I'm going to explain this as well as I can so I don't have to repeat myself in the upcoming days.

Due to an increasingly busy personal schedule and work schedule schedule, I will not be able to run day to day operations of EAW and do all I've been doing, so I will be taking a Chairman's sabbatical. For a period of time, I will be stepping down from day to day operations as EAW Chairman.

I'm naming Robbie the Interim Chairman until then. He will be running the day to day operations, and will basically be responsible for everything I was. You would treat him the same way you treat me.

From between now to most likely October, Robbie will be Interim Chairman. I plan on taking back over around October, but those plans could very well change, and Robbie could become permanent Chairman if there were any reason I couldn't return to day to day operations by then.

If Robbie is not able to run day to day operations for any reason, Brian (the current CEO) would become Interim Chairman, and the buck would stop with him.

For now, the buck will stop with Robbie. He will have full authority and control over EAW. Odds are I will not overrule or intervene in his decisions. I will not necessarily disappear by any means, and I will maintain some involvement in the booking of the Vixens division until Pain for Pride, as I have been directing the division for the past 3-4 months and do have plans that I want to see fulfilled for that division by PFP 9. However, from now until October, the responsibility of major decisions, roster relations, and other decisions will lie on RoV.

Might as well announce it here also since the eyes are already here. The main site of EAW is broken and it needs to be fixed majorly. We will be getting a much better theme this week but in turn we need to take the main site down for about 2 days or so. The forums will be available still, this will happen on uhhh... lets say Tuesday.

Important note for writers: I won't be enforcing the 3 strikes policy anymore, but it's up to Robbie if he wants to do that

The pic base change rule and the alt character rule is also not being enforced by me anymore, but again it's up to Robbie if he wants to maintain it

The last time a chairman said something about a sabbatical, that person never returned and went on to start a new career

DDD finally going to see me in New York, about damn time.

Couple things: 

1. If you get fired suspended or banned by Robbie do not expect me to bail you out. Don't even ask me, it won't happen. Also if Robbie wants to bring someone back who was previously fired he's free to.

2. I'm considering getting more proactive with Vixens considering the lack of responsibility I've been seeing in that department lately. I'll be making very few free-range decisions for now, although Carlos (for now) is still head of Vixens. But if there's a concern from Vixens, I can be contacted via PM or PC if Carlos is unavailable.
