| Basically slot people into roles that fit the description of said roles. Anybody on the present roster can be used.
Leader/Figurehead- The focus of the stable. Someone who is either a well-tenured veteran or the star of the group. (Think Masahiro Chono, Ric Flair, Hollywood Hogan)
Ace- The top talent of the group. Someone who is supposed to be the best overall performer that the group would send into battle when they need a big match won. (Think Rick Rude in the dangerous alliance)
Veteran- Grizzled long-tenured member who either acts as a mentor to the leader if older and the "right hand man/woman" if younger or the same age/experience level. (Arn Anderson qualities)
Bruiser- The last person in the group you wanna pick a fight with. Meng-like persons apply only.
Prospect- The "errand boy" or future Ace potentially of the group, but someone see as a future star if groomed properly. (Okada early on in CHAOS, "Stunning" Steve Austin)
Utility Guy/Girl- Someone who can play various functions/roles for the team. Peacemaker needed? They got it. Enforcer when the Bruiser is away? Done. Someone to reel in the prospect? Got it. (Karl Anderson) |
