This is just a brief announcement to get EAW familiar with some official rule changes. Robbie V, Mr. DEDEDE, and myself have all agreed upon these following rules.

1. To now retire your picture base, you must be inducted into the EAW Hall of Fame alongside the four years of consistency with that picture base.

2. You need one established consistent year of activity with one character before making an alternate character. This does not currently affect current alternate characters.

3. If you no show three matches without a valid explanation with your alternate character, you will be banned from making an alternate character for a year. Your writers will keep track of this. This currently affects all active alternate characters.

4. If you no show three matches after your one year ban is lifted, you will be permanently banned from making alternate characters. This also currently affects anyone with an alternate character currently.

UPDATE:

This also counts for males with female alternate characters. (REMEMBER: You're only allowed ONE alternate character.)

The three match/strike system will also reset after every picture base changing season.
