It's still Daniel Bryan for me. He's the best WRESTLER in the world, regardless of where he's wrestling, he didn't get worse just because he's been in the WWE. But also he has improved 10 fold on the microphone since coming to the WWE, and can cut an interesting, entertaining promo, which is a big part of wrestling. Daniel Bryan is still the best wrestler in the world in my opinion.

Roode and Aries ring true to me as truly well-rounded guys.  I also think that Alex Shelley doesn't get the credit he's due in the ring work and charisma department, possibly because he's delegated himself to tag work for close to a decade now.  All three guys can work, talk, and have a look that should make them bankable.  I'd also throw in Luke Harper, to be honest.  I'd put him over before Bray simply because while Bray's most definitely the better talker, I can't say that Bray is anything more than a smash mouth worker in the ring and has very little depth as a worker otherwise.  Harper has constantly impressed me on the indies on the other hand, looks like Bruiser Brody, and talks better than I'd ever imagine he'd be able to.  I'd love to say someone like Bray, Ambrose, Cesaro, Dolph, Styles, Rollins, Zayn, Owens or Rusev cover all of the bases, because I do like them, but if we're talking a perfect rounder, then those 4 are the only ones that cover all of the bases in my opinion.
