Somewhat different. I try to write my character realistically even to the extent that it becomes something I don't necessarily want. A lot of times I want to argue logically in my promos against my opponent but that's not what promoing is about which is something that trips a lot of people up. 

So by the time I changed to Pentagon Jr. my character had become a lot darker. He had lost his manager, lost his New Breed title, was traded off Dynasty, etc. so he was in a somewhat dark place. This drove him to care less about his morals and honor and used questionable tactics to win matches and even arguably stole the Interwire Championship from Cam and got himself disqualified against Mexi to retain the title.

Then I got fired. Obviously getting fired isn't the greatest for character development or continuity, but I tried my best to anticipate how my character would react. At first I thought it might take him darker and lower than before but then I thought about it and realized that didn't make sense. Because he'd already tried that. He tried it and it got him fired. 

So it was logical to return as a TLA who has reformed, who has gone back to his roots, to pick up the pieces and take EAW head on resolved to be stronger than ever before.

Originally it was an abbreviation for Tlaxcala which is where I was born. In feds I have left it ambiguous but most officially its been an abbreviation for Tlatoani which is Nahuatl for an Aztec ruler.

It's more unified now. Unless you go to a different fed community on Facebook or Tumblr EAW basically has a monopoly on this shit. Five years ago there used to be like at least 5 other feds you could go to if you weren't in EAW but now there is essentially no alternative.

EAW is run way more professionally now than other feds I've been in including how EAW used to be run. I've worked for some of the shittiest people in feds so I can tell y'all that if you think shit ain't fair here, this is about as good as it gets. Maybe EAW ain't always perfect but looking at the last year to year and a half it's pretty much how I would run a fed if I had the opportunity.
