Like lets say we had a team of refs, all kinda different labeled out. For example we have a ref that is notorious for fast counting or a ref that is old and doesn't catch on to many things, etc etc.

Refs names can also be mentioned before the match begins ya know?

Yeah, but then again if EAW personnel had been recognized and not always just brutalized like random nameless people I wouldn't have made Tiberius and used it as a platform for his character. Our ring announcer(s) doesn't even have a name lol.

I don't think personnel like that need to be emphasized other for than the convenience of storylines, because otherwise they're really not important at all and it becomes a hassle to keep up with continuity like different types of Referees that are there for every single match that has to be written. It's a cool idea, but it wouldn't really change much unless someone is willing to incorporate these people's personalities into basically every match if they have to keep up with their mannerisms and whatnot, which I think might get kind of old fast. But if anyone's willing to give it a shot, then by all means.

I think maybe we could have refs with their own names and personalities that appear on the varying shows.  And yeah, I do like the idea of maybe using refs in storylines/feuds.  But I'd also advise against doing it too often.  But overall I do like the idea.

It sounds like a good idea if you use it in storylines or whatever. But idk it sounds like too much of a hassle but you know you never know how things will pan out until you try .

We could maybe give them names, personalities, etc.

EAW should be about the members, not fictional characters. I understand the premise, but definitely not necessary if they can't exactly be used in storyline other than reputation. Guys like Murrow are fine because of that, but no way should the focus be taken off the match/wrestlers in it.

As it's not really THAT big of a deal, I think that it'd be cool to do so to add a little extra to the shows.
