| Alright simple format only putting in the Important stuff (in my opinion) Before we start this the review. Time to explain the scoring. -5/5 -4/5 -3/5 -2/5 -1/5 -0/5 -Y2J hyped up his match against AJ and talk about how being phenomenal isn't good enough. -AJ appears and they're about to start the match but suddenly The Social Outcast (No Bo Dallas he was reported to be with grandfather Black Jack Mulligan at the hospital) -First Official Match: AJ Styles and Chris Jericho vs Adam Rose and Curtis Axel. (The match was good if you're a Styles/Jericho fan as they both played the game of who's spot was better.) Winners of the match: Styles and Jericho via AJ hitting Adam Rose with a Springboard Elbow Smash. -The Dudleyz explain why they turned heel. They told the crowd that they are never going to use tables. (Why just stop at tables. Why not throw Big Macs and Donuts on that list as well). *cue the comedic drum thing* -Sasha Banks vs Naomi. Sasha desperately needed a win and got one. Match was good. (BTW Becky Lynch was on commentary) Winner: Sasha Banks via Bank Statement. -Wyatt Family Promo. Bray made his return and started talking about Greek Gods and stuff like that. Hell they gave Strowman the mic. WTF! -Neville, Kallisto, and Sin Cara vs The Ascension and Stardust. The most PWG finish I have ever seen in WWE. So everyone who needed a win got a win. Sorry Cody. Winners: Neville, Kallisto, and Sin Cara. Neville pinned Konnor after a Sethwalker (Kallisto's finisher), Swanton, and a Red Arrow. You see.....PWG finish. (BTW pay attention to Sin Cara's Attire. Lucha Dragons over.....?) -Main Event: AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho. Holy shit was this great not amazing but great. Setting up a final match at Fastlane or even a best of 5 for Mania. Both men did their usual spots. The finish was a little weird. Winner: Chris Jericho. Pinfall via Codebreaker Overall: very ok Smackdown. It gets the score of HHH head |

But why would they make Cassamore debut on Smackdown. Remember what happened to Tyler Breeze or Bo Dallas |

| Overall, it was a good show. I can't remember the last time I saw a whole episode of Smackdown and this one was alright. A lot of video footage from RAW and the Daniel Bryan retirement. Will be interesting to see what happens with Brock Lesnar on Smackdown next week.
Best match of the night was clearly the main event with Styles and Jericho. I'd say that Styles will get the win at Fastlane and then a handshake by Jericho. Hopefully, this moves Styles into an interesting storyline with either Dean Ambrose (IC title) or Kevin Owens.
Something I'd like to see on Smackdown is the build of the tag team divisions with good tag team matches. It seems like the WWE is back to only having The New Day & Uso's as their tag teams. The Dudleyz are just kind of there and it's nice to see the Lucha Dragons back. It might be time to find a partner for Neville, since he's not getting a singles push. |

| Azumi I don't see how you can say that Sasha desperately needed a win if she's been undefeated ever since she made her main roster debut. She probably have the highest winning percentage out of the entire main roster. Also even when she does lose (in tag team matches, she never ate the pinfall) so if anyone needed the win it would have been Naomi. But anywho I gave this Smackdown a 4 out of 5. Despite having a limited amount of talent working the event they still put on a good show, the commentary was on point from start to finish and the main event was on fire. Also to point out that Bubba is great on the mic and is a great heel so their segment was pretty cool and really clever that they took away the one thing that made the Dudleyz beloved and that's the table. SO I guess New Day's rally worked because NOW the tables have been saved. |
