Jack Swagger - Maybe something past a Captain America angle. Put a spin to it, rather than "All American" because EAW already has that with Starr Stan. But if you put a spin to Swagger - it could work wonders. An underrated picbase, too.

Adrian Neville - High flyer who the crowd just marvels at every single time he comes out to the ring. Not much of a gimmick is needed here - for the progression of script/storyline will do that for you. An edge is always gained eventually through battle.

Someone like Evan Bourne would also work for the high-flyer gimmick if you're not too keen on looking like a goblin.

The best thing to do is to think of something that you can personally relate to and develop it from there. That's where the best gimmicks usually come from.
