Not including the rumored returning/debuting stars or celebrities except for Angle because he's actually someone who could realistically be returning next year.
1. WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match (Undertaker's career at stake): The Undertaker vs John Cena (C)
*Cena returns in time for the rumble to resume his feud with Styles. He beats Styles at the rumble, Taker wins the rumble match. They face off in a Career vs Title match at Mania. Taker wins the title and retires as champion anyway.
2. The Rock vs Roman Reigns
*Roman gets sick and tired of living in Rock's shadow. Everyone always talks about how Roman is only a big star because of his "cousin". He intends to change that by beating The Rock one on one at the grandest stage of them all. It could all start with The Rock making a return on RAW when the road to Mania begins. Roman would interrupt his promo and act all cool with him and shit. Be nice to his cousin and tell him how glad he is that he is there tonight. After the promo they pose around in the ring and when ppl less expect it Roman attacks Rock. He basically destroys him the same way he destroyed Triple H early in 2016. The heel turn everyone has been wanting to see for years would finally happen and ppl will be happy again with Roman. Rock would have to lose at Mania.
3. Universal Championship Match - Demon vs Beast: Finn Balor (c) vs Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman
*Balor gets his rematch, beats Roman again only this time for the title he never lost. Then a feud with Lesnar would ensue concluding at Wrestlemania with The Demon slaying The Beast or vice verse idk.
4. Grudge Match: Seth Rollins vs Triple H with Stephanie McMahon
*Maybe Rollins could be one of the last three in the rumble. Maybe along with Taker and a returning Finn Balor. Triple H costs him the chance to headline Mania. They face off at Mania in a no hold barred, grudge match which Rollins ends up winning. He gets his revenge on HHH for everything he did to him and gets a happy ending yay.
5. United States Championship Match: Rusev (c) vs Kurt Angle
*Roman Reigns wins the title from KO at Roadblock becoming the first superstar to hold both Universal and United States titles at the same time. The US title will be vacated the night after Roadblock on RAW. Rusev wins it again and becomes the anti-america monster he used to be. At the Royal Rumble (the rumble match to be specific) he could be dominating. At one point he's all alone in the ring and cuts a promo (Kinda like how Punk did in the 2010 rumble) trashing America, Americans and the US title. The next entrant is Kurt Angle shockingly. He then eliminates Rusev from the match. Maybe Rusev could make his way into the ring later on and cost Angle the match by eliminating him. What a bitch payback is! They would settle their differences at Mania in a match for the United States Championship. Angle obviously wins and claims the US title.
6. Kevin Owens vs Chris Jericho
*Basically KO would turn on Y2J soon, probably before the rumble idk and then they would settle their differences at Mania in an epic match. Nothing big or special but yeah. I'd want Jericho to win tbh and then take a break but if it happens I think KO should get the win.
7. Money In The Bank Ladder Match: Sami Zayn vs Neville vs Mark Henry vs Curtis Axel vs Bo Dallas vs Baron Corbin vs Dolph Ziggler vs Kane vs Apollo Crews vs Kalisto
*I think it's time to bring the MITB back to Mania - where it belongs. It would make more sense to have it at mania since it is interbranded and both rosters deserve an opportunity to battle it out for the briefcase. Zayn wins.
8. Handicap Match: Randy Orton vs The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan)
*Randy Orton breaks Bray's compulsion on him or whatever the fuck it is and makes it his mission to single-handily eradicate The Wyatt Family. In the end The Family gets the win. Bray needs a big win.
9. Battle For Brand Supremacy Singles Match: Dean Ambrose with Shane McMahon (Smackdown Live) vs Samoa Joe with Mick Foley (RAW)
*Foley will recruit the two time NXT champ in time for Mania and for this match. Joe wins.
10, Return Of The Dragon: Daniel Bryan vs The Miz with Maryse suspended above the ring inside a cage - If The Miz loses he has to leave Smackdown Live
*Who doesn't want to see Bryan back? I'd much rather see him face someone like Styles or Nakamura but this option is more realistic. It all depends on the WWE doctor ofc. But I think they will let him wrestle again at Mania. I doubt the whole thing with Miz was 100& real. Bryan would beat him for sure.
11. AJ Styles "Face That Runs The Place Open Challenge": AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura
*Styles decides to give anyone in any WWE locker room the opportunity of a lifetime. The opportunity of facing the best wrestler in the world one on one. Nakamura answers the challenge and beats Styles in his first ever WWE (main roster) match AND at WWE's superbowl.
12. RAW Womens Championship Match: Bayley (c) vs Sasha Banks
*Banks turns on her friend and they face off for the title at mania. Nothing huge.

1. Annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal: Kane vs Braun Strowman vs James Ellsworth vs Cesaro vs Sheamus vs Curt Hawkins vs Jack Swagger vs and other wrestlers not booked that nobodu gives a crap about
