Alright, since there's been a ton of drama going on, I thought I'd try and ease the tension a little bit by coming up with a thread idea that everyone can get involved in. It took a little bit of thought but I've come to realise that the E-Fed Zone in it's current state is kind of, well, stale. Aside from the weekly MVE Awards posted by Cam, there really isn't much on there these days and with TRE mostly gone I feel as though the fault falls on me.

I figured I'd put two ideas together and so I ask everyone this:

What would you all like to see posted on the E-Fed Zone? I'm not just talking about dirt sheet reports and the like, I'd like to hear people's genuine opinions on the types of articles they'd like to see. I tried something with the Top 5 lists but there didn't seem to be much reception. If you'd like to see something like that return or even something brand new, let me know. I have more than enough free time on my hands to post on the E-Fed Zone regularly, I just don't know what you guys would want to see on there. If you have any ideas, any ideas at all, here's the place for you to shoot your ideas my way and I'll see what I can do.

ALSO, AS A REMINDER: YOU CAN SEND IN E-FED ZONE ARTICLES BY PMING ME ON THE FORUMS. DON'T SEND THEM THROUGH THE EAWRESTLING.COM SITE AS THAT GOES DIRECTLY TO TRE AND IS UNLIKELY TO BE POSTED.

Maybe a Pre-Show Panel for FPV/Supershows...

A EAWNetwork Show similiar to how True Vixens was posted in the E-Fed Zone

Get our own written In Character podcast or something. Basically have a different guest every week.

If you want to take that extra burden of writing, a magazine published exclusively on EAW stars would be awesome. It would be just like the ones they have on football, soccer ir F1 stars. If not this then what Azumi said would so fine.

I would personally volunteer to help out with this idea.

For top fives I'd like to maybe see top five returns, anticipated matches, feuds (so far).

I also did a mulit-part 50 greatest matches in (under fed name here) list in my old e-fed to give a sense of the Kayfabe history (which I pretty much made up on the fly). Maybe you could do something similar with maybe the best forgotten matches in EAW history.

Some fantasy booking could be fun.

These are all great ideas. I specifically remember Azumi's although in that case I hope it's okay if I go along with it as I knew you had the intent to write it yourself back a few weeks ago. 

We actually used to do a written podcast sort of thing that I've been meaning to bring back for a long while, I've just been rather lazy in that regard but knowing people would look forward to read it is more than enough motivation.

The magazine would definitely be great, although I might need some help with that.

Fantasy booking I dabbled with with the Top 5 lists but it would be a struggle given that usually the "fantasy matchups" end up happening. I'll see what I can do with that.

As for the Slammy Awards, I could MAYBE do those but the only issue is that they'd either 1. be yearly or 2. be weekly. If they were yearly that wouldn't really do much for keeping the E-Fed Zone fresh and if they were weekly I'd run the risk of overshadowing MVE as it's another weekly awards event, albeit less serious. I'd definitely consider it but I'd probably speak with Cam first since she writes MVE and I wouldn't want to take anything away from that.

No need for slammys when we have the EAW Awards Show at the end of the year anyways huh? I remember talking to Hawk about the written Podcasts too, so if you need someone to back you up on those, I'm more than welcome to. I know we talked some time ago about me potentially helping you with the E-Fed Zone too. As far as Fantasy matchups, the best you could do without them eventually happening is cross brand matchups.

If you want to keep it simple and make it really easy for you. Do this. 

Start a sign up sheet that goes weekly. Then each week, ask them 5 random questions, serious, ridiculous, whatever. Thoughts on the show, what is the most embarrassing thing, Favorite whatever, and they must answer in character. Note, they aren't promos (so they don't count, you promo that week, you hear?), and it would be extra special if people took it seriously and not give one word answers. 

It basically is a podcast, but not to the point where it has to be so much work on one person. All the person in charge has to do is keep up a scehdule and come up with the questions. And then post, but remember, it has to be in character. 

It could also be interesting to simply ask 1 question, and just get multiple responses from different people (Pick 7 people, pm them a question and have them answer it), but once again, should be in character. This is what will make it stand out from forum talk, where everything is OOC, and basically give insight and development for people characters and thinking process. Overall, I think stuff like this can benefit people that struggle to find material or understanding them. It could be questions like, "what would you do in this scenario?"

How bout a reaction to the weekly shows page kinda like how they do on cageside seats

I would be up to the podcast.

Idea:

A EAW Wrestlecon event.

The main writers would write the description of the event and certain attractions of the event then Elitist and Vixens write out their own account of the event. Which could be anything.

Press conferences!

Was on a forum with an active design competition. Before each event, we did press conferences that pretty much always ended in brawls and were written in a more humorous fashion; poking fun at stereotypes of our nationalities, interests, our fuck ups on the forum etc. For example, Canadian bloke always pulled a hockey stick out of nowhere, threw pucks like ninja stars. Never serious stuff but fucking amazing to read.

it wouldn't be done in the chat. Someone would write it much like a normal show, then like live shows it would be posted bit by bit before being posted in full on the E-Fed Zone.
