This is mostly for the writers but I have to ask anyway: Since Mort is in a segment do I need to whip something up or is it just something they write?

It'll just be something they write. Don't worry. It's mostly just a way of keeping your momentum on a show going without burning you out from writing.

You don't have to, but also feel free to do a developmental promo. It's totally optional and something you might consider if you want to keep in a good groove for writing, or if you want to keep from getting rusty
