| The name of the game to EAW is promoing to win a match, and even with promoing you're expected to meet a deadline (11:59 the night before the show) in order to win. Many of you have been meeting your deadlines and then some, and I'm grateful about that. However we at the EAW Board haven't been meeting ours when it comes to getting shows up on time, and I take full responsibility for it. On behalf of the board, I'd like to apologize for the string of late shows that have been taking place.
I think some of you understand that it's not easy running a brand and you've been gracious about giving us leeway and not taking it personally or jumping down our throats, and I thank you for that. If a writer is late you have every right to bug the shit out of them until they make time to finish the show. It's the same as a writer having every right to have you lose if you promo past the deadline. However most of you don't do that, and I think that's extremely courteous. However I'm going to do my best to correct this so that at the very least you are getting your match results and cards up as soon as possible if a show is late. Some of you have had to wait unnecessary lengths, and that fucks me up. The Block A Empress of Elite matches for Showdown particularly fuck me up because you guys have only been given about three days to promo for something so important to your careers, and again, I'm sorry.
In no way is this thread intended to throw other board members of the bus. I feel like I've been losing patience and started letting my ego get in the way of how I communicate, and I don't intend that. I've been trying my best to do things efficiently and I intend to take problems head on and micromanage any weak points as much as I can. Yes things have gotten and have always been busy for me as well, hence why Dynasty isn't going to be today (last second personal stuff) but I'm the last guy you'll ever find using that as an excuse. That's just not me.
Thank you to those who have pitched in with writing, you guys have been a lifesaver. Thanks to those who offer your services, you're always on my mind. To the rest of you guys, please bear with us as we still look to meet you guys half-way and I respect anyone who puts a modicum of effort into EAW. Let's go into TI with excitement, it's going to be a great show. |

| In fairness to those in the Empress of Elite field, I did tell them earlier in the week whom their next opponent would be and those in the particular block affected have promoed more than those in B Block, which hasn't been affected by the delay.
Definitely on board with what you're saying though. I've been doing my best to help get shows up but I do think I can do a little more. |

| We at DCW also apologize for lack of shows. Or writers have been skimping out on us and we are in the process of getting new writers. I promise DCW will be back before Welfare in the Bank. |

| I think everyone knows that the staff does the best they can to get shows up on time, but sometimes, stuff just can't be helped. You guys are always honest about why it is that things get delayed (personal problems, communication, etc.), so there's really nothing to fault you for. Props for even saying something and being so straight up about all of this. |

| I think the thing we have to really look at is that you guys have lives and we understand that. I think if more people pitched in with matches, we would take a load off of the writer's hands. It's not easy to type up a great show on time every week, but I feel like things will pick up soon. Good luck and thank you to all the writers and participants in TI. |

When my schedule cools down a bit I would love to write a few matches during the winter break between semesters. |
