Uncle Phil throwing Jazz out of the house in Fresh Prince stands out to me. Not sure bout my favourite though.

I can only think of one on a web series: on steam train and steam rolled (2 extensions of Game Grumps) they would always say "GODAMMIT ROSS" at every stupid thing Ross did, it would become such a recurring joke that they added it to the intros to both shows

Never seeing Wilson's face on Home Improvement annoyed the absolute shit out of me. They teased it so damn often and they'd find the funniest ways to cover it up.

One that always made me chuckle as the series went on was on Stargate SG1, when Teal'c said "indeed", it is the equivalent of a Ron Simmons "damn" type delivery almost every time.

There's plenty from It's Always Sunny such as Dennis really being a psychopath and Mac really being gay, as well as Charlie's illiteracy, Cricket getting more and more fucked up every time he comes in contact with the Gang, and more.
Arrested Development has a hilariously ridiculous amount of running jokes that I couldn't name all of if I tried, but one people seem to enjoy the most is "Her?". My favorite is either the implication that Tobias is gay or GOB's "Sound of Silence" moments from Season 4.
