vs Charlie Marr vs Reggie at NEO...... I just don't get it. I felt those were some of my better promos in EAW in general, and even if the goal was to make Charlie Marr look strong going into that FPV, why did I eat the pin and not Reggie, and note this was me going into Shock Value. I was so damn salty.

Grand Rampage, I'm not going to say I wanted or should had won, I just expected myself to do better, and no elimination, not lasting that long, and just overall, not really adding anything to the match other than being eliminated by Mak, it was an infuriating moment. And no, getting eliminated by Mak does not make me feel better. I get he's a big deal, but as I said, it lead to nothing for me. Not a feud, not a match, it basically just happened just because. Frickin' Keelan.

Now this isn't a match I felt like I shouldn't had won, but lost, but it was against Jacob Senn for a shot at the EAW Interwire championship. I went into it, completely believing that I was going to lose for the sake of making it about DEDEDE and Senn, which was cool. But to win, it set up to what I actually thought I would had won, which was DEDEDE vs Moongoose for the title on Dynasty. Once again, I won't say I out promoed DEDEDE, far from the case. But from a standpoint, I felt that DEDEDE vs Senn at PFP X was already big in its own right, I really didn't get the appeal of why it had to be over a mid-card title, and I selfishly and honestly thought, maybe me winning the title because Senn screwed over DEDEDE was possible. But I lost, and in such an anti-climatic fashion and just disappeared from that entire feud, it made me feel like Senn defied the board and let me win, but had to go back to the original plan of making it about him and DEDEDE. No lie, was kind of miffed at the idea that I felt like I was teased this, because I mean it when I say, "DEDEDE doesn't need the Interwire Championship to be a huge deal." (And it kind of added salt to the wound when DEDEDE vacated the title after PFP X). In terms of writing, I felt like I never should had beat Senn, although it is much appreciated and the match with DEDEDE was fun to promo, its another case where the lost, for me, kind of didn't lead to anything which was clear when I was thrown in the New Breed feud out of nowhere, which at the time, when it was SK, Lucas, and Finn going back and forth over it, adding me to it and winning it (didn't expect to win it, by the way), kind of rubbed some people the wrong way.

Losing to Finn via the New Breed Championship, because the amount of crap people said to me after the match, I kind of wanted to rub it in their stupid faces. Just kidding. Finn absolutely deserved that win, and I wouldn't want to take that from him, but the things people said to me after that match, like "WTF?" (Another match Keelan wrote, by the way) Um... KAIJU vs WATB.... Just because I wanted to see Doni and I tag up and go even further with it.

And Shimmer vs Consuela. Not saying I would had won, but I know if I knew about that match and promoed for it, I could had atleast lasted twice as long in that match. (6 seconds isn't saying much). Damn you, Eclipse.

As for Revy..... nope, every loss she has had is completely justified.

vs. HBG vs. Cleopatra at Pain for Pride V--Banks told me he should of had me win and I cried for a whole day. :mjcry:

vs. The Heart Break Boy vs. Dark Demon at Pain for Pride 8--Demon went all Sheridan in one of his promos and I regret not going to anyone about it. I assumed Demon was board and it was his word against mine. I felt like I could have stopped him from winning. :mjcry:

vs. Sheridan Muller at the Vixens Cup-- I think DDD said I outpromoed her, but I didn't need it when I was already in a losing streak. :mjcry:

vs. Aria Jaxon at Grand Rampage 2017--I felt like in a storyline standpoint, it would have been better for me to win. Aria goes into PFP with something to prove and pins me to get the title. But, Eclipse is a fucking piece of shit and didn't give shit about my character or how she looked in the process. :mjcry:

vs. Jamie O'Hara at Pain for Pride IX--I felt like this was a shitty situation since we both were in a slump and needed this win. Even though Jamie performed better than me during the week, I was kind of sad that I lost. GIB ME THAT VICTORY, JAMIE!  Mad

1.Jamie at Shock Value didn't expect to win just would've been nice to keep that momentum I had from beating DDD flowing

2. Any match against Hexa-Gun just at least one win over them would've satisfied me

3. The Championship Scramble at Rite of Passage wish I would've kept the title a little longer.

4. Alex Anderson at MSM 2014?? I'm not too sure but yeah it was for the New Breed championship  I kind of understand why I lost because I was always leaving then returning around that moment and I'm pretty sure I ended up leaving not to long after even though it was because of computer issues.

5. The Fatal Four way tag match at HOG I wish I would've won off my Box Office Smash spot would've been dope.

PostSubject: Re: Top 5 matches you wanted to win but lost   1 - Top 5 matches you wanted to win but lost - Page 2 EmptyMarch 19th 2018, 7:15 pm

1. Pain for Pride 2.  It was my first defense and I believe I did well enough in promos to win, but I guess someone else won. I was a petty individual at the time and thought that EAW didn't even like me much to give me a successful defense with my first title. I left after cause when I asked why I lost, I got the answer that its "because *opponent* is retiring", I was fuckin 16, it was enough for me to quit, dont judge me.

2. Territorial Invasion 2011. Another title defense, it made me especially upset because my opponent left right after winning the title. Woulda been nice to hold it for longer, but it was not meant to be!

3. Triple Threat 2016. Main evented for the same title. I was a challenger this time and needed a win so bad because of my constant, consecutive losses on FPVs during that time really hit my motivation. But I won the title a month after in a much bigger event PFP so we cool.

4. Resurrection V. EAW World Heavyweight Title. It was my first real match for the World Title, and I promoed my ass off. But I understand why I didn't win, but it woulda been nice to.

5. Road to Redemption 2017. EAW World Championship. I was so anxious leading to it, and wanted to win so bad. I had like 6 opponents in total this FPV, and they all did wonderful, and it would be such a big moment to win at RTR for BOTH the Grand Prix Finals and the EEC. The Champion retained, which is fine, because I won it like a month after anyway.

I guess so many things have changed, I've stopped being so petty with whether I won or lost in matches and just enjoyed efedding and writing promos. I guess its maturity and experience too and letting shit go. You don't force things or constantly complain, you just enjoy yourself and make more creative stuff, and people will notice how awesome you are sooner or later. :toast:
