(We start this promo off with David arriving backstage at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte. Just look at him. Look at that suit he’s wearing. The thread count must be high as fuck. What a sharp dressed man David is. He looks like a billion bucks and he feels like it too. So here is the 3x Unified Tag Team Champion, rolling his luggage behind him, just minding his own business until Showdown’s security shows up. The same dudes that escorted The High Rollerz out of the building last week. David just keeps walking towards them until they form a wall. David, sporting that usual smug ass look on his face is forced to stop in his tracks, as he scans left to right, looking into the eyes of each and every security guard there.)

Security Douche #1: David, we aren’t here to cause you any harm. Nor are we here to kick you out of the arena. Well, not now at least. This is just a warning towards you and your partner. No funny business this week, alright? If you try to pull anything, you are outta here.

(David, takes a few steps and gets right in the security guard’s face, causing him to take a nervous gulp. David let’s out a huge sigh, knowing he doesn’t want to waste any of his time or energy on this.)

David: …I’ll be on my best behavior. Pinky promise.

Security Douche #8: We mean it, David. Don’t try anything cute.

David: Can you guys like, oh I don’t know, quietly fuck off or something? I literally just got here. I haven’t done anything wrong. I’m just here to get settled in and then I’ll be out of your hair. Sound good? Good. But before I go, I must know, is Robert here by any chance?

Security Douche #-4: Not until tomorrow. Why?!

David: Just curious. Well gentlemen it’s been a pleasure.

(David grabs his luggage again and rolls it right over one of the guard’s foot, causing him wince in pain. We fast forward a bit to where David is sitting in his locker room, just collecting his thoughts. Being on his best behavior like he promised. Obviously there is a camera in his face, which means he’s most likely going to talk about his upcoming match. That or the camera is there to capture him doing nothing. It could go either way at this point. Oh, what’s he doing? David reaches into his pocket and pulls out a piece of paper. He clears his voice before speaking.)

David: Before I get started, I just wanted to take this time to say something to a very special someone. Wherever he is, I’m sure he’s listening to this, so here it goes. You were my friend then, now almost a stranger! Our friendship appeared once glorious, what happened meantime gives me great anger. Our friendship no longer remains serious, fool you were to be misled by others, who drove a giant wedge ‘midst our friendship. Cut off is our friendship, which me bothers, a nadir has come in our relationship. What years of our happiness have been lost? You’ve been foolish, very much on your part. Our friendship today is just but a ghost, won’t your eyes see the true love in my heart? Dear friend however, you can’t be my foe, I hope that our friendship, blossoms once more. That was for you, Theron, my great friend. I worked really hard on that poem. Blood, sweat, tears … all of which I squeezed into those heartfelt words. Words that I spent a lot of time on. So obviously I didn’t google it. All me. All from the noggin. No need to search it to double check. See, my goal in all of this was to show you that we aren’t giving up on you, Theron. We would never say to hell with it, you aren’t worthy enough to be our ally anyways. Actually, the more I think about it, it’s true. We don’t just view you as an ally that we can later use as a meat shield. We aren’t going to use you, period. So what are you to us? I’ll gladly answer. After giving it some much needed thought, like all of five seconds, you aren’t even our friend. No, that’s an insult to you. That’s an insult to the connection the three of us have! What you are is more than that. You, Theron Nikolas, are our brother. And since you are our brother, we’ll always have your back. So with that said, I ask you once more to join us! Join us in our crusade. Shhhh, don’t even speak! I’m not looking for a yes or no. Just close your eyes and visualize what we could accomplish together. Imagine the chaos we would create. The havoc we would wreak. The bodies we would stack. Think of all the titles we would reap! All the merch we would sell, adding even more money to our overstuffed pockets. Theron, we would rule this brand with an iron fist. Nobody would come close to stopping such a well oiled machine. Not even the iceberg that is Robbie V. But you know what? I’m not here to put you on the spot with some “desperate” pitch. This isn’t some silly attempt to recruit you. I’m not Mike Krzyzewski or John Calipari or Nick Saban. So I’ll leave it there. Besides, I know at the end of the day, when the timing is right, you will make the right decision. This is an opportunity that you can’t afford to pass up and deep down, you know that. Don’t add another regret to your life. That’s all I ask.

So switching gears, lets talk about what awaits me this week. In case you didn’t know, I once again have a singles match on Showdown. Yep, that’s how the most clueless GM of all time, Robbie V books the greatest tag team that EAW has ever seen … in singles action. Makes sense. But I get it. I get what he’s doing. He’s teasing us. Making us face Di Consentes again, only this time individually, while they hold our titles, knowing we can’t do anything about it since Robbie thought it was in HIS … or as he would say, the brand’s “best interest”, to rip our rematch clause to shreds. Great going! No seriously, well done. Because of your stubbornness, and you just overall being caught up in your feelings, we have the current tag team champions facing teams like The Dragon Slayers! If that doesn’t put asses in seats then I don’t know what will! Move over Black Panther, Di Consentes vs The Dragon Slayers is the true global box office draw! Yes, that’s sarcasm. I felt like I had to point that out since so many of you are incapable of connecting the dots. Or better yet, because you’ve never had an actual conversation with another person before so you don’t know when someone is being sarcastic, all because the sun and human interaction scares you, but I digress. So with all that said, allow me to step up on this soap box here and proclaim how this is bullshit. All of it. All of this bullshit. No matter how you dice it, or what perspective you try to bring … it’s bullshit. It’s like the saying goes, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig. Cameron and Claudia? They are living proof of that. Speaking of which, I don’t want to face you, Cameron. Not this week. It’s not because I’m afraid of you or because I think you’re better than me, oh no. It’s because I have a lot on my plate. Bigger fish to fry, you know? Yeah you know because it seems to be the story of your career. Being second fiddle. You aren’t even the most important thing to your partner. At best, you’re number three behind her husband and her world title. Same goes for your soon to be husband. It’s obvious he values his world title more than you. Wipe the eye crust away and open your eyes! It’s obv— oh how could I forget, he lost his championship to Elite of all people last weekend. Aka the guy that was a part of the Iconomy, seeing as how you randomly brought them up. But wow, such an anticlimactic end to such a storied and historic reign. He must feel bad. Probably crying rivers right now and stuffing his face with pastries, all just to help him cope. And when he needs you the most, here you are, wasting your breath on me. Shouldn’t you be there for him or something? Shouldn’t you lend your shoulder for him to cry on? Or to offer a hand to hold? To cook him up some chicken noodle soup and read him a bedtime story? Meh, it is what it is. I’m sure the dozens of groupies that wait outside his hotel room every weekend are offering a helping hand. Nothing to worry about. He’ll be fine. But do you know who isn’t fine? Me! Yep, gonna make this about me again because why the hell not?

You know what I’m sick of Cameron? No, I’m not talking about Robbie for once, even though yes, he very much annoys me. You, Cameron. I’m sick of you! I’m sick of seeing your face everywhere. I’m sick of watching you get five matches at every fucking EAW free-per-view. But I’m sure you don’t mind. You’re getting more exposure. You’re also getting double the paycheck. So obviously you aren’t going to pass up on these “money fights.” You would be foolish to do so. So I’m by no means knocking the hustle. You’re enjoying the ride with those two titles of yours, I can tell. But I hope you realize that when it comes to the long term, it’s going to be a nightmare for you. Since you’re getting two matches at every single FPV now, that means your body is taking even more of a pounding. There’s a cheap sex joke to be made there, but I will refrain myself. All those bumps and bruises are going to take its toll. Now I’m sure you’ll respond by saying how you’re a big girl, that you can handle it! Yay, girl power! All I’m saying is eventually, you’re going to hate yourself. Your mind is going to hate you for having to listen to multiple opponents each week, as they dish out a bunch of codswallop. It’s going to make you go crazy. And like I said, your body is going to hate you for taking risks that you never had to take in the first place. It’s all good for the time being. You’re still young. You’re in your prime! You don’t have to worry about any of this now. But one day, you’ll wake up. You’ll yawn, you’ll sit up and stretch your arms, then you’ll step out of bed and you’ll immediately fall to the floor. Your body will give out. And you’ll have nobody to blame but yourself.

Which just so happens to be the same exact words you said about me regarding our match at Reasonable Doubt. I’m the one to blame for losing our titles at Reasonable Doubt, as you put it. Yeah, it’s my fault! Pile it all on me! Let’s completely ignore the fact that Brian should have never given you a rematch in the first place. Let’s turn a blind eye at the fact the referee completely fucked us over! That’s right Cam, I pulled him out of the ring in the nick of time. Wish your father had my timing. Then you wouldn’t be here. But the important thing is, the ref never counted to three. His hand fell down all clumsy like because I was dragging him away. Long story short, you shouldn’t be tag team champions right now and deep down, you know it. I mean don’t you remember our talks leading up to that match? I asked you over and over again as to why you never took advantage of Drake’s help the month prior, and you told me you didn’t want any doubt. You didn’t want any sort of controversy surrounding your win. AND NOW LOOK AT YA! You never meant any of that. You were just too busy trying to sound politically correct. It’s pathetic! What a fitting name Reasonable Doubt is because there’s a heaping amount of doubt as to the legitimacy of your title reign. And of course, we won’t get a rematch, which I’m sure brings you pure joy because you know that when we lose those tag titles, we get them right back. In fact they would probably be around our waists right now. But no, the white knight of a GM had to step in to help protect his lover! HAHAHA SO MUCH BIAS IT FUCKING HURTS! That’s why we have a bone to pick with authority, Cameron. I get it, a lot of elitists in the past would try to fabricate some BS story so they could feud with their boss. And the mindless sheep that is the audience would eat it up because they too wish they could throw a punch or two at their boss’ face. No, unlike them we aren’t doing this to be cool. We aren’t looking to be labeled as the rebels who stand up the authority for no real reason like a Diamond Cage. That’s been beat to death since like 2011 or 12. This is legit. This is about our GM, whether it was Brian or now Robbie, trying to deny us from greatness by wrongfully taking opportunities away from us. So no, we aren’t just going to sit in a corner patiently while we twiddle our thumbs and bite our tongues. We are going to take action! But perhaps you’re right, Cam. Yes, you’re right about one single thing. Don’t flatter yourself because even a broken clock is right twice a day. Perhaps giving Robbie the Brian treatment wouldn’t solve anything. Knowing our luck, Lannister would replace him as acting GM. Or better yet, you! Because they sure do love shoving your appearances down our throats. Hurting Robbie physically? Been there, done that. But hurting the one he loves the most in this world …in  the worst way possible? Ding, ding, ding.

You can draw your own conclusions there. But like I said to you earlier, Cameron … I’m unable to give you my full undivided attention like I did during Reasonable Doubt week. I know, I’m sure you’re really taken back by all of this. You might need a moment or two to recover from such heartbreaking news. Take all the time you need sweetheart. But I have bigger problems then trying to beat you in singles competition on a random episode of Showdown that will be forgotten about a week or two later. I have a Robbie problem. I have the whole trying to convince Theron to join our side thing. And oh yeah, I have to mentally prepare myself for my match against my best friend next week at whatever that super show is called. So yeah, you’re the least of my worries. But I’ll tell you what, for a minute or two, I can make you feel real special. I’ll give you the attention that your ego desires so it can live on. So let’s get started, shall we? First off, you’re probably expecting me to talk so much shit about you, yeah? Expecting me to attempt to besmirch everything you’ve done within this company. But I’m not going to do it. For instance, I know I have my work cut out for me this week. I’ve told you time and time again, that you’re a gifted singles competitor. Still not buying into Di Consentes as a legit team, with titles and all, but I’ve never once questioned your abilities when it’s just you and you only out there. No matter how hard I try, I can’t argue with results. More times than not, especially as of late, you get the job done. Just look at Reasonable Doubt as a reference. You go through an absolute bloodbath of a match against us, then we beat the shit out of you afterwards and you still manage to beat Keelan later that night. Or look back at Reckless Wiring. You had a nice little match against the Dragon Slayers and then you go on to beat the 300 hundred plus pound behemoth in Scott Oasis that same night. So again, I wish I could talk so much shit about you as I let out a derisive laugh at your misfortunes, but I can’t. You’ve been red hot. And now it’s up to me to knock you the fuck out and drag you back to a place called reality. It’s gonna be easier said than done, sure. After all, I’m still learning as singles wrestler myself. I know I have adjustments to make. For example, towards the end of my match against DC, I got a bit winded and unlike my tag matches, I was unable to tag in a fresh Jack Ripley. So sure, I have to work on my stamina. I have no shame in admitting that, especially since I’m looking to put you away early when the bell rings. So perhaps pizza and beer isn’t the best diet for this business. Just like waking up at 2 PM instead of getting an early morning run in isn’t the wisest decision to make. Oh well, shoot me. No please, shoot me so I never have to see your face or listen to you speak ever again. But while I am still breathing and with you holding our titles, let’s just say that we are going to make your life a living hell, spooky I know … just shaking in your boots. But the same goes for HBG and of course, her husband. Reasonable Doubt wasn't the end and you need to get that through that thick skull of yours. This isn’t some sprint, Cameron. This is a motherfucking marathon! So to think this is the downfall of The High Rollerz? Hahahaha, no you dumb sket, THIS IS THE RISE!

(David smirks, camera fades to black.)

The Aces Of Spades Show #8

The twenty-seventh of October 2017…. I will be facing two men that I’ve beaten already, in a triple threat match. This means that I don’t have to be involved in the pinfall decision. Daryl Kinkade can pin or submit Ryo Nakahara while Ryo Nakamura can pin or submit Daryl Kinkade too. When the officials of NEO wrestling endorsed me, they knew who recognized a person who has conquered legitimate championships across the boxing championship promotion industry. They desired the people who could stop me. Since DAY ONE… Absolutely, No one acquired the right to put a conclusion to my road of devastation.  The Revenant, Daryl Kinkade, and Ryo Nakahara have failed to succeed. Just a couple of pylons that are sidelined on my road of devastation. The first man I will talk about is Daryl Kinkade. The man I defeated fair and square on my inaugural professional wrestling match. There’s just something about him that won’t shut the fuck up. Keep complaining and bitching about how my wrestling inauguration was a fluke. Keep calling me an owner of a “low-rent” TV-Show. Keep disrespecting my manager, Bo Maro. On the twenty-seventh, the animal inside me is going to roar out of it’s body structural cage. I’m bringing a new state-of-the-art rendition of Sinister Ace. Not only will I bring my exquisite boxing experience, I will deliver the skills I acquired from the training of CM Banks. You mentioned that under the special triple threat rules, the rules are thrown out the window. No disqualification. No count outs. That means I can and will do anything to inflict damage to you. The only reason that Ashten Cross established a triple threat match is so he can try to bankrupt my undefeated streak. Not like he doesn’t have a personal vendetta he has against me. He’s putting two performers that I’ve bested already. Ryo Nakahara, TWO TIMES. He is just as lucky that he wasn’t in the multitude of failures who were thrown in an elimination match. It’s an advantage for both of the two me for most people, but me. I don’t let advantages bring me down, I am going to show why either it’s multiple or a singular obstacle. I am still going to kick it down like it’s nothing. However, this match will be the most outstanding  match of the NEO: Frontline Supercard. We don’t need to see two men who are undeserving of an main roster contract. We don’t need to see an time filling elimination match. Maybe we need to see a debut of Malcolm Jones. But, really? How many people do I see come and go that come from Harlem, New York? Then we’re going to see a crazy face-painted man who faces a guy I don’t even know nothing about. Everyone of these nobodies are going to say “WE ARE NEO” at the end. But me, when i’m on top of the mountain of this business. It’s going to be MY NEO. Like I said, I’m going to bring a new me and is going to show Ashten Cross, the EAW Locker Room full of nobodies, and the EAW Universe. Either it’s Ryo Nakahara or Daryl Kinkade. It’s going to be another inch in the park. Just like how every time I’ve faced them. Everyone will know that anything that comes out of my mouth is the truth. I’m going to pin one of the either’s shoulder’s down. The ole’ iconic three numbers in this professional wrestling industry. One.. .Two… Three. Is what you’ll hear while the referee is hitting the squared circle’s canvas as I’ll be announced the winner of the triple threat. Have I talked enough about Ryo Nakahara? Nah. Next Episode.

HOUSE OF GLASS PROMO #8

Smiles, all around the area. All in the crowd you see those smiling faces in the crowd. Fans holding up those smiling posters and masks on their faces. They want to see Target Smiles, walk up and pander to the crowd. Target Smiles is back and here we go with the thought of him taking the chance to become the next EAW Hardcore Champion! Just look at it.. Smiles holding up that championship while every fan in the crowd has a smile to give off. Wouldn’t that be such an amazing dream Target? Too bad this is reality buddy. In this reality, you aren’t going to see good ole Target Smiles walk through House of Glass like he’s the king of Dynasty and take the opportunity that others are looking to grab, but specifically me. Target Smiles it’s really a handful, I mean this Glass Gauntlet match has seven other competitors and who knows what could happen? Sadly, there are some competitors that don’t mean a thing and then there’s others that are just jokes and don’t even stand to the level that I stand on.. which does include you. Even though you did get that flake on Dynasty just two weeks ago, this is another moment. This is the moment where you think you’re going to get over me. Lately, I’ve been on something different. It feels like a new level to step upon and truly, I’m ready to move forward. This mountain that I’m climbing.. it’s a new path. All the way from the bottom once again, and I truly love it. A lot of people would hate to be down here. They would hate to come back and see themselves at the end of the bottomless pit and have to work their way back to where they were. Me? I love to work. I love to EARN every opportunity that is shot my way and what do you know? I was given the chance to grab my EAW Hardcore Championship back but I have to complete one mission: defeat every single one of you at House of Glass. I am in the middle of a battle.. an upward battle. You see Smiles, unlike you I have to deal with the thoughts of “is Hurricane Hawk really going to stay this time?” I have to deal with the critics thinking about me just disappearing and giving up everything in this business. But after House of Glass they will finally move on once I get the chance to step up to a new opportunity. This is a new chapter for me.. something fresh. This is for me to build brick by brick and make everyone see just how good I really am. I am the best thing that is standing here not only in this match but in this company. I’m not just an entertainer.. a performer .. I’m a star. I don’t just come out here stealing these shows and being labeled the show off for no reason.. I do these things because I can and because I can back up everything that I say. I might have made the mistake of giving you that one opportunity that you took advantage of and you know what Target? You’ve earned some respect for that, but that does not mean I’m going to let you take me that easy again. You see I have been on a rust streak and I know I have not gotten fully back to the ropes but I know for a fact that by House of Glass, I’ll be fully ready to prove that I still have what it takes to make it in this business. Everyone believes that you.. or Ahren Fournier is going to walk out as the new contender, when really it’s going to be me.

I don’t have the Hawk Nation like I had before. I don’t have the supporters believing in me anymore Target.. It’s just me myself and I. I know for a fact that this is not going to be easy. I know that I am just getting back.. and I’m still getting used to things but I know one thing is for certain and that is I am going to find a way out of House of Glass to be the next number one contender for the EAW Hardcore Championship. That is the only thing on my mind. I don’t need to draw up a plan like most of you do.. I am going to go off my GUT and show everyone why I truly am an elite Hall of Famer. Why I really came back.. Target Smiles I actually cannot wait to step into the ring with you because I want you to see exactly how I’m going to make up for that one mistake that I made in the ring with you. This is going to be a new Hurricane Hawk. I am going to be the one smiling at the end of House of Glass. All of those fans that are going to be holding up those masks and posters are going to be filled with disappointment and regret for even believing in you when they really.. should’ve believed in me. I am going to prove that I really am still at the top of the charts. So bring it on Target.. give me every single thing that you got and I’ll be able to prove to you that it just is not enough. And those smiles.. they will be frowns. And everyone will see me in beast mode.

Malicious Intentions #8
An April Primer in March

There are some of you who are trying to figure out who April Song is. Therefore, I will go ahead and give everyone a brief review of who I am, what I stand for and so forth. I am April Jay Song, Codename Killer Bee. I grew up in Colorado and, with the blessings of my parents, went to the Air Force Academy. After graduation, I was a pilot and flew varying missions in the Middle East and Germany before leaving the military entirely. I was sent here by someone, as of yet an unnamed person, to help bring order, clarity and discipline to the EAW women’s division. The irony is that for the first couple of months I didn’t have much in the way of discipline myself. The losses were more numerous than the wins and I could feel that many people were losing faith. Even the person who hired me was starting to question my strength. Then, with one victory in a single match, things started to clear up again. While I’m still learning about professional wrestling I feel confident enough in my capabilities to really press forward with the plans that I have now.

I have lost to Consuela but I’m starting to wonder where her true battle is. Is it with Sophia Rose? Is it with me? Is it with her sister? The very fact that she mentioned she had a “Coming out of her Sister’s Shadow” tour is either an odd sense of humor or still lingering bits of jealousy. “What makes you worthy of entering this match?” Well, two of the people who were entrance in this match, Amy-Jayne and Cherrise, did tap out at my hands. Then again, it doesn’t seem like the bar is set that high. I don’t know much about wrestling, but Cherrise and La Diva both suck immensely at it, even more than I do. So honestly if they are involved, I don’t really see there being much of a need for a prerequisite. Besides, didn’t I prove enough of my worth to YOU giving you a good fight?
There are a lot of things that you people should know about me. I am open-minded, for example. You have asked me about who wants to see me win, and I’m self-aware enough to know that I’m not necessarily anyone’s first choice around here. I’m still new and I’m not as peppy as Laura or flamboyant and fiery as someone like Meghan. I’m not the most charismatic, but I am one of the most persistent and aggressive. I keep a level head even when people call me out on stuff. I can understand your concern about me wanting to fight but let me assure you that I definitely am prepared to fight now. My aim is to win this Empire Cup and add it to a collection of athletic achievements that I never really had time to add to since my days at the Academy were finished. Part of that lack of time is my fault….

I spent the last couple of years washing myself down in self-pity, laziness and booze. I’m not going back to that. I will NEVER go back to that. Sure, I’ll still drink an elephant under a table occasionally, but the laziness and self-pity are going away. I’ve made peace with my past in more than one way and not you or anybody else is going to use prior results to predict future performance. Pressure? Lady, Pressure is flying a chopper with two-dozen troopers in it through enemy territory while having anti-aircraft missiles and artillery being shot at you. Pressure is dropping a bomb over an enemy encampment trying to wipe out a terrorist cell and hoping you don’t kill human shields instead. Pressure is getting shot down and being lucky enough to survive…but having to wander through the wreckage to try to find your way back. Grand Rampage, as potentially chaotic, dangerous and exhausting as it can be, is nothing compared to that and nothing that you or anyone else can say will convince me otherwise.

You are not an asshole but I think you’re going to find out very soon that you severely miscalculated my ambitions. I don’t like to get dragged down too far in the mud with some of the other girls and I’m not going to run around saying I am the “best evarrr” and will win everything, but if you think that I do not desire to win this contest, you are going to find yourself sadly mistaken when you look into these eyes. They don’t know fear, they don’t know pain. They KNOW failure and refuse to ever experience the feeling that comes with it again.

You have questions about who April Song is and her motivation level? By the time the dust has settled in the Grand Rampage, my dear, you will not have any questions left. You and the bitches have rattled the honeycomb one too many times….

And at least one of you will incur the Killer Bee’s sting before it’s all over with.

Road to Redemption #8

Sometimes I don’t think you get it. It’s not always about how many words you say. Sometimes it’s just about how you say it. Sometimes so much more can be accomplished with a  short and concise sermon rather than putting your followers to inevitable sleep by going on for 30 or 45 minutes without ever really accomplishing anything. To listen to you speak is like watching someone trying to hammer in a nail. You’re looking at the camera as you speak, knocking that tool against the wall over and over and over. But you never hit that nail on the head. You never even move it. And when you do finally strike that nail, try to make a point. You strike it from the side and move it not into the wood, but to the side. The same can be said about the arguments you make week after week. It’s like trying to twist in a screw but the metal is all stripped. It just spins and spins but it never locks in place. You’re not very good at this talking thing. You stand tall every week with your chest puffed out like some sort of make-believe master debater. But at some point during the week, especially when you feel that someone is making you look quite dumb for being such a one-trick pony with a microphone, you eventually get to the point where you have to remind everyone that this match will be decided in the ring and none of this promotional stuff matters. And then you go back to the same song and dance routine. There is no one in this world who would choose to label me as unintelligent or untalented. There is no one who truly believes I lack ability. This week you said it would be a poor choice to underestimate me. But clearly when you say this you mean you expect me to cheat. You’ve discounted me completely in my ability as a warrior to walk in that ring and tear you to pieces. You’ve decided to become like those who have doubted me in the past. It’s stupid to just look at me and try to find how I might try to cheat you out of that title. I don’t need to cheat to beat you. I’ve fought in and survived battles much tougher than you. Sheridan you think you’re some kind of beast. You’re a puppy barking from her porch with the same message over and over. But when a big dog comes and knocks you off, you aren’t going to fight back with the same bite you’re promising. You are exactly the kind of person that will tuck her tail between her legs and run away. You can be mad about this all you want, but there’s nothing you can do that’s going to stop me from becoming the Vixen’s Championship at Road to Redemption.

When you speak you make me sound so poisonous to this division. But the evidence of that is as bad as anything else you claim. I was an ambassador to this division, more of one that you’ll ever be. But when I lost a title, the focus shifted elsewhere. So I refocused. You seem to think I’m walking into this ring with focus all over the place, thinking about this and that and what I’m doing after words. You are one stupid bitch. My focus has been narrow-minded for an entire month. If you can’t see that than you’re even dumber than you look. My focus has been on you this whole time. I’m not thinking about out three matches from the past — each with a different decision. I’m not thinking about the future and what’s to come in 2017. I’m thinking about this weekend and what I’m going to do to beat you to become the Vixen’s Champion. I don’t need weapons. I don’t need distractions. I don’t need to cheat. I will dice you up and strike you down and I will end your quest to change the perception of this division into something silly and sad. You’re right that people were still wanting change when you arrived in EAW. But it didn’t have anything to do with a lifestyle. They wanted opportunities that were being limited to just a few. They were proving they worked harder than those that were spoiling the chances they got. Yet the chances were not coming. But that started to change before you. It continued to evolve when you were signed. And you just helped it take steps along the way, along with so many other women. You are not the individual force that took us all into the next level of competition. We were already breaking through that ceiling before you arrived. But I’ve been waiting for an opportunity like this for awhile. That’s why I saw the opportunity and I took it. I wasn’t going to let a chance like this slip. I understand you feel empowered now as a champion and you feel this prize you somehow don’t value, yet do, is something you can’t stand to see go. You claim you have a deathgrip on it. Moment by moment throughout this match, you will feel me pry your fingers off of that title until it slips completely from your grasp. There isn’t a way you can avoid this inevitable end to your time as the Vixen’s Champion. The way you become a champion is similar to running in a room when someone isn’t looking and hitting them over the head with a large object to knock them out. It’s cartoonish at best. But at the very least, you are the Vixen’s Champion. But the hours are ticking down on that. Make sure when you lay your head on a pillow tonight in Indianapolis you look over to that clock in your hotel and you say your prayers to yourself or wish on a star or do some kind of weird tribal ritual… whatever you do. Because you’re going to need it when you fight me. Our past, a 1-1-1 record, it doesn’t mean shit when we step in the ring this time. You think you’re the most talented fighter in the world. Well maybe you want to place a wake-up call at your hotel, too. Otherwise you won’t get into until I slap it out of you in our match. You want to convince yourself so badly that I’m not up to this challenge. But I don’t believe that about myself for a second. I believe I will bring your personal tyranny to an end. Not because I’m the hero to this division that you’re trying to be. But because I want this that much. I want this more than you want to keep it. That should be a scary thought for you. You know this title is your ticket to spreading your message, perfecting your craft in front of large crowds and making them believe. You know how important it is for that reason. Yet it still means more to me to be the champion. I will never stop fighting to be the best in the world. I will never give up on a quest. And I will not let anyone stand in my way. You’re just a low hurdle pretending to be a bridge. But you can’t support the weight of this match on your shoulders. That’s why you’ll be crushed under the magnitude of your own expectations.

You’ve spent a great deal of time this week focused on my relationships with people. You’re wondering about me and Aria and me and Tarah. You’re worried about what’s going on with me, Kendra, HBG and Cam. Don’t worry about them and don’t worry about the others. You are quite curious for a cat that’s about to be killed. Focusing on all of that is quite a waste of your personal time. But I understand that it helps you add words to make sure your messages grow out of control in length. All of it remaining unnecessary, still. There are probably still a lot of things you will accomplish in your career. I’m not an idiot. I understand your talent to be better than the bottom line. I even acknowledge that your live among the upper echelon of wrestlers in this company. But this task this week is one that goes over your head. This isn’t desperation from me. It’s confidence superior to anything you could ever contain. And you won’t contain me in this match. I’m not just standing around eating Sherplexes over and over while you smile and dream of the Popsicle you’ll suck on backstage by yourself in celebration. You will have a battle taken to you like never fucking before. You’ve talked a lot about putting me away with a Sherplex, but I think the much sweeter victory will come if I have you locked up and I’m ripping at the arm. A little throwback to our match at the Empress tournament. You were saved by the bell that time. But I have all the time in the world to try and just break your fucking arm if I want to. Really, I can rip that fucker right out of the socket and then keep on going as your cry and your tears flood the mat beneath you. It would be so sweet to listen to you have to make the decision to quit in this match. To tap out and give up. You say frequently that German Efficiency isn’t perfect. I think that would prove it isn’t even real. That you still have a long way to go to this thing off the ground. You’re the vigilante nobody wanted. You’re fighting for a change we don’t frankly need. And you sound a bit crazy in the way you push it, almost cultish in the way you force it on other people. There are people who are fans of your work in the ring. But are there any true believers of the message you’re spreading outside of it? I really don’t know. In fact I haven’t heard anything say anything positive about it so I can only go on that. My own opinion of it is that you developed it as a guerilla warfare tactic. You’re trying to bring people pain when they hear your voice, the worst moments when they hear you hit the certain notes on those catchphrases. But you are truly barking up the wrong tree with me. I am unaffected by your attempts to make me doubt myself. I laugh at the way you paint me as an emotional person to make me seem weak. I simply shake my head as I see you doing the same things you do week after week. You haven’t really evolved. The proof that you’ve gotten better over time sort of varies from match to match. The proof that you are the best is up for debate. Right now, it’s just all a title with you. Best by default. For now.

This week you have been superiorly outclassed. I understand your need to not break outside of who you are, but that’s not really what I ever challenged you to do. I challenged you to show any kind of growth and to prove that you can stand up to any challenge that’s put in front of you. Really, the ultimate test of that comes at Road to Redemption. And you will fail that test. You’re right to remember how determined I am. That alone should be the reason you remember what it’s like to fear something. Maybe you really don’t care about losing and nothing ever bothers you because you never consider the alternatives. But this alternatives are going to become your new realities when we fight this weekend. Everything you think about me from this week, the time you spent painting me out to be a rat or a liar, it’s going to smack your right back in the face. I sense the need you have to revolt and limit the numbers in this division, to push away every potential threat there is to you and water it down to the select number of people you like. But you are powerless. And now you’ll be title less. You can keep on doing your interviews with the media from Germany and continue to be their slightly loved daughter. But I will be the one that takes over as champion. I will defend my title like the beast you never became. And I will slay the beasts that try to come down on me and I will prove to the world over and over that I truly was more superior than you ever were. It’s not about a lifestyle. It’s about wrestling. I’m passing you, Sherrie. There isn’t shit you can do to stop it. This is the end of your dreams you little bitch. You had your chance to dance in the sun and claim the world as your own. Now the world will claim you. Don’t be surprised if all of the people around you keeping kicking you while you’re down. I have no mercy for what I’m about to do to you. I have no sympathy for what you have to deal with after you lose. Right now I’m your Empress, but after Road to Redemption I will be your Empress and your Queen, and you have to deal with it. Your attempt to annihilate and assassinate me will go down as a monumental failure. And German Efficiency will lose.

Welp, given how long I have been a wrestling fan, this is basically going to be a collection of my ten fondest memories about the business. Here goes:

#1 - Big Van Vader

LOOK AT THIS GUY. This guy hitting a MOONSAULT on your friend and mine Sting is the very first thing related to wrestling that I saw as a little kid. The sight of this larger-than-life mountain of a man, flying through the air like the world's most muscular butterfly, pretty much single-handedly made me into a wrestling fan, right there and then.

#2 - Ric Flair

Arguably the best promo man of all times, long before Steve Austins and the Dwayne Johnsons took the world by storm. What made him TRULY great, however, was his uncanny ability to have fantastic matches with just about anyone: you could be the sloppiest, dumbest, least talented musclehead in the roster, but the moment you stepped in the ring with him, he would make you into a star. I cannot even begin to count the men who wouldn't have been as successful in the business without him.

#3 - Shawn Michaels

After two WCW guys, finally a WWF/E guy in the top three. And what a guy he is: you know how some wrestlers don't make it far because, as good as they are in the ring, they lack showmanship and charisma? You know how some other are good on the mic, but are held back by their lack of in-ring talent? Well, Michaels was great at both, he was the perfect mix: from this standpoint, he was perhaps the best of all times. Unfortunately, he also was one of the most obnoxious, insufferable prick in the business, refusing to work with guys and pulling backstage politics stunts left and right: he apparently got better after discovering religion in the 2000s... Which gave us the Vince vs God angle, so yeah. How WWE did NOT delete that from their account is beyond me.

#4 - Mick Foley

This guy had more charisma than all other wrestlers in history combined, but he lacked the technical abilities: how did he make up for it? BY PUTTING HIS LIFE (literally!) ON THE LINE. He was so in love with the business that, for the sake of telling a good story, he accepted to (in completely random order): be powerbombed by Vader on concrete, do a hangman spot where his ear was literally ripped apart, be speared through a flaming table, be thrown off the HiaC cage twice in the same night, and God knows how many more. On other news, a twisted thumb once caused Sin Cara to break character and call off a match with Alberto Del Rio.

#5 - Bret Hart

You are two positions below your real life rival, sorry Bret. Fantastic in the ring and excellent on the mic, Bret was, for all intent and purposes, the perfect babyface. Unfortunately for him, he reached the peak of his career in a time period, during which being the perfect babyface wasn't considered cool anymore. This led to a downfall in his career in WWF, so he jumped ship to WCW... Just as WCW was entering its dumbest, screwiest, most destructive period. Suffices to say, that didn't end well.

#6 - Sting

A certified legend and arguably the biggest star to ever achieve international success outside of WWE/F, the sole reason why he doesn't rank higher in this list is that, for some reason, he has played the role of the dumb babyface (you know, the one whose friends always end up turning on him) for most of his career. And I just cannot get behind dumb babyfaces. Now I know it is technically not his fault (the bookers wrote him into such angles), but... Well, one would think that, after such a long, glorious career, a prominent wrestler such as Sting would have at least a degree of creative control over his character, right? But apparently, the creative control card is something only Hogan and his buddies pulled regularly, both in WCW and in TNA.
Oh, and he once teamed with Robocop.
Of course I am serious.

#7 - Kane

This is a man who earned my respect simply by remaining in the business. The fact that a man could remain true to his passion and keep on doing his job with professionalism, despite how consistently the bookers have been throwing all sorts of crap at him over the years, is nothing short of amazing. First debuting as Fake Diesel (by which I mean, he wore a wig and pretended to be Kevin Nash, who had jumped to WCW earlier that month. That didn't end well), Glenn Jacobs was then repackaged as Jerry Lawler's EVIL DENTIST. That didn't end well, either. So he returned as the Undertaker's demented brother Kane, whose run with the company included being accused of necrophilia (complete with Triple H reenacting the alleged corpse-screwing), having his backstory retconned approximately 382947 times, raping and impregnating Lita, falling on top of Lita following a chair shot from one Gene Snitsky (which caused her to miscarry), electrocuting Shane McMahon's balls, setting Jim Ross on fire (oh by the way, Daniel Bryan was once fired for pulling the tie of an announcer. It was too violent an act, you see), jobbing to his brother, teaming up with his brother, turning on his brother, jobbing to his brother AGAIN, ruining Zack Ryder's career on the way to persuading John Cena to embrace the hate, and becoming a corporate suit. Somehow, none of the above caused him to ask for his release. Mad props there, man.

#8 - The Undertaker

Ok be honest with me here. If a guy registered on this site and said, "my gimmick is that of a wrestling undertaker who is actually undead, and possesses magical powers granted to him by a misterious urn", would you take him seriously? Somehow, Mark Calaway took this gimmick and built a legendary career on it. The fact that the same man, who consistently put on five star matches with all sorts of opponents, could then do things like kidnapping Stephanie McMahon (or Teddie Long), hanging the Big Bossman, burying Paul Bearer in cement or remotely causing Bob Orton to bleed, all the while remaining absolutely credible in the eyes of the fans, is something that will never cease to amaze me. And of course, we are talking about a man who, in 22 appearences at WM, managed to string together 20 victories... And that thing with Giant Gonzalez, before being defeated in somewhat anticlimactic fashion by Brock Lesnar. With Cena on his way to matching (if not beating) Ric Flair's record of world titles held, the streak is the one feat that nobody will ever recreate.

#9 - The Big Show

Another guy whom I respect for his willingness to keep on doing his job, despite the crap creatives have thrown at him since he first debuted. And in his case, I use the expression "since he first debuted" very literally: as a trainee, he was an impressive super-heavyweight who was legitimately capable of dropkicks, so in his very first match as a professional wrestler, WCW creatives decided to... Put him in a MONSTER TRUCK SUMO MATCH ON THE ROOF OF A BUILDING. At the end of which he was PUSHED OFF SAID ROOF, presumably to his death.
What, you thought I was making that up? But don't worry, he got better, to the point that, later that same night, he won the WCW world title from Hogan by DRY HUMPING HIM with help from The Yeti (who for some reason was dressed like a mummy).
Since then, he has been in the business, first in WCW and then in WWF/E, for 21 years, during which he has turned, from face to heel to face to heel, a grand total of 20 (TWENTY!) times. The fact that he has never tried to kill any of the bookers is reason enough for me to genuinely respect the man.

#10 - That guy who was in the Triple Threat with HBK and HHH at WM XX

Look, I know why WWE would want to erase Chris Benoit from their history and recordbooks, to the point of carefully avoiding to even mention his name... And well, considering the circumstances of his death, I cannot really blame them: in fact, I myself have dropped the man from spot #1 to spot #10 in my personal chart, solely because of what he did. But now matter how hard I try, I cannot possibly forget about his extraordinary matches, his superb performances he put on in every company he wrestled for. WM XX is my favorite PPV of all times solely because of that shot of him hugging Eddie Guerrero (whom I left out of this list to avoid going on a rant about how his death was exploited) in the middle of the ring, the coronation of the hero's journey of two men who, after being consistently held back in both WCW and WWF, finally had made it to the top of the world. For that moment, for his incredible matches in WCW, for the brilliant storylines he was part of in WWF/E, and for his incredible, unique style (nobody has ever been as good as him at combining ferocious aggression with technical skills), Chris Benoit is, and by far, my true #1, the one wrestler I truly admired and idolized... Until he did what he did.

Welp, there you have it. I really sound like an old man right now, don't I? :p

PAIN FOR PRIDE PROMO #8

“It is better to die to fight for freedom then be a prisoner all the days of your life.”

Narrator: When dictatorship becomes a fact, a revolution becomes a right. When the establishment has chained all of the people below their social status as virtual prisoners, it is up to the prisoners to face a dilemma: continue to go on about the rest of their lives and lived a criminal but unjust life in society, or they can rise up in the masses to right the very wrong that the establishment has presented. Some would not take up a rise in arms for various reasons: they are scared to die as a somebody that can easily be replaced in this system of the establishment, they are scared to die to know that perhaps their efforts doesn’t cast a light into giving awareness that this system is broken or perhaps more importantly? These prisoners didn’t even know that they were prisoners to begin with. These prisoners think that this is what life is all about on a daily basis because the corporative establishment brainwashed these prisoners that there’s nothing remotely better than the current system. But what if I told you that there is one man that can break down a corrupt and inefficient system that treat men like prisoners, make it obsolete and replace it with something that is fitting for the era of EAW? What if I told you that there is a man that is willing to go through all the struggles of being the voice of reasoning, to be punished for even having the thought of going against the system that is supposedly sound, but now? The system cannot erase this man. The system cannot erase the man into being irrelevant. The system can no longer find a way to contain this man’s influence into being as a mere, small uprising. The system found out as that they cannot erase the man, but instead, actually chose to make a Martyr just by their actions alone. Now, this man has been gaining steam for being renowned for his authenticity, the willingness to be stubborn to be an enigma within the political brand and he is one of the contributors as to why the system cannot stop the inevitable: a total breakdown from within. With this said, one can easily make a claim that this revolutionary is the vanguard of a movement. One can easily make a claim that this revolutionary can be the catalysts as to why all people that were chained as prisoners, can feel as if they are now liberated from the tyrannical and brutal rule of an absolute dictatorship.

Who is this revolutionary though? What if I told you that this revolutionary didn’t even see himself as one until last year? Because like all human being, the thought of revolution is rather rash. But for this individual, this man has gone through extraordinary feats. Having some accolades to his name throughout the promotions he has been at. This man has gone through arguably some of the toughest of trial that a man can ever endure and he has demonstrated that all in all? He will have his fair share of shortcomings, but it would be foolish to not be on the look about the triumphs that he has amassed. This man has demonstrated that can find a way to be successful, be it with a partner and achieve glory, or be it with just himself. It is rather interesting to note that although he has been aligned with others for a good portion of this man’s career; it seems that he is most relevant when he is fending out for himself. Why is that so? Is it because this man doesn’t have to get too complacent as to when others are fighting his battles? Is it because this man knows that numbers is a weapon of war? Or simply put, he is at his best when he performs better just by himself because he knows that in order to establish a true legacy? One measures a legacy by single performances alone, not based on what you do with a man that is align with you. It’s not like he cannot be capable of carving out the legacy either. He has demonstrated that in his struggles, no one can cast aside him to being irrelevant. He has demonstrated that for a man that is supposedly in his “Twilight” days, the man has demonstrated as if he’s a Phoenix that has been unleashing flames on those that dare to stand his way. More importantly? He’s fighting for a legacy that will have others chained off as prisoners and bring them to the promise land.

(Camera pans to New Miami Stadium where we see Nick Angel sitting in a chair in the middle ring, in casual attire)

Nick: Wrestling is a learning experience. There are various ways as a means of learning from wrestling in all shape or form. When we speak about results, they always say that you can learn a sentence when you win, but they don’t lie to you that you can learn a book from a defeat. You could always learn a motivational line from a win to continue success, but what if success does not go your way under misfortunate circumstances? It is time to look back and reflect as to what is wrong and how you can improve not just a wrestler, but also finding what is your sense of purpose as to why you are even fighting here in EAW. Sometimes, a man isn’t losing based on the question of talent; a man is losing because he hasn’t even found himself yet. And I can easily relate to that aforementioned statement because although I have achieved accolades based on sheer talent alone, I have never ever been where I want to be: the pinnacle of EAW. I tried to develop myself into something that is formidable in the ring, but somewhere along the way? I lost track of what is even my purpose to even be in EAW. After last year’s Pain for Pride, it made me open my eyes that after losing to a tag team that has formed for only a month, it makes me realize that just maybe? I found the very purpose as to why I am even here in EAW. No, not aligning with others and dominate the scenes of a brand. No, not specifically individual glory. The reason why I am fighting here is the fact that I have seen the numerous occasions that the board of EAW has recklessly gave when it comes to title opportunities. The reason why I am fighting is to right the wrong that the board of EAW has imposed for the past few years while pushing the hottest flavor of the month while keeping their corporative puppets relevant. Here we stand this upcoming weekend: my biggest match of my entire career. Sure I have gone through multiple hall of famers and I am not going to dispute that. But I can truly say that my upcoming Cash in the Vault match is the biggest for me because of the magnitude that has seemingly been hostile to me. Yet, this is my opportunity to prove that narrative wrong by dismantling it in a big fashion by coming away with the most valuable commodity in EAW. It’s not like it CANNOT be doable either. I am not really facing hall of famers by any stretch of imagination, rather? I am facing guys that are a hell lot like a Eddie Mack as opposed to even being considered a hall of famer in the mold of Zack Crash, let alone the guys that I have faced such as Y2Impact or Mr. DEDEDE. I would like to think that I have learned a lot the past few days, but to be honest? I haven’t learn anything if we’re being honest. Sure, there are some worthy guys that have been more thought provoking than I expected, but nothing significant of substance. Rather, I have learned that this is arguably the weakest competition that I have faced the past five years of my career in EAW in Pain for Pride, for as high of a magnitude of a match like this, I have face guys that range from clowns to over glorified second tier talent.

First off Angelo, I don’t answer to ANYONE. I don’t answer to the high authorities who basically detest me to begin with, and I will certainly do not answer to a fucking perennial underachiever who wasn’t even thought of to begin with until this week. You think I would answer your creed as a means of showing you respect that you think you are entitled to? Look here Angelo, I don’t even care that you are a perennial underachiever to begin with as there are many that resides in EAW to begin with. But you are asking me to give you a single ounce of respect when you basically disrespected and slander the name that has done more for the company of probably one month, rather than you, your entire career? That is basically me asking you to demand some respect for me after I slapped you in the face, but you wouldn’t want to respect me??? No pal, you would try to punch me, and that is what I am going to do on a far more severe case and a far more arsenal than punching. I am going to torture and assault every fiber that you possibly have because quite simply Angelo? You were a nobody heading to Miami to begin with, and you come off as someone that acts like he should be a first ballot of Hall of Famer and then disrespect the dead. If I were you Angelo, I would be scared if you were even in the same vicinity as me, not because of my elite presence alone. If I were you Angelo, I would be scared you are in the same vicinity as me because quite simply, you have made the wrong enemy just by targeting the wrong guy and in turn? You would have every right to know that there is a bulldoze behind your back because I would very much would love to make you back to where you were before Miami and will after Miami: irrelevant. You try to put me in the same light as Chris Elite but I can easily pull a you on you card. You accused me of being an underachiever when the fact of the matter is Angelo? It takes one to know one. Angelo, you are in the same light as Chris Elite as if, the both of you guys don’t even have accolades to speak of heading into EAW, which is rather actually funny from your bold claims. You can talk as if I am Chris Elite and you can delude yourself into thinking so Angelo, but it is YOU that are more closer to a Chris Elite rather than a star in the making, me.

Up next? My fellow friend Rhaegar. So, you have stated that “actually placed both of my feet firmly on the ground and continued to believe.” So if we went that concept, if we just believed, maybe I can believed myself into a Hall of Fame career. If we went that concept, I would believe myself that I would not go through of being someone that was cast aside for guys that aren’t even employed in EAW. Believing? Really, Rhaegar? I expected a WHOLE lot much coming from a man that I slander for the entire world to see last night, and you want to talk about the concept of believing? Alright Rhaegar, where did this concept of believing have you huh? Did this concept of believing is an excuse as to why you were struggling to even win one match in the calendar year of 2016? Did this concept of believing excuse you that just like Angelo, you have become a man that has squandered multiple opportunities of being a somebody in EAW, especially for someone that is supposedly talented but has been the epitome of “doing the least with the most”? Because all I see Rhaegar, sure you can always believe and I’ll give you credit for that matter. But you know who also believed when the things got rough? Me. You know who believed that he can be a somebody even though he has been labeled as a “lost cause” even though he hasn’t shown any demonstrations as to why didn’t deserve such a claim? Me. Don’t fucking use this believe bullshit card because quite frankly Rhaegar, it’s the only thing you got and everyone and their mothers can believe and have faith. But when we are talking about growth and the evolution of a wrestler, just look at me and compare it to you. I have evolved as a wrestler that has brought out his best regardless of the competition, while you Rhaegar, have been performing as if this is a third tier promotion out in your native land in Greece which is not really a surprise as to why you struggled to even win a single match this year. You can call me pathetic, but it is you Rhaegar that is pathetic. You’re the one that had all the tools of being at least a somebody and you are botching it as much as you can. Don’t come to me suggesting changing my life of style when I am actually fighting for a purpose, while you Rhaegar? Just like your brother Ventura, you have forgotten your sense of purpose as to why you even fight in EAW and you wanna know what happen to your brother Ventura last year at Pain for Pride? He is DEAD. And if you don’t get your act together, I wouldn’t even be remotely surprised if you follow his footsteps.

Ah yes, Chris Elite. Now, while it is true that I did compare two quarterbacks, it was YOU that put me in the same light and brought up the topic. Don’t act like it is irrelevant because you brought up an irrelevant topic to begin with and I used the topic as a means of using substance. You try to cast me in the same light that happens to have more triumphs than shortcomings and all I ever did? Compared you to someone that is rather, an accurate description of you. A man that many have hope into becoming a star, but he is struggling to be a somebody. That is all I am basically stating in my previous speech when it comes to addressing you. You can brush off this upcoming topic all you want Chris, but it is YOU that has brought this upon yourself, not just putting me in the same light as a “Tony Romo”. It is you that brought upon the actions that has for the most part, has been a laughing stock for everyone to see in wherever you go. Perhaps as your limitations as a talent, but I can easily say that what can trump talent? It is hard work. Look at the people that are in the Class of 2016 when it comes to being a Hall of Famer, there is only one that strikes as an overall natural talent. Three others got into the hall of fame just by their sheer relentless dedication and it leads me to this Chris. If you are aware that you are not the most talented of men in EAW, at least give us a reason as to why you are fighting for your own dignity. At least give us a reason why you can be the man that is opportunist just by using the statement that “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard”. I am aware that for the past few months Chris, you have shed a new leaf and you have actually decided to change your life of style from turning into someone that was a laughing stock into someone that that could at least walk away with some dignity whenever he does fight. While that is a sound gesture especially when you are performing in the best promotion there is Chris, sheding a new leaf is not going to cut it when it comes to determine the winner of Cash in the Vault. You might change your lifestyle to enhance your career, but the fact of the matter is Chris? What will determine a winner of Cash in the Vault is experience of being in Cash in the Vault, finding the right balance between pragmatism and reactiveness, and who's more equipped to be a world champion as we speak: me.  You might shed a leaf and I am not going to stoop down to disclaim such, but it’s going to take a whole lot than sheding a new leaf to even be a player, let alone a main event player which is why we are in Cash in the Vault.

The Nas. We meet again before our bout in Miami and let me tell everyone? If there is anyone that I expected to talk more aside from me, and I had to pick between you and Phoenix? It would be the latter, but the latter is rather such a letdown. So with that said, as sound as a compliment as that can be the Nas, the compliments stop there. See, you insist that I needed to keep quiet, but just as Angelo? I don’t answer to anyone. I don’t answer to corrupt authorities and I certainly won’t answer to a guy that hasn’t been here around for only a couple of weeks. You insist that I need to shut up and stop talking but you know what that does Nas? That just means that I am more than motivated to keep talking the talk knowing that I can walk the walk. That just means that everyone is sick and tired of my mouth, but you know what does that mean? It means that I am getting into their heads before our match in Miami and it can only mean one thing Nas. I am winning the match before the match even begins. See, you try to play the card that I am used to failures or that I have squandered opportunities but once that you lost cards to play with? You have demonstrated that you got no answer for the man that offered you to be a part of the new establishment that will take a present after Miami. You have demonstrated that maybe, just maybe, it would be unwise to strike out alone. Now Nas, here we interact one last time before our bout in Miami and I want to tell you one simple thing. You can demand the people’s approval, but they won’t determine as to if you’re going to be a main eventer and it doesn’t guarantees that you will be a somebody.  You can demand as if, you want to be a man of honor, but deep down? All we know is that as shown the past few days, you need guidance to cast aside your view of idealism. You need to know that you cannot change anything about what you think about the opposition or what the opposition thinks about you. You cannot change as to how I dictate my actions because the thing is? I am on a crusade. I am on a mission to preach my struggles and make the enlightened ones relate to such and join me as I transition a movement into a revolution. Simply put, the Nas? You can call me to shut up, but I will talk whenever I will, no matter how much of a quantity when I can back it up with conclusive facts along with casting reasonable doubt on my opponents. Simply put the Nas? You may have shown that you can demonstrate of being in the spotlight, but you’re no maestro of the spotlight which will determine the winner of our bout in Miami.

Enough about my opponents that I have addressed today and let’s move onto a remote but probable possibility, what would happen if I win Cash in the Vault? First thing first, I am here to announce that regardless of what happens in Miami, this Elite movement that I speak of is going to transition into a revolution as we are both gaining steam and perhaps the masses of people that believes in the concept. But what if I won Cash in the Vault? Here’s the thing, if it were up to me, I would tell you that as much as I would be the pragmatic human being of not rushing into such a dilemma as I am indeed, holding the most valuable commodity? I am going to warn the likes of Tyler Parker, Ares Vendetta, Devan Dubian, Y2Impact, Scott Oasis, Lucian Black, Aren Mstislav, Vic Vendetta and Carlos Rosso that simply put? You better watch your steps because I know that while it would be fun to dwell on all the hard work that you dedicate your entire your careers to, I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of ruining the party. Let’s face it, although I can cash in any champion ideally as I could appear in any brand to begin with, I am talking from my perspective heading into the next event after Pain for Pride: the EAW Draft. I can easily assert my place as a top tier promotion and have numerous brands vying for my signature if I have the most valuable commodity within my sight….or maybe, just maybe have the crown jewel of all of wrestling. But I will let people wonder the endless possibilities that I speak of the event that I do win at Pain for Pride and let’s talk about the significance as to what winning at Pain for Pride means to me. Yes, winning for the first time in five years, that defeats a powerful narrative with a dominant result that no one can take it away from you. Yes, I would hold the most valuable commodity and that means that in terms of leverage? I have every bits of it and comes leverage, comes political position. See, the thing is to me? I am preaching this movement for the past couple of months and just last week, I have express interest in expanding the movement into the revolution. I can manipulate any guys I can do just because of the prize that I am holding, period. It’s not just defeating a narrative, it’s replacing it with your own narrative and dictating history to your liking, period.

As anyone that has known me for the past five years, I am not known for making bold proclamations of any stretch of the period. I am not known for making daring statements against the mainstream of wisdom but you know? This is my last few words, before my biggest match of my career. I believe that I am God. No, not the proclamation that Mr. DEDEDE thinks that he is the supreme human being. No, in fact, I have a more open interpretation of God in a sense. I believe that every object and matter is God in some shape of form, not by how they are “superior” but rather, how they function and there must be reasoning as to why they even exist. There must be a reason why this stadium exists, after all, it’s only a stadium but to me? It is God because the stadium is here for a purpose. I believe that something as little as a steel chair is God because the thing is, it’s an object. It’s an object that has seen live simulation throughout their life span so in a sense? It is God. This ring is God, even despite that it has been a few days ago. Everything is God because there is a purpose as to why every creature, matter and object is created because we are the ones that created our path in this living simulation. We are the one that has created our every bit of fiber and be the person that we want to be and in a sense? It means that I am God. It means that I don’t need to believe in a higher like figure in a religious God. I don’t need to believe in God or believing in God because quite simply? I am God. I am the fucking divine intervention. I am the man that needs to take matter into his own hand and show why I am actually a remote creature that is even created to begin with. This is my time to assert myself as God. This is my time to assert myself as a man of destiny. This is my time to assert myself as…..

THE

DIVINE

INTERVENTION.

Grand Rampage #8

You know-- maybe it’s time to clarify and dumb down just what I’ve been saying ALL week long to “The Notorious” Dark Demon. The fact that he is spewing this nonsense about me being incoherent in the first place shows exactly why he’s easily one of the most talented dumbasses to ever exist. Let’s go down to your level, Demon.. I’m willing to lower myself just so you can catch up. What I’ve been explaining is actually quite simple, really.. I JJ Silva have made no accusations regarding Xavier Williams breaking your arm being a weakness. Admittedly, I did reference the match though. My purpose for this is as follows: Xavier's-- former ally of Dark Demon along with the Demon’s Council-- beat him. What can you take away from that as a weakness? I don’t give a damn about the match itself but rather the outcome. To hell with your former broken arm? I could care less as it’d serve zero purpose for me now. Your weakness is that you either get too emotionally invested, or to overconfident to the point you lose control and blow the outcome. You can continue to fight all you want during the moment but in the end you always have to overcome your biggest obstacle.. Which in your case, seems to be yourself. Facts needed? Prematurely announcing victory is the most common mistake for someone to make.. But someone on your “caliber” it just seems to make you even dumber. Confidence or not--- the only thing that is for certain in this kind of match is uncertainty itself. It is truly 50/50. You could walk out and kick my ass.. Or I could walk out and kick yours… which leads me to another point to clarify for you, Demon. You can claim my irrelevance to this company all you want too but as history teaches you.. I’m a wildcard. I see you have plagiarized my exact words but for you instead.. I said from the beginning that you will use the exact same content on me because you have no knowledge about me outside of what you have seen in the past.. But you have no idea just what I have become.. The man that has beaten Former Heavyweight Champions and completely dominated mid-card champions. I’m the true definition of a wildcard-- which clearly makes that fact true within me and without you. You insult my roots in Kentucky and mock the people that populate it for that exact purpose. Many could say that would produce an upper hand over you, but I’m not as naïve as them to agree with that testament. I know this is going to be the fight of a lifetime and although I have accomplished anything thus far, the Grand Rampage seems like as great of a start as any. As for Crash.. Well let’s answer some of your issues with the manner. Why am I not receiving championship opportunities from Zack? The answer to that question is I asked not to. While yes, having a championship could make all of the difference, I will gain a championship on my own doing. However, I did request to be put inside this match for this right here.. This madness! All week long as been quite the test but as it remains, there are very few left-- but I’m still here. Titles will come and go in my career but everything that glitters is not gold, Demon.. I’d expect you to know that by now. There is a grander picture painted on the walls and if you cannot see it than I have no need explain just what my intentions are. That’ll come in due time. Now back to Zack Crash, shall we? Zack has a very shaky history with the men he once were aligned with but is it not true that most of them were merely incompetent? I believe many exaggerate his past and use it to advantage but I’m the one working with him. We have dreams and ambitions and although loyalty is nice, it doesn’t last forever. If a time were to come where Crash and I were set to battle whether it be for a championship or just an ordinary match I would fight him just as I would fight you. Crash knows while I’m with him my work-ethic is high and I will produce the necessary results he desires all in the sake of aligning the stars for myself in the future. He does not shape my career or provide shortcuts-- it just so happens that his “dirty work” collaborates well with what my intentions were in the first place. Eliminate the old and in with the new. I trust Scott Oasis. I trust Brody Sparks. I even trust Zack Crash. In Omerta I trust.. Not for my future, but all that deserves one. You’re just to ignorant to understand that, Demon.

I could never be a lackey for someone I’ve defeated. Eclipse was merely a man who should have been recognized and I placed him in the limelight. He was denied before me and now he was accepted. At Territorial Invasion, I beat Eclipse Diemos. Your words seem empty now, Demon; you’re just pulling straws at this point.. But as to why I should be considered a threat to you? You have proven to only know the public's opinions about me.. But incapable of forming your own. Nothing you’ve said hasn’t been said before to me. In fact, 90% of everything you have said to me I already mentioned earlier in this week and you have done nothing but take my own words and continue to milk it.. If anyone is pathetic-- it is you, Demon. For someone who has done so much in this company.. You truly are a disappointment to me. You see, we all know Demon is very fond of speaking.. But if you really listen to the words he says are quite predictable. You don’t view me as a threat? Fair enough. In a mere 24 hours that mindset will be altered.

At this point you’ve proven to be a nuisance. I guess as time goes on this will be dealt with accordingly.. On my own doing. No Omerta.. Just JJ Silva and his will to shut Demon along with all of his generic monikers down.

PAIN FOR PRIDE PROMO #8

I know I've been extremely hyper critical of the opposition this week but it is Pain For Pride, and we only have one more day to go until the biggest show of the year.  In order to send a direct message, I feel as though I've jumping all over the place.  I'm not bipolar nor do I have multiple personalities but that is the kind of manic energy that one needs in a match like this.  This old war horse lubricate the joins and be prepared to go into battle once again.

I've been training a lot recently by trying to do activities that I did when I was younger.  I thought I would go over to a gymtaka and try some tumbling but my age clearly showed as I came tumbling directly onto my face. When I started my career, I was revered as an up comer high flying luchadore but I also knew that the style would fade as my bones rusted.  I needed to continue to adapt and evolve with the world around me. That need for survival in a time of chaos has led me to staying alive today in a ring full of young lions.  There is a still a trick or two that this dirty old man can employ in a match but I've reverted to other means in order to ensure that I win.  I've recently started hitting weights to make up for my loss in dexterity and quickness. Don't get me wrong... I can still fly high when I need to but the risks are starting to outpace the rewards.

I picked up strength training and cardiovascular exercise because I noticed that I'm becoming slower and I need to make sure that every punch counts.  I might even "Homer Simpson" the competition.  My biggest assets have always been my tremendous heart that comes from the Mexican fighters of the past and my durability.  I'll take punch after punch just to make sure that I give one back.  I'll knock you the fuck out though and that's the difference between wannabes and a veteran.  I don't think my opponents quite understand what's in front of them.  I'll be the ring general this upcoming Saturday.  You might have wrestled in EAW longer than me but I'll show you what a person with true experience and wisdom looks like.

Time is ticking and people are getting antsy.  The fans have already started declaring winners in their head, and the funny thing about that is that there are doubts about the once current favorite, Matt Miles.  There's a certain scent in there air, the fans around England can smell an upset taking place and it happened the moment that I struck my boots onto this soil. Each day I've opened my mouth; the believers have grown more and more.  They realize what this company has done unto others and they realize that this company has no future.  This match went from being the easiest pick of the night, to the hardest winner to decide and that was simply because I'm participating in it.

That's the kind of power that I have when I say things and show them.  I bring doubt into any equation and the fear that runs in other wrestlers as they try to stammer out a response, is shown.  I'm here and I'm marking my territory.  This is the "real" debut of the Mexican Samurai.  You can ignore my match on Voltage because that was merely a showcase to show off my abilities but people still simply swept me under the rug.  I told you, though.

I told all you!

I'm sure that you all still count me out as the rookie who doesn't know any better.  That's okay because I'll still continue to not only raise doubts but straight up intimidate other people because they know that they are in the fight of the life when they are in front of me.

Things have gone retro recently, which is fitting considering the social trend towards the 80's and 90's.  Everything old is cool again.

Chris Elite, you had your shot over and over again.  I'm hoping that we can go one on one after this so that I can prove my outright dominance in a match.  You try to get under my skin but you are just a minor annoyance; another body that is insignificant in the outcome of my destiny.  You are a thorn on the side of EAW and I'm going to have to get rid of you.   This is not child's play.  This is where adults meet up to wrestle. You think I was being silly by throwing my little Social Justice Warrior chant but we all know that you are the joke in the ring.  Congrats, on being thrown at first.

To all the other opponents at Pain For Pride.  This is it.

LET THE BEST MAN WIN!

:fact:#1 - Tattoos the names of every person he seeks vengeance upon onto his torso as a permanent reminder and display of devotion for his redemption and to Onryo.

:fact: #2 - Though born out of wedlock, Ares considers himself heir to the Vendetta Dynasty as the eldest of Robbie V's three known children: himself, Athena Vendetta, and Apollo Vendetta. Athena being the only three born in wedlock.

:fact: #3 - After his birth, Ares' mother, Kendra Shamez, traveled and lived with Robbie V during his time training in Japan. After their eventual falling out, Kendra remained in Japan for the sake of Ares as he had already become accustomed to living there while Robbie traveled as a professional wrestler and visited Ares when he could. Ares would eventually take to training in the toughest dojos he could find in Japan. The training was excruciating and Ares suffered various broken bones, torn tendons, and more, but was continued to be given training so long as he kept coming back.

:fact: #4 - As with many wrestlers in Japan, Ares took an excursion to the United States in the Extreme Answers Wrestling Federation, specifically to enact revenge on those who have wronged the Vendetta Family. However, since then, it has been revealed this was no excursion, but more of a banishment after Ares took it upon himself to mercilessly torture an opponent before striking them with a punt kick using a steel-toed boot. The victim of the attack was put in a coma for several weeks and has never wrestled again. Ares considered it "experimenting".

:fact: #5 - Typically a cold and callous individual, Ares seems to only show mercy upon his own family. as he recruited his cousin, Victor Vendetta, after a malicious war that featured Victor attacking Kendra and Ares alike. Ares defeated Victor cleanly at Road To Redemption, humiliated Victor by having him cut off his own hair as a showing of humility, and would bring him in to join House Vendetta not long after.

:fact: #6 - Ares recruited Norman Hellion into House Vendetta not only by promises of grandeur and revenge, but by revealing to him a distant relation between the Vendettas and the Hellions. Therefore, excluding Scott Diamond as House Vendetta's "insurance policy" and the Agents of Extreme as anonymous followers of Ares/Onryo, House Vendetta is made up of the family of Ares Vendetta.

:fact: #7 - Supposedly, Ares became the way he is not long after discovering a somewhat forgotten God in Japan named "Onryo". Ares desired vengeance after discovering all that had been done to his family, and soon discovered Onryo and his ways of achieving precisely that. Ares became more cold, more calculating, and more violent than ever before. He took his years of training and used them to maim others for pleasure.

:fact: #8 - Ares has been known to be a "womanizer" of sorts.

:fact: #9 - Donned the persona "Crimson Mask" prior to revealing his true identity. The "Crimson" of the character spawning from his worshiping of Onryo as followers of the religion commonly use a red right hand; as well as the religion's use of blood.

:fact: #10 - Despite living in the same country as his half-brother, Apollo, Ares never contacted him or even knew of him until he was informed of his father's other children as an adult. Ares grew nothing but resentment for the other two children of Robbie V and considers them born of adultery.

:fact: #11 - Has unusual, yet natural blonde and black-colored hair.

:fact: #12 - Defeated then-World Heavyweight Champion, Mr. DEDEDE, in his EAW Debut as Ares Vendetta; also killed Methuselah.

:fact: #13 - Enjoys whistling. Ares specifically whistles to the tune of "A-Hunting We Will Go" when feeling especially violent.

:fact: #14 - Ended the career of Cleopatra.

:fact: #15 - Despite specifically targeting the EAW Pure Championship and his father's now-inactive World Heavyweight Championship Crown, Ares believes every piece of gold belongs to him as the self-proclaimed heir to this father's Throne. Believes that by right, EAW is his Kingdom, and everything within it is his possession, and intends to come to claim each treasure if need-be.

:fact:  #16 - Enjoys calling those he considers lower than him (everyone) "mongrels".

:fact: #17 - Prefers Hotpockets over Pizza Rolls.

:fact: #18 - Became known as "The Black Vulture" after his brutal assault on an opponent that led to his "excursion". Became known as "The New Don" as the son to Robbie V and self-proclaimed leader of the Vendetta Family; a family that has been infamous for its dirty dealings, such as the eradication of competing families to the point of being known as "The mafia of professional wrestling (the nickname "The New Don" also being a play on the term "New Dawn"). Was given the nickname "The Kamikaze Prince" due to his dangerous method of wrestling in which he punishes his own body to harm his opponent.

Voltage Promo #8 "Idiots never learn" Tyberns, Tyberns. Tsk. Tsk tsk. You never learn, no matter how many threats and insults you give me, they will never deturr me from my goal, my short term goal? Beating you this Friday. My long term goal? Becoming the best in EAW and just hurting people... "Six Feet Under" becomes stupid when you say it so many times. Like a word that loses it's meaning once you say it over and over again. And that's just like you Mr. Tyberns, people like you aren't as Smart as me... Not as resourceful and definitely not as skilled. If you are a dead man, tomorrow I will be a Necrophiliac. And if you are still alive, I'll kill you. You have a lot of fucking nerve walking in here like a big shot. You'll be walking out of here like a fish out of water, no breath left. Not six feet under, but me one foot further, what step closer to my dream. One step closer to a winning record, one step closer to immortality. You will bite the dust, I will beat you in to the dust, and I can't understand why you don't quit RIGHT NOW. So, one more time I'll say... "MOMENT OF SILENCE" "SMILE WHILE I SIN" "I'll BE THE HUNTER, YOU THE HUNTED" THANK YOU

WWE '13 SIMULATIONS (Simulated in 'dat KOTR '98 Arena)

***
MATCH #1 | PURE CHAMPIONSHIP | Ryan Savage (c) vs. Are Vendetta
RESULT:
Ryan Savage RETAINS the EAW Pure Championship (6:40)
- Short and sweet but overall a nice match
- Overall extremely fast paced, with offense going at 90 miles an hour
- Vendetta hits a superkick and Savage goes down. Vendetta picks Savage, and he reverses, hits a powerslam and pins! VINTAGE WWE GAME TACTICS!

MATCH #2 | INTERWIRE CHAMPIONSHIP | Scott Oasis (c) vs. Zach Genesis (w/Guest Referee Nick Makarov)
RESULT:
Zach Genesis WINS the EAW Interwire Championship (5:48 - AWWWWW YEEEAHHHH!!!)
- Fun match that featured both myself and Oasis outside breaking that 10 count twice
- Oasis was dominate for a fair amount hitting offense like a smooth G, including a Belly To Belly on the outside
- Match ends when I throw him back in the ring, hit the Southern Comfort and that's all she wrote (here's hoping that this Saturday night's result is the same haha)

MATCH #3 | SINGLES MATCH | Lucian Black vs. Xavier Williams
RESULT:
Lucian Black defeats Xavier Williams via pinfall (10:55)
- A bit longer here but still great to watch, with a very even match in this situation
- Highlights include Xavier hitting the Zig Zag nearly decapitating Lucian, and Lucian no selling a diving crossbody
- Lucian ends the match elementary by connecting with a monstrous spear on a rising Xav to get the win

MATCH #4 | WINNER TAKE ALL | Norman Hellion (c) vs. Alex Anderson (c)
RESULT:
Alex Anderson WINS both the EAW Answers World Championship and the ACE Championship (HOLY. FUCKING. SHIT.) (15:27)
- Was not expecting that result but okay! Apparently that's what happened!
- Hellion must have 13 scoop slams before I lost count on how many there were. Overall the match was quite slow but still okay to watch
- Then AA wins by connecting The Ace Of Spades from out of nowhere. Well shiet.

MATCH #5 | HALL OF FAME CHAMPIONSHIP | LADDER MATCH | Cameron Ella Ava (c) vs. Tarah Nova
RESULT:
Tarah Nova WINS the EAW Hall Of Fame Championship (14:10)
- This match really delivered. Seriously it was amazing.
- The ladders were oddly used as weapons more often than actually be used to climb on with the first climb not having til about 5 minutes before the end. Tarah Nova did hit a sick suplex off of the ladder onto another ladder, and Zach Genesis here started marking out at his TV screen
- Eventually as both vixen's were up top, Nova slammed Ava's head onto the top of the ladder causing her to fall off, and then she retrieved the belt for the win.

MATCH #6 | EAW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP | Diamond Cage (c) vs. Hades The Hellraiser
RESULT:
Diamond Cage RETAINS the EAW World Championship (18:11)
- Another great match to watch here
- Hades hit a killer Snake Eyes onto the turnbuckle before connecting with the famous piledriver only for to DC to kick out at 1 like a boss
- DC then went for a suicide dive...which was no sold as Hades just walked away
- Cage wins after nailing The Mercy Rule center of the ring! With the wake up taunt too!

MATCH #7 | EAW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP | Mr. DEDEDE (c) vs. Tyler Parker
RESULT:
Mr. DEDEDE RETAINS the EAW World Heavyweight Championship (12:30)
- Not as long as the other world title matches but still a good one here
- Parker nailing a missile dropkick flying across the ring was a major highlight here for sure
- DEDEDE retained after he hit the North Star, Tyler Parker broke the golden rule by kicking out of it but using that stored finisher, he hits the North Star again to gain the fall.

MATCH #8 | KING OF ELITE FINAL | Lannister vs. Devan Dubian vs. Jacob Senn
RESULT:
Lannister WINS the King Of Elite 2015 by pinning Devan Dubian (24:16 - LANNISTTERRR UBER ALLEESSS)
- This match delivered on every single level. Technical wrestling, outside brawling, weapons going everywhere. Amazing stuff. The ending was out of nowhere but meh.
- Highlights including Senn going through an announce table, Dubian carrying around the steel steps for a good 5 minutes, and Lannister hitting them European Uppercuts like it's 1989
- The amount of total pinfalls/submission attempts broken up in this match. 27
- Lannister effectively won after a DDT on the chair whilst Senn was KO'ed on the outside. GG! SMILEY FACE. GLHF! ALL HAIL KING KEN!
