Welcome to the second event for the EAW Prediction Series, where YOU can make your predictions for matches on WWE Pay-Per-Views! (NOTE: this has similarity to r/SquaredCircle and their prediction series).


NOTE: With a pretty decent success of our first series, I have decided that this will continue until Clash of Champions 2017 (or whatever PPV may replace it), where the winner of this overall will be rewarded with a $500 cash prize! There will also be runner up prizes too that I haven't decided yet at this time. 



HOW TO PLAY:

When a WWE PPV is coming up, a thread will be created on the forums here, with the title, "EAW's WWE Prediction Series (PPV NAME)." Below will be a form where you can fill out your predictions, which will be judged based on a points system. In order for this to be competition-based, please ensure that you use the same username for each form that you have in previous submissions. 

RULES:

• Predictions are accepted up until the beginning of the pre-show, or for the show itself in the case that there is no pre-show.
  
  
• Only one set of predictions are allowed per user. Only the most recent submission will be counted. Once you put your predictions in, you are not allowed to change your predictions, so be careful who you're choosing to win!
  
  
• The person with the most points at the end of the year will be crowned that years EAW Prediction Series Champion, and will win a prize! 
  

SCORING:

Points are awarded as follows:

• 3 points for each correctly guessed match (not including disqualification).
  
  
• 1 point to everyone in the event of a disqualification.
  
  
• 0 points for each incorrectly guessed match.
  
  
• 5 additional points if you submit perfect match predictions.
  
  
• 1 point for each correctly guessed bonus question.

Only a couple more hours left until No Mercy starts! Here's some news that has been announced over the past 24 hours in relation to No Mercy:

- AJ Styles vs John Cena vs Dean Ambrose is confirmed to OPEN No Mercy! Unfortunately, the people that have already put their predictions in (including myself) can no longer change our choices. 
- American Alpha & The Hype Bros vs. The Ascension & The Vaudevillians has been added to the pre-show. Not sure what this means for Swagger vs. Corbin, as that was originally the pre-show match. Seeing as I am not able to edit the form, nobody will be able to get points for the winner of that tag match. 
- There are rumours that Curt Hawkins may no longer be wrestling, and just appearing tonight. If this is the case, one point will be rewarded to each individual that chose Hawkins to win his match.

You had 19 points after Clash of Champions, and had 3 total correct predictions for No Mercy (Corbin, Nikki Bella and AJ Styles) which is 9 points. You also got 1 point for Curt Hawkins, because he didn't end up wrestling on the card.

19 + 10 = 29.

 sorry I thought our names were positioned in our over all place.  I saw my name 3rd and figured that either my points or position was wrong.  I later saw that our names aren't listed in overall position.  Sorry or the misunderstanding.

no worries, I'll pay closer attention to the points lol.

Shouldn't I have more points? It seems like only my points for No Mercy were counted and not for Clash of Champions.

You're absolutely right, lol my apologies. That 16 was supposed to be a 26.

You put your predictions in AFTER the pre-show began, therefore your predictions didn't count.
