| Not surprised. NXT will continue to bring in veterans to help out. When Storm officially left TNA he hinted that he was going else where, and this was really all that was left for him to do.
I think Storm could have some success in WWE (as could Bobby Roode if he went to NXT as well). Both guys are the same age as Cena (38), so I see no reason as to why they couldn't eventually receive main roster pushes. For Storm specifically, I really only see him helping out develop other talent in NXT and then moving onto a trainer-type role.
My only question is what they'll do with Storm's gimmick, since WWE probably doesn't want an alcoholic running around breaking beer bottles on people's head in this era. |

| TNA missed the chance to stay as the number 2 promotion in the company when they choose Jeff Hardy over Storm to try and be the face of the company. It was a slap in the face to the day one guys in the back as well as the fans (like myself) who was watching since the NWA days. He should have beat Roode assume the role of company face. |

| lol I've been watching since the NWA days as well, but Storm is best a a tag team wrestler/upped mid-carder in my opinion. I feel like someone like Jay Lethal or Senshi should be the face of the company. |
