and do what everyone does not expect: me winning at House of Glass.

Hurricane Hawk pours some of the glasses in his hand over the hand tape and looks at it before looking back into the camera.

Hurricane Hawk: Just like shattered glasses.. all of you kids are just small pieces to make that I’m just going to blow away. When it comes to make or break I come in the clutch for myself. I know what I have to do tomorrow at House of Glass, and once everyone sees that I’m here for the long run.. they’ll see that I’m just the man they want to see gain the success and build from the bottom. I hope all of you are ready.. but even when you all are ready, I’ll just be a few steps ahead of everyone.

Hurricane Hawk smirks as he hands the microphone back to Flashback before he drops the glass pieces back into the box and walks back over to his trainer.

Malicious Intentions #10
There Can Be Only One….and You’re Not it. And You’re Not it. And you’re not it.

I have been doing a lot of talking this week. I know. That doesn’t take me far from my actual job though of observation and preparing strategies, however. As I’ve noticed that some of you go for complete silence, like the Amy-Jayne’s of the world. Considering that she may not have much to add to the conversation, most would probably consider that a good thing. Some of you are pretty selective in opening your mouth or even being seen in public like Laura, Megan, and a few others. There are some of you who stand out considerably for running your mouths. I’m not saying that in complete disrespect either. That’s fun, in my opinion! I enjoy trying to figure out personalities (Except for Haruna, who I consider to be the most unstable and foolish wretch that I’ve ever come across.)

Madison, for instance. You have all the tools. You have already proven yourself capable of being a World Champion and there is no doubt that you can play this wrestling game better than most people in EAW regardless of gender. There are some flaws that in my opinion hold you back from being even greater than what you could be. Your arrogance is blinding you. You know that you are not completely where you should be, yet you beat your chest and scream about how you are the strongest and everything that you have done for wrestling. I’m a relative newcomer so you perhaps helped pave the way for me, but there are plenty of people who paved the way for YOU that you never seem to acknowledge. You’re also in denial. You say that you have a calm, collected air to you….that is nonsense. I have seen you rampaging about for the slightest transgression, I’ve seen what you say and how you carry yourself when you are angry. For you to say that you are calm under pressure is a bigger façade than Haruna’s gimmick of the month. You are a hotheaded underachiever and you know it. How is walking with hatred in your heart something cool and calm? That’s not poise, that’s pent up anger. I know that from experience because I’ve more than once felt that same anger tearing at my body. You talk about winning this battle royal as if it’s your destiny. Destiny is fickle. Complaining and offering vague statements of mistreatment is not the way to succeed at anything. Being a former champion, you know what is needed now. Focus, resolve and ability. I can see the resolve and have been well-versed of your ability…but I’m starting to wonder if the focus is truly there.

Sophia…for someone who seems to have a very honest and pragmatic approach to things, I’m amazed that you are so ignorant to the ways of battle and preparation. The reason I decided to listen to the advice of Erica Ford, at least to entertain what her beliefs of the matter are, are the same as just about any historian studying why an empire fell or an important military engagement was lost. You don’t learn every lesson from just reading the brilliance of the victors. You can learn too from the history of the defeated. I’ll give you a military example. One of the foolish mistakes that two very famous warlords ever made was attempting to invade Russia. Napoleon Bonaparte made this mistake as part of his series of wars throughout Europe. He severely miscalculated the length of time it would take to bring the Russian Army to battle and defeat it and his army suffered for it. Over 400,000 men of his allied force died on the battlefield or during the retreat through frigid weather. Here is where the “paying attention to history” thing comes into play. Hitler made a similar mistake about 130 years later, attempting to invade the then-Soviet Union. It didn’t end well. My philosophy in life and especially in wrestling is to learn as much as I can from anyone and everyone, even those that aren’t particularly skilled. Learning how NOT to do certain things can be just as important as learning how to do things properly in the long run. I’m not having Erica Ford negotiate my contracts or God forbid ever have her pick music for me to listen to on a cross-country drive, but I’m willing to listen a little bit about her wrestling experience, positive or negative. And while I’m not necessarily the most confident in my adaption to wrestling, it’s not a self-indictment of my skill. I know I can fight, and I know I can fight well. You’re very right about us being two different people. The things that you are wrong about are the outcome and my fate. I will NEVER run in retreat. It’s not in an Airman to withdraw until the mission’s done. And I will not lose. Not to you or to anyone else for that matter. Not now, not later, not ever. I appreciate your offer of good luck, but these fists and my willpower are all I’m going to need to bulldoze through you and the rest of the competition.

Alexis, while I appreciate the respectful reply and the heads up, I just want you to understand that it’s not my style to cower in fear. I don’t know much about you or your family, but after experiencing war with my eyes, very few things in this world can frighten me. Hell, my greatest fear at this point in life is running out of booze, so that will probably give you an indication of how little a fuck I give for most human beings or things in general. This match is important to me, not because I’m simply trying to advance my career, but as you pointed out….it’s my mission. I’ve never missed a target that I was sent to take out and I’ve always managed to pull through things, no matter how tough things get. Bring your worst. Send your daughter. Send Madison. Send anything and everything you want to attempting to stand in my way. Haeng-un-eul bibnida to you though.

Just don’t send anything you want back. That’s my warning and challenge to you.

Simple math, ladies. 20 – 19 = 1

I will be the one left standing at the end, not any of you three or anyone else.

Anthony Leonhart – King Of Elite 1st round
vs Lucian Black // Rise on Black's fall, part 2.

Topics tagged under 10 on Elite Answers Wrestling 6a00d8341c285b53ef019aff96c06d970d-800wi

Anthony Leonhart is with his newly acquired unsanctioned championship known as the EAW Royal Breed Championship, a knock-off of Ryan Marx's New Breed Championship. 16:30 am. Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Anthony stills looks at the horizon with a robe who has some flair in it. He's pretty confident as he has finished to hear what Black has to say to me for his match for the King Of Elite tournament.

Anthony Leonhart, EAW Royal Breed Champion

« I'm on a mission, Anthony. On a mission to regain what I was deprived of my, the shadows that surrounded me and the beast that haunted me. » Lucian Black, 2017.

----------------------------------------------

In one line, you just lost the less of credibility I gave you. You're on a mission to regain what was yours, right ? I told that before you speak, Am I right ? Of course I am. You say that I hooked up Amy-Jayne off the streets to make her my queen ? Are you stupid, you big muscular man beast ? Is God forgot to give you a brain ? Amy Jayne came to me when I was out of the Sanatorium after they rehabilited me of my Emily dementia. God bless her soul. And you say that I'm the one who hook her up ? I guess you didn't saw my story through the video packages who were on Dynasty, brand where you perform, remember big dog ?

Right after, you say I created my EAW Royal Breed Championship because I can't have a title shot by myself ? Who faced TLA when he was Interwire Champion ? Me. Who faced Drake Jaeger, the actual EAW Interwire Champion when at PFP and made an incredible performance for his first PPV match ? Me. Don't tell me, that I can't have shots by myself. Because I can. That's why I'm on Dynasty almost each week so you'd better find another target to shoot on because this one, is an already lost bullet. The reason why I created this championship to show that how good can be with a championship belt and say to EAW staff, I'm here. I'm charismatic. I can talk on the mic. My in-ring skills are freaking good as EAW commentators says. This Royal Breed Championship is a tribute to my exuberance, this is a catalyzer off my dirty words that I can sent directly to your face but I won't because of my new elegance and class. I'm the essence of the narccissism. I love what I do, don't care if I win or lose, I do the things when I want, when I want no matter of the time, on how I make them. At the end, my name will be in the EAW history books if that not the case yet.

-------

Look how Lucian Black is. He talked about me disrespecting the other Kings of Elite, right ? I didn't talked about them, that's so bad. I only talked about the tournament and you say that I direspected the former winners of the tournament. I swear to God, you're the most stupid guy in the EAW. You think because I'm French that I can't speak very well and defend myself about something I didn't talk about ? False. I said that EAW should put some new fresh talents just to show the new EAW product will be and not how the actual EAW product is with some established names. A tournament of top prospects, right ? That's why I get you in the first round, so. Because they know who is the most (in)credible to face you, Lucian Black. They know that that fresh, cocky, arrogant superstar, self-proclaimed King can kick your ass and let you beat down, in the streets of the underground. And this, will be the fire that will ignite the fire of the New Era for 2017.

-------

You speak about the New Era with the names of Nico Borg. Jon McAdams. Ryan Marx. And of course, all three are champions. That shows one thing Lucian Black, you still want your spotlight that gone away. Whatever you say, there is a little something to show that you're hiding the desire to be the top dog, look at what line I quoted. Look who said as the new elitists who burst on the EAW scene. All champions. Lucian Black, do you know what you are ? You're just the definition of a self-centered, egostitical, whining little diva. Just like this actor...The Stone...I mean The Rock but at least, with him it was entertaining and he has talent, not like you...Lucian Black. So you would please be on the bench of replacements and let the number #10 in soccer, that means if you don't understand it, me, Anthony Leonhart, The King With An Iron Fist have his moment to shine in the New Era Team.

Let the Frenchman shows you how to make a brilliant GOAL in soccer in brilliant fashion.

Au revoir. #TKWAIF

So what do you guys think about this? I'm actually surprised at this, but then when you put in how long someone's been in the company, and title run checks and then the net worth with Total Divas, it doesn't work. Plus merch.

Welp, given how long I have been a wrestling fan, this is basically going to be a collection of my ten fondest memories about the business. Here goes:

#1 - Big Van Vader

LOOK AT THIS GUY. This guy hitting a MOONSAULT on your friend and mine Sting is the very first thing related to wrestling that I saw as a little kid. The sight of this larger-than-life mountain of a man, flying through the air like the world's most muscular butterfly, pretty much single-handedly made me into a wrestling fan, right there and then.

#2 - Ric Flair

Arguably the best promo man of all times, long before Steve Austins and the Dwayne Johnsons took the world by storm. What made him TRULY great, however, was his uncanny ability to have fantastic matches with just about anyone: you could be the sloppiest, dumbest, least talented musclehead in the roster, but the moment you stepped in the ring with him, he would make you into a star. I cannot even begin to count the men who wouldn't have been as successful in the business without him.

#3 - Shawn Michaels

After two WCW guys, finally a WWF/E guy in the top three. And what a guy he is: you know how some wrestlers don't make it far because, as good as they are in the ring, they lack showmanship and charisma? You know how some other are good on the mic, but are held back by their lack of in-ring talent? Well, Michaels was great at both, he was the perfect mix: from this standpoint, he was perhaps the best of all times. Unfortunately, he also was one of the most obnoxious, insufferable prick in the business, refusing to work with guys and pulling backstage politics stunts left and right: he apparently got better after discovering religion in the 2000s... Which gave us the Vince vs God angle, so yeah. How WWE did NOT delete that from their account is beyond me.

#4 - Mick Foley

This guy had more charisma than all other wrestlers in history combined, but he lacked the technical abilities: how did he make up for it? BY PUTTING HIS LIFE (literally!) ON THE LINE. He was so in love with the business that, for the sake of telling a good story, he accepted to (in completely random order): be powerbombed by Vader on concrete, do a hangman spot where his ear was literally ripped apart, be speared through a flaming table, be thrown off the HiaC cage twice in the same night, and God knows how many more. On other news, a twisted thumb once caused Sin Cara to break character and call off a match with Alberto Del Rio.

#5 - Bret Hart

You are two positions below your real life rival, sorry Bret. Fantastic in the ring and excellent on the mic, Bret was, for all intent and purposes, the perfect babyface. Unfortunately for him, he reached the peak of his career in a time period, during which being the perfect babyface wasn't considered cool anymore. This led to a downfall in his career in WWF, so he jumped ship to WCW... Just as WCW was entering its dumbest, screwiest, most destructive period. Suffices to say, that didn't end well.

#6 - Sting

A certified legend and arguably the biggest star to ever achieve international success outside of WWE/F, the sole reason why he doesn't rank higher in this list is that, for some reason, he has played the role of the dumb babyface (you know, the one whose friends always end up turning on him) for most of his career. And I just cannot get behind dumb babyfaces. Now I know it is technically not his fault (the bookers wrote him into such angles), but... Well, one would think that, after such a long, glorious career, a prominent wrestler such as Sting would have at least a degree of creative control over his character, right? But apparently, the creative control card is something only Hogan and his buddies pulled regularly, both in WCW and in TNA.
Oh, and he once teamed with Robocop.
Of course I am serious.

#7 - Kane

This is a man who earned my respect simply by remaining in the business. The fact that a man could remain true to his passion and keep on doing his job with professionalism, despite how consistently the bookers have been throwing all sorts of crap at him over the years, is nothing short of amazing. First debuting as Fake Diesel (by which I mean, he wore a wig and pretended to be Kevin Nash, who had jumped to WCW earlier that month. That didn't end well), Glenn Jacobs was then repackaged as Jerry Lawler's EVIL DENTIST. That didn't end well, either. So he returned as the Undertaker's demented brother Kane, whose run with the company included being accused of necrophilia (complete with Triple H reenacting the alleged corpse-screwing), having his backstory retconned approximately 382947 times, raping and impregnating Lita, falling on top of Lita following a chair shot from one Gene Snitsky (which caused her to miscarry), electrocuting Shane McMahon's balls, setting Jim Ross on fire (oh by the way, Daniel Bryan was once fired for pulling the tie of an announcer. It was too violent an act, you see), jobbing to his brother, teaming up with his brother, turning on his brother, jobbing to his brother AGAIN, ruining Zack Ryder's career on the way to persuading John Cena to embrace the hate, and becoming a corporate suit. Somehow, none of the above caused him to ask for his release. Mad props there, man.

#8 - The Undertaker

Ok be honest with me here. If a guy registered on this site and said, "my gimmick is that of a wrestling undertaker who is actually undead, and possesses magical powers granted to him by a misterious urn", would you take him seriously? Somehow, Mark Calaway took this gimmick and built a legendary career on it. The fact that the same man, who consistently put on five star matches with all sorts of opponents, could then do things like kidnapping Stephanie McMahon (or Teddie Long), hanging the Big Bossman, burying Paul Bearer in cement or remotely causing Bob Orton to bleed, all the while remaining absolutely credible in the eyes of the fans, is something that will never cease to amaze me. And of course, we are talking about a man who, in 22 appearences at WM, managed to string together 20 victories... And that thing with Giant Gonzalez, before being defeated in somewhat anticlimactic fashion by Brock Lesnar. With Cena on his way to matching (if not beating) Ric Flair's record of world titles held, the streak is the one feat that nobody will ever recreate.

#9 - The Big Show

Another guy whom I respect for his willingness to keep on doing his job, despite the crap creatives have thrown at him since he first debuted. And in his case, I use the expression "since he first debuted" very literally: as a trainee, he was an impressive super-heavyweight who was legitimately capable of dropkicks, so in his very first match as a professional wrestler, WCW creatives decided to... Put him in a MONSTER TRUCK SUMO MATCH ON THE ROOF OF A BUILDING. At the end of which he was PUSHED OFF SAID ROOF, presumably to his death.
What, you thought I was making that up? But don't worry, he got better, to the point that, later that same night, he won the WCW world title from Hogan by DRY HUMPING HIM with help from The Yeti (who for some reason was dressed like a mummy).
Since then, he has been in the business, first in WCW and then in WWF/E, for 21 years, during which he has turned, from face to heel to face to heel, a grand total of 20 (TWENTY!) times. The fact that he has never tried to kill any of the bookers is reason enough for me to genuinely respect the man.

#10 - That guy who was in the Triple Threat with HBK and HHH at WM XX

Look, I know why WWE would want to erase Chris Benoit from their history and recordbooks, to the point of carefully avoiding to even mention his name... And well, considering the circumstances of his death, I cannot really blame them: in fact, I myself have dropped the man from spot #1 to spot #10 in my personal chart, solely because of what he did. But now matter how hard I try, I cannot possibly forget about his extraordinary matches, his superb performances he put on in every company he wrestled for. WM XX is my favorite PPV of all times solely because of that shot of him hugging Eddie Guerrero (whom I left out of this list to avoid going on a rant about how his death was exploited) in the middle of the ring, the coronation of the hero's journey of two men who, after being consistently held back in both WCW and WWF, finally had made it to the top of the world. For that moment, for his incredible matches in WCW, for the brilliant storylines he was part of in WWF/E, and for his incredible, unique style (nobody has ever been as good as him at combining ferocious aggression with technical skills), Chris Benoit is, and by far, my true #1, the one wrestler I truly admired and idolized... Until he did what he did.

Welp, there you have it. I really sound like an old man right now, don't I? :p

So as Steele mentioned before, I will be assisting him in this High School Story's development to ensure it'll be for the long haul and share the work load alongside him. To really grasp the High School experience.. It's very clear that sports will be implemented into the story. On this thread you will post which Fall sport you wish to sign up for and will effect the direction of your character for the entire season of Fall. You will be required to list the sport along with the Jersey number of your choosing. Once a number is taken, it can then no longer be selected by anyone else. For example: If I took the number 9, that number is my number and no one else could select that number. You must also list the position you'd like to try out for. For football, you must list one of the positions.. Like QB, RB, CB etc. I understand for some sports you can't really specify like for Golf or Volleyball which is fine.

Now that everything is explained let's see these sign ups!

The thread will be edited adding each of the cast to the sport they're joining along with their position and jersey number.

Grand Rampage #10

Y2Impact always seems to paint a picture implying that no one is capable of even holding his jock but he’s clearly not understanding the situation we’re in. You thrive in high pressure situation and even are known for coming out on top but this match contains all the elements.. Suspense, physical tests and even the willingness to get to the end along with skill itself. Am I doubting your skill? Absolutely not. Y2Impact is easily one of the great elitist to ever step into the squared circle but this match is out of everyone’s element. 40 participants.. That is unheard of and it’s going to test every single point of all of our determination and what we are willing to endure and even if all the stars align perfectly for you--- one slip up and you’re done. That’s the reality of this match and even though you ignore it I cannot help but see something unusual about you.. Could it be that the almighty Impact refuses to allow himself to be considered a sure thing? I bet that pisses you off, Impact. The thought of people putting someone over you has forced you into the unfamiliar seat of an underdog which causes you to lie out events of past sporting events not being what they seemed in which the underdogs prevailed.. You’ve had a long career full of triumphs but there comes a time when you’re met with a successor. A storybook career but like the cliche proves--- books rarely have that fairytale ending. There was a time I once admired you, Impact.. I grew up watch you and it didn’t take any time for you to become my own personal idol. I use to want to be just like you but when I got here I realized quickly it wasn’t going to be easy. After our bouts I immediately learned glory isn’t just succeeding. Every single match should be a learning experience win or lose and I’ve learned from each of the humiliating losses I’ve suffered at the hands of Hexa gun. Just when all thought I was down.. I stood back up. You see, Impact, you can beat me down but there is not a damn thing you can throw at me to keep me down. While I idolized you I realized shortly after The Iconomy’s falling that I didn’t want to be just like you.. I wanted to go further and that is when the friction happened. I no longer see myself as a professional wrestler. I see myself as an idea. I see myself as possibility. I see myself as a visionary. Many years from now, I would like my words to be quoted in museums. I truly believe that they are worthy of that. I'm a modern-day Picasso, because I can paint my own ideas and they can be reflected inside of the ring. I know you do not want to give me any credit, Y2Impact, but the truth is... I am not as weak as I once was. I’m growing at a high rate. I thought the complete opposite – I thought that I was broken after the beating he took from you and Hexa gun. But... there is an aura about me that I had never felt before. It was... it was enjoyment for me. I enjoy being able to compete in that ring for the Grand Rampage, and I never once will take my foot off the gas-pedal. I know the last thing you will do is give me credit, so I'll give myself credit. The wins I’ve racked up are not meaningless, Impact, as much as everyone would like to believe that it is. These are simple steps that I'm taking before I take over as one of the most dominant champions to date. As a matter of fact, let's forget about the world championship for a moment. Let's talk about you being back in the solo competition, Impact. Am I proud of you? No. Do I care? No. But I want to thank you for being back to this Impact, because now I feel like I have even more reason to defeat you. I want to embarrass you even further. How pitiful would it be for a man like you—a man who is the measuring stick of this company—to be defeated by a small-town kid like JJ Silva. I'm sure it would eat you alive. Well, newsflash: that's exactly the direction this is going. I refuse to be another page in the career of Y2Impact. The victorious write history, and I will close the story of Y2Impact. I want you to sit down with HBG at home and just indulge the fact that you WERE the world champion at one point. Nothing lasts forever. Life surely doesn't. Will it come as a surprise to you when it's all over? That's the only question that pops up in my head. I'm not worried about anything you said. I'm only worried about how you will feel. I want to know how it'll feel like, because I've wanted this forever. Since the first day I walked into this company, I've wanted this. I've breathed every single day of my life for this. Now we're nearly here at the moment of truth... and I can taste the blood.

Losing to you is definitely not an option.. So I guess I’ll just have to show that Y2Impact can fly.

:fact:#1 - Tattoos the names of every person he seeks vengeance upon onto his torso as a permanent reminder and display of devotion for his redemption and to Onryo.

:fact: #2 - Though born out of wedlock, Ares considers himself heir to the Vendetta Dynasty as the eldest of Robbie V's three known children: himself, Athena Vendetta, and Apollo Vendetta. Athena being the only three born in wedlock.

:fact: #3 - After his birth, Ares' mother, Kendra Shamez, traveled and lived with Robbie V during his time training in Japan. After their eventual falling out, Kendra remained in Japan for the sake of Ares as he had already become accustomed to living there while Robbie traveled as a professional wrestler and visited Ares when he could. Ares would eventually take to training in the toughest dojos he could find in Japan. The training was excruciating and Ares suffered various broken bones, torn tendons, and more, but was continued to be given training so long as he kept coming back.

:fact: #4 - As with many wrestlers in Japan, Ares took an excursion to the United States in the Extreme Answers Wrestling Federation, specifically to enact revenge on those who have wronged the Vendetta Family. However, since then, it has been revealed this was no excursion, but more of a banishment after Ares took it upon himself to mercilessly torture an opponent before striking them with a punt kick using a steel-toed boot. The victim of the attack was put in a coma for several weeks and has never wrestled again. Ares considered it "experimenting".

:fact: #5 - Typically a cold and callous individual, Ares seems to only show mercy upon his own family. as he recruited his cousin, Victor Vendetta, after a malicious war that featured Victor attacking Kendra and Ares alike. Ares defeated Victor cleanly at Road To Redemption, humiliated Victor by having him cut off his own hair as a showing of humility, and would bring him in to join House Vendetta not long after.

:fact: #6 - Ares recruited Norman Hellion into House Vendetta not only by promises of grandeur and revenge, but by revealing to him a distant relation between the Vendettas and the Hellions. Therefore, excluding Scott Diamond as House Vendetta's "insurance policy" and the Agents of Extreme as anonymous followers of Ares/Onryo, House Vendetta is made up of the family of Ares Vendetta.

:fact: #7 - Supposedly, Ares became the way he is not long after discovering a somewhat forgotten God in Japan named "Onryo". Ares desired vengeance after discovering all that had been done to his family, and soon discovered Onryo and his ways of achieving precisely that. Ares became more cold, more calculating, and more violent than ever before. He took his years of training and used them to maim others for pleasure.

:fact: #8 - Ares has been known to be a "womanizer" of sorts.

:fact: #9 - Donned the persona "Crimson Mask" prior to revealing his true identity. The "Crimson" of the character spawning from his worshiping of Onryo as followers of the religion commonly use a red right hand; as well as the religion's use of blood.

:fact: #10 - Despite living in the same country as his half-brother, Apollo, Ares never contacted him or even knew of him until he was informed of his father's other children as an adult. Ares grew nothing but resentment for the other two children of Robbie V and considers them born of adultery.

:fact: #11 - Has unusual, yet natural blonde and black-colored hair.

:fact: #12 - Defeated then-World Heavyweight Champion, Mr. DEDEDE, in his EAW Debut as Ares Vendetta; also killed Methuselah.

:fact: #13 - Enjoys whistling. Ares specifically whistles to the tune of "A-Hunting We Will Go" when feeling especially violent.

:fact: #14 - Ended the career of Cleopatra.

:fact: #15 - Despite specifically targeting the EAW Pure Championship and his father's now-inactive World Heavyweight Championship Crown, Ares believes every piece of gold belongs to him as the self-proclaimed heir to this father's Throne. Believes that by right, EAW is his Kingdom, and everything within it is his possession, and intends to come to claim each treasure if need-be.

:fact:  #16 - Enjoys calling those he considers lower than him (everyone) "mongrels".

:fact: #17 - Prefers Hotpockets over Pizza Rolls.

:fact: #18 - Became known as "The Black Vulture" after his brutal assault on an opponent that led to his "excursion". Became known as "The New Don" as the son to Robbie V and self-proclaimed leader of the Vendetta Family; a family that has been infamous for its dirty dealings, such as the eradication of competing families to the point of being known as "The mafia of professional wrestling (the nickname "The New Don" also being a play on the term "New Dawn"). Was given the nickname "The Kamikaze Prince" due to his dangerous method of wrestling in which he punishes his own body to harm his opponent.
