CHAPTER #42 - BATTLEGROUND #5 You know it seems like this match on Battleground is going to be a bigger one then anybody thought it would have been. I mean all four of us have had things to say and it's pretty obvious we're all ready to put on the match of the night. All four of us believe in our minds that when it's all said and done our hands will be raised, but there's only one problem. There can only be one winner and what Chris Elite, Danny Boy and Vic don't realize is that when it's all said and done that man will be me. It doesn't really matter what Chris has to say about how he doesn't think I know what's going on because the truth is I do. He wants to run around and claim that I don't know the concept of Battleground, but what he doesn't realize is if you don't win matches you're not getting any money. If you don't have your hand raised at the end of the match you're just another one of those losers who had an opportunity. Now I don't need to keep saying that I'm a better wrestler then all three of my opponents combined because on Battleground I'll be proving it. When that bell rings I'll be showing the world once again just what I am capable of doing in order to win a match. Battleground will be a night Chris Elite will remember for a very long time because you see Chris has had a lot to say. He's made it quite obvious that he doesn't like the way I talk and frankly don't FUCKING care. Just like you don't care about the fact that you cut promos almost portraying one I did hours earlier. Like I've already said I say and do whatever I want because I can. I back up each and every single thing I say because I am capable of doing so. Chris all you're capable of doing is talk about how I don't know much about anything. One thing I do know is that you don't belong in the same ring as me and on Battleground I'm going to prove it the only way I know how. When it's all said and done you're going to realize that everything you've said means nothing. All the talk about me not knowing the concept of Battleground will mean absolutely nothing. As much as you want to believe everything I'm saying isn't true the fact of the matter is I speak nothing, but the truth. Every single word that comes out of my mouth is the truth and if I say I'm going to do something you can bet your ass I do it. So I'm saying right now that I'm not only going to win my match on Battleground, I'm going to make an impact.
Danny you're a lot like Chris because you have also had a few things to say, but lets face it none of it really means anything. I mean I'm sure each time the EAW universe realizes a Daniel Marshall promo is on the remote is in hand because nobody wants to see something they saw last week. Nobody wants to see some nerd stand beside you and ask you questions each and every single time you cut a promo. If you have something to say Danny then be a man and say it. Don't have somebody ask you the questions that everybody already knows you're going to answer. Lets be honest Danny you're pretty much the underdog coming into our match. You're the guy nobody is expecting to win and you won't disappoint because I wouldn't be surprised if you're the one pinned. Watching you cut a promo makes me realize that you're obviously an amateur to the wrestling world. You seem like somebody who doesn't really know which way they want to go, but on Battleground Daniel you won't have a choice. Like Chris and Vic your only option is failure and that is something that's out of your hands. The outcome was made when the match was set and on Battleground the world is going to see why I am and always have been the best wrestler in the world.
Now Vic, you're a totally different story now aren't you? I mean to actually stand there and say that I'm digging my own grave. Even going as far as saying you'll bring the coffin, but what you don't realize Vic is you'll be the one in it at the end of the night. All the head games you like to play won't make any difference when that bell rings because nothing can change what's already done. You can run around claiming all kinds of things Vic, but what's gonna happen when you realize you failed on everything you said? What's gonna happen when you realize that you're actually the one digging your own grave? I can already see that you've never been in the ring with somebody like me before Vic because if you have. Well lets just say you'd know what guys like me are all about. We don't need to play head games because we prove whatever we need to prove in the squared circle. Guys like me say we're the best in the world because we can back it up. You Vic you're just another one of those guys that the EAW universe wants to see for whatever reason. Every month has a flavor right Vic? You bring that coffin to Battleground Vic and we'll see who's laying in it when it's all over.
Chris I feel like you and I are starting something that may lead into something you don't want it to. It seems like with everything that's been said I think it's pretty safe to say you and I will have a singles match sometime in the near future. That's something I'm already looking forward to because not only will I beat you on that night. I will make an example out of you and truly show who the better man really is. You can get your DJ buddy to try and pretend being me all you want, but in the end the real joke will be you. The fact is you can have all the friends in the world Chris, but none of them will be able to save you on Battleground. You did this to yourself and now you have to live with the consequence which is me walking out of Battleground with my hand raised in the air. It may be the first time you and I are squaring off in EAW, but I know for a fact it won't be the last. The match we're going to put on when that bell rings will be one people will want to see again. It's going to be one that's going to steal the show and the reason for that is the fact that I'm involved in the match. Nobody cares whether Vic is wrestling or not. Nobody really cares about Chris Elite whether he wants to believe it or not and as for Daniel. Well I'm still questioning whether anybody really knows who he is yet. One thing everybody will know on Battleground is who the better man really is. When the smoke clears only one man will be standing and that man will be....
