| Subject: How Would WWE Book: Puma February 8th 2016, 5:16 pm | |
| This idea's been floating around in my head for some time. Basically, there will be a series of threads that come up that ask a very simple question: How would WWE book *insert talented/interesting indy star* if they had a chance to book them right now?
It goes without saying that there are a lot of great guys (and some great gals) that aren't in WWE that could one day be thrown into the mix, but it ALSO goes without saying that WWE would ruin it like it ruins most things. We've all seen how they handle potential and can turn even the most menacing of monsters into punjabi playboys. So feel free to speculate just how badly WWE would book whoever is being talked about in the topic.
The ONLY emphasis that should be made here is that this is speculation on how WWE would book/re-brand these wrestlers, NOT how you would like to see them booked in WWE.
For this week, we take a look at Puma aka Ricochet who has been recently rumored to be in talks with WWE about a potential contract. Could this be great? Of course it could be. But could it also be a bag of shitfucks? I can assure you that through the power of Vinny Mac's ideasack, it sure could be pretty awful.
Also, at the end, feel free to comment who you'd like to see in future editions of "How Would WWE Book..." Happy Booking! |

| Best case scenario, Puma gets booked under a new name and character as a human highlight reel who does extremely well on NXT and possibly becomes NXT Champion.
He goes to the main roster and is stripped of some of his best moves, works a slower style, is treated like Neville who wins matches but never goes anywhere. They make him cut cringey face promos and will more than likely feud with Del Rio. He won't be treated as well as Kalisto because Kalisto is literally Rey's replacement. He then suffers an injury of some sort which, sad to say, is inevitable, and he's discarded completely and utterly and WWE loses every bit of faith they had on the guy. (see KENTA) |
