How can that be when the only things we need to do to prevent such environmental effects is to replace our plastic with cannabis. The economy can still benefit from such things as environmental protection. Lets look at California for example. They are still very much the highest economy in the United States while still having the strictest environmental laws. If that's possible for California, there's possibility in other states. The same is pretty much true up here in Ontario. We are one of the most environmentally strict provinces all while still having one of their strongest economies. 

As for Theocracy, I'm sorry but the "In God We Trust" slogan of the United States was made in the 60s in order to stop the Communist primarily atheistic law.

CHARACTER INFORMATION

Disposition/Alignment: Ruthless Heel with Comedic butchering of the English Language and random spouting of nonsense and confused clichés. Think an extremely Lethal Joke Character complete with a commitment to long-term strategy against his enemies.

Gimmick: After 10 years of toiling an frustration, Carlos Rosso finally realized his dream: becoming the new Answers World Champion at the Grand Rampage. This result already fueled his massive ego to new levels, bestowing upon himself titles such as "The Strongest Man of the New Spring", referring to the colossal changes EAW was beginning to see in the Spring of 2018. With the newly crowned EAW Women's World Champion Stephanie Matsuda also wearing gold and preparing to rule over Empire, Rosso now returns to Dynasty, the place where it all began, to test himself against new challengers and expand the Zaibatsu, now bursting with credibility. While winning the Championship has soothed some of the anger within him, he still feels a strong bitterness towards anyone who happened to have impeded his progress towards the ultimate goal.

MOTIVATIONS

What are your character’s motivations for competing? - Complete dominance. Carlos has finally grasped hold of one of what he calls EAW's "Three Treasures", the Answers World Championship. That doesn't mean his thirst is sated though. Willing to crush anyone and anything in his way, he seeks not only to expand the Zaibatsu further but to claim any championship that comes his way. 

Tendency to Cheat: Often. While Carlos may fight honorably against people he holds grudges against (ironically enough), he’ll take shortcuts against people he perceives are lesser than him, quickly getting frustrated with any offensive momentum they generate and stomping it out by any means necessary.
