Which are true? Which aren't?

You have to kiss ass to make it to the top (was an even bigger stereotype when Banks was chairman.)

When you are new a lot of people look down on you and won't even talk to you in chat.

Another rumor I heard is that when someone notices you and make a big deal out of you, you will get pushed to the moon but when that stops you won't get the recognition like you had to begin with. For example when people knew that i was gay the whole "first openly gay champion" was a big deal. Which at the time i feel that's when people would notice me at all.

I'm talking about my own personal experiences I had when I was in EAW on and off back when Bank$/Ronn was in charge

EAW is full of wigg... I mean,

EAW has harsh promoing standards: They used to, but now it's easier to get by with 1-2 quality promos a week and still be in world title contention. But somehow that is still out there.

Quantity over Quality slander also falls between these lines.

All the veterans in EAW are arrogant nolifers who look down on everyone else while using their power to bury any and all up and coming talent on the pretext that they deserve it for simply not being around longer.
