Just heard about this. So sad, he was a great vocalist.

Was a major part of like growing up and Linkin Park would come on, everyone no matter what they listened to knew his voice. It's a sad day and this hit hard, RIP.

Dude this one brought me to tears. Linkin Park was the first band that got me into rock music... I've stood through their shit for years... dude was legit one of my favorite singers ever, him and Shinoda were fucking magic together. This shit is just too surreal and this nigga was only 41 too... Rest In Peace and I hope he's at peace now...

Tragic. Listened to Linkin Park throughout high school, always loved the dude's vocals. Was glad I got to see him perform twice with LP and Stone Temple Pilots.

I listened to tons of Linkin Park in my pre-teen/early teens. This one really came as a shock, they almost always do. RIP. Heartbreaking.

This is so sad to hear. Linkin Park was a staple of my late-teens and early 20s. This is one again proof that if you are feeling suicidal or anything that you fear is something related to mental health/mental illness, you should seek help immediately.

I won't pretend I knew enough to know the names of the band members apart, but I did listen to their songs and unfortunate to lose life.

Damn ... Just damn. Listened to them a lot in my college days. Truly will be missed.

Never really liked their songs, nor am I in college, but it is still a shame to see a life taken away from us.

RIP Chester.

It sucked when I heard about Chester's death. Linkin Park was the soundtrack of my teenage years, especially with Meteora.
