Just put them in a combined list because it's an achievement for me as an efedder. Characters might be different but ultimately it's me who is controlling them and hence the achievement.

This is probably something to ask specifically a Robbie or a Jay, but for me - I just list things separately.

There's a certain legacy, a certain aura I want for Lannister, that I wouldn't want attached to Killswitch or any of the other characters I've used or will use.

Don't put it on any list. If you do it as an alt it doesn't count! 

I would personally keep them separate. I mean if anything titles are mostly in character things. So therefore my achievements list are in character. 
If Varg wins a title, Kelly didn't. At the same time if Kelly won a belt then why should Varg's name should be attached? It wouldn't make an inch of sense so I keep them separate.

I keep them separate, but I was also vain enough to write up career pages for my characters. So yeah, depends on what you think of it, because these characters are being controlled by you.

Why would I put them on a list when I can just constantly use it in every promo I do and constantly remind everybody all the time and drag on the entire conversation about the fact that I once wore a belt that is no longer relevent to the current case or situation at the moment. Seriously, pad it out, be all like " 7 REIGNZ!! and own that sh!t in character" People will remember it more likely if you constantly say it over and over rather than just list it once. Go ahead, rub it all over their faces like the dirty whores they are. I DID THIS!! DRINK IT IN...MAAAAAAAN!

Separate. People would know which are your characters, so its not like them being separated would mean you don't get credit for your stuff personally. Makes it easier for writers and organization too.
