Pretty simple. You can pick from any badge on the list there, doesn't matter if the grade for that category is an A+ or an F. They're like mini-boosters to your player and give you an edge over the competition. 
In terms of gold, silver, bronze, essentially you make that decision with the points you spend. Like, if you want Deadeye, you can make it gold, silver or bronze.

A few thoughts on my guy, Danny Blanc:

- How on earth did he jump? Projected at 10th, he got picked by Denver despite having a center's body but being terrible at center skills. I suppose we'll see soon if it ended up being a reach.

- Interestingly, in his debut, he got 25 minutes but only three shots. Pulled in six rebounds, which is more than I thought he'd get, but still not great for a center in 25 minutes.

- One block in his debut - I guess the big, but non-physical Euro isn't completely averse to inside defense. It'll be interesting to see in what areas he grows the most, provided he does in fact grow as a player.
