I've already heard from the writers of Battleground and Voltage, and the show should go up tonight. Haven't heard from or seen Xav or Ken since Saturday though.

Can someone hunt them down pls? (Mainly Xav and whoever backup wrote for him, Kens on vacation)

Can you owners stop re-modding back up writers who are late and holding the show up? I'll re-mod them myself when they get a match up on time the following week. Backups were never modded before in EAW history until recent, unless they were ultra consistent. If I catch that shit again I'm un-ownering. Don't know why you would blatantly undo something I do like you're helping anyone out.. If you see someone unmodded or demoted, it's probably for a reason. Ask me first.

In regards to the results coming up late is there no way we can at least get a wins and losses recap sheet along with the next card so we can start work on our RP's, there has been more than once Ive found myself not being able to RP for Voltage till friday due to waiting for detailed results and the card to be posted

I'm waiting anxiously for this card.

Honestly, it's about damn time this was brought up. Since I've been here, I did notice that the shows would be posted late, and it's kind of frustrating to those, and myself, to wait for results so that we can start posting promos for the next show. I get people have lives off of here, and even I do as well, but these shows should actually be posted on time. Just saying.

Xav's too busy fighting kangaroos with Nigel to write. And Ken's acting like an IRL vacation is more important than efeds so he's off at the beach. SMH

MRW when DDD complains about late shows but I've been sitting here for two and a half years waiting for him to post season 2 of Dynasty Kai.

I say at this point someone familiar with showdown should just post abbreviated results. 

If anyone who happens to have matches for Showdown and segments, They can send them to me and i can add them to the google document.

Meh, so long as promoers are following the guidelines and promoing on time, consistently and before deadlines they have every right to hold up some expectations. Iron sharpens iron. We definitely don't need to crucify writers, definitely not the purpose of this thread, but we can't just pretend late shows are okay and not communicating with the chairman adequately when internet access in this day in age is more available than ever is okay either. It's best we all keep each other in check, and IMO members getting on the case of writers for lateness is simply keeping up the EAW standard that helped make us number 1.

I see your point, and opinions may differ but I do agree on certain points. You are right for sure.

The shows haven't been being a day or two late. Every show has been being late except for maybe Battleground. Voltage has been nearly a week late for months now, and that goes way beyond patience. Now Showdown is 3 days late and is showing no signs of being posted and it's been like this for a few weeks. When shows just continue to be half a week late, it forces everybody to postpone the show a day, gives people less time to promo, and less time to write if they are going to get it on time.

People get tired of waiting for days for a show and card to be posted and only having 2 days to promo. If that continues to happen it makes people lose motivation.

I agree with Caliban said.... at least give us the highlight of the show. just who defeated who is enough, I think. that will give us some few stuff to think for the next promo.

2. I said that because it was becoming a legitimate problem at the time, Voltage would come out on Thursdays, or possibly Wednesdays if we were lucky. That gave me no time to come up with an adequate Promo/RP, and stilted my success on the brand. I was, and still am seen as a lower level promoer because I didn't have any time to get a good promo out amidst important things that were going on, they weren't bad enough to make me leave, but they did take up my time. Which led to my Promos being even worse than they should have been. I said all of that because I was extremely angry. And understandably so due to my situation at the time.

1. You get dismissed because you play the victim card for almost everything after people call you out on the stupid shit you say. Again, that chick didn't even say anybody should step down like you did before, she said it frustrates her because shows aren't up on time. You got flamed for taking that to a whole other level. There were plenty of people on Voltage who were upset/annoyed at Voltage being late and people annoyed right now about current shows not up but nobodys calling for anybody's heads because we don't want quality writers to actually step down and to act like somebody like Robbie should step down was dumb as hell (and I'd love to know who was seriously going to replace him leading into PFP). You complain about getting flamed all the time and the one time people DON'T flame you, you keep talking about it so people reply, makes sense.

2. You're seen as a low-level promoer because your promos are low-level, if shows being late had any bearing on the quality of promoers in EAW, all the promos in EAW would have suffered. Don't be blaming the writers for you not being able to post what people deem to be quality promos when most people can do it. That's on you.

Can we talk about the fact that, for the past, oh I don't know, eternity, the vixens division in EAW has been nothing but absolute garbage. I mean sure you got some decent promoers like Kendra, HBG, Cam, etc. from the past but who ever took them seriously? Now it's starting to look up because a lot more females are joining but not only that, but a lot more females are starting to post quality promos. There's females on the roster right now that are out-promoing a lot of the males, and that's not something we normally see. And if a female was doing that, they would switch from the vixens division because even an autistic turtle could tell if you're gonna do anything worth doing you do it in the men's division. Well now, I have brought my superior talents to the vixens division. That's correct, Eris is not moving to the men's division, I am moving to the vixens division because in a time where equality and gay rights have never been more accepted, I wish to bring the Vixens division to another level. I want the vixens in EAW to know that a man is willing to work with them because they can be just as good. But they will never be better.

That being said, Xav is on skype every day fam, he's getting his shit together, I don't know how much longer it'll be but he was working on the show yesterday and this morning. I re-sent the match I was assigned, so both Ken and Xav have it, and I can't imagine it be much longer. Xav and Ken are both excellent writers. The best writers in EAW IMO. I have never been one to complain and question when a show will be posted, because I come from CWF/LEGION fam. Over in them parts, an "on-time show" was a myth. I don't think it ever happened. So 2 or 3 or even 4 days late, isn't too much to me. 

THAT being said, CWF and LEGION are both fuckin dead as the dirt now fam. Just stating facts. Late shows aren't good for anybody.

Also, Kerry Keller, don't EVER EVER EVER try to blame one of these fucking writers for the fact that you weren't doing shit on Voltage. You weren't doing shit because every god damn promo you posted was 97% down syndrome. Like Demon said, you are not the victim in that case. You ARE the victim in the case of the show you're on being posted late, but honestly I'm disgusted that Kerry "Attention-Whore" Keller made this post about himself. Everyone's already said it 100 times, quit asking to be "flamed" and you won't get flamed. AKA stop letting 99% of your posts say dumb shit.
