I've read plenty of articles and plenty of other simulated general elections that predict Sanders FAR surpassing Trump in the general election.

I would be interested in how he comes to that probability.

I've seen a lot of national polling out saying that Trump would beat Clinton right now (in some rather easily) but would have difficulty vs Sanders.

That said, I'm paying 0 attention to Head to Head candidate polling numbers until the parties have solidified their campaign ticket. Not much unlike McCain vs Obama back in 2008, could see a shift depending on whom is chosen as a VP candidate.

(Ex: I think a Trump/Kasich or Trump/Rubio ticket would be extremely formidable if Trump can coddle one of them into being his running mate.)

I really don't want to see Trump win this president spot. I know some people do and that's there opinion. But I for one and maybe only the one lol. but I will do not want to see him in the seat. I mean how many things has he done and are they still going? I just don't know what we are going to be put through with him. IDK.

Actually, a series of polls shows that you are only half-right.

Bernie Sanders defeats Donald Trump by 11% in general polls. But Trump does have a 3% margin advantage over Hillary Clinton.

Basically, people who are saying that they "like" Bernie but can't take him seriously, don't think he can get the nomination in a general election, has it TWISTED. It seems to me, that if Hillary is the Democratic nominee, Trump is a foregone conclusion. Look what he's done to Jeb Bush with his BROTHER's corruption and mistakes. Oh man, what he'd do to Hillary and all of her past is just a Republican's dream come true.
