| I have mostly toned down my anime watching, but I intend start that up again soon. Still, in good conscience I can't say it's one of my favorite subjects since most of the anime people in the chat discuss are shows I haven't watched.
Sex jokes, wacky sexual scenarios, DDD's micropenis, his PPP, saying half the chat has a massive cock to boost their self-esteem because I'm just that polite, etc.
Politics. Especially interesting seeing all of the smear campaigns that take place during election season. There's as wide an outlet to discuss and engage in politics as ever before, and though I readily acknowledge I'm uninformed in some respects, I absolutely try to digest whatever information I can find.
Wrestling. I somewhat frequently turn my back on wrestling and don't follow any promotion for long periods of time, but when I'm into it, it's something that's on my mind often that I enjoy discussing with other fans.
Sports, particularly American Football. My point about baseball from a year and a half ago still holds true today. Most people are either filthy casuals or dislike the sport, and I'd rather not have a pointless discussion defending my fandom or talk about it with someone who is only mildly interested in the game.
Fast food. If you're not going to engage in friendly discussion with me about Taco Bell, Wendy's, KFC, Popeye's, etc, you can stick it. Not really, but I do take a genuine, avid interest in the topic and love commenting in conversations about it.
Chris Jericho. No, foolish reader, Mr. Jericho does not fall under the "wrestling discussion" umbrella.
I like discussing philosophy, but I feel like my views make me appreciate the simple things less than I'd like, so I don't always delve into it. That's pretty much it. |

I have ESPN and Star Sport on my TV now and with Baseball is coming up, I'll do my best to watch them regularly. I'm a Mariner's fan since I was 9 years old I think because I always used them in a Baseball video game (don't remember what games lol)

I'll be the first to admit our team doesn't inspire a lot of interest or enthusiasm as a perennial loser, but I love them anyway since I'm not a bandwagoner. Same with the Seahawks when they sucked. You should watch the anime One Outs if you haven't! Not so much baseball-oriented as it is psychological, but figured I'd fuse your interests a little bit. |

Not sure why I chose Mariners that time, probably because I liked the name lol. Ichiro was my favorite player. Felix Hernandez and Robinson Cano would be my picks nowadays. Coincedentally, I choose Seahwaks as my favorite as well because they were the first team I knew. I have watched One Outs, it was good. Toa Tokuchi is like a mix of Light Yagami and Hisoka lol |

Out of curiosity, Imp, what's your opinion of Fozzy? and if you dig them, how much is influenced by the fact that Y2J is the singer? |

Out of curiosity, Imp, what's your opinion of Fozzy? and if you dig them, how much is influenced by the fact that Y2J is the singer? I like a few of their songs ("Enemy", "Sandpaper", "Wormwood"), but I'd be lying if I claimed I was a big fan or anything. I think the band is kind of hampered by the fact Jericho is a wrestler, which has inherent negative connotations in the music community. Very different dynamic than a wrestler transitioning to movies, imo. Still, I respect the effort and I'm happy Jericho has the opportunity to do what he's passionate about on multiple platforms. I believe you said you were in a band? I'm sure your opinion would be more informed than mine if you're familiar with Fozzy. |
