| During the day, keep myself occupied, chronically work or talk to people and just try to ignore it. During night, when I'm going to sleep I'll accept all the shit I'm upset about and just cry into my pillow or get over whatever it is. |

| Anything that can distract me from the whatever upset me in the first place. Can't narrow it down to a couple but watching Youtube (Gaming/Old wrestling stuff), chatting with friends both online and irl, maybe go out with the latter selection and have some fun idk |
