What wrestlers have been misused the most in the companies they have been in?

I think Heath Slater has huge potential, and charisma.

The Miz, Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, Damien Sandow.

Also I think Truth should have beat Cena at Capitol Punishment.

Damien Sandow and the Miz, easily. Both have potential to be main event stars in the WWE, but the WWE doesn't book them properly. Even when the Miz was WWE champion, I didn't feel like they booked him properly.

Cesaro at the moment. You have Paul Heyman at the helm of a potential title winner (IC, US, any freaking title) and yet he's losing fluke matches to Kofi Kingston who hasn't had an actual storyline in years?!? Seriously!

Other ones - Samoa Joe, Raven, Chris Jericho (WCW), Chris Benoit (WCW), Eddie Guerrero (WCW), Bret Hart (WCW). WCW did underuse many people. I mean, we use the word underrated for most WCW feuds because even though it didn't get enough time, when given time, they gave us some pretty good matches. Feuds like Raven vs. Saturn, Jericho vs. Malenko, Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero and many others were producing the best wrestling matches on WCW TV. WAY better than the Main Events that featured Nash, Hogan, Hall, Sting, Goldberg, DDP. Yes, a very entertaining end but the matches themselves were poor as anything and as soon as someone interfered, the hype and buzz got bigger

Miz, I really enjoyed his WWE championship title reign in 2010-2011.

Also Drew McIntyre, the first time I saw his "Chosen Gimmick", I already knew he would become the main evener and the next face of the WWE. But unfortunately, all they did with him is turn him into another jobber      

We can blame his ex wife for his career in WWE. I think Sami Zayn might be next on the list in my opinion. But hopefully he gets a more serious gimmick. I can barely take him serious half the time

First off, anybody saying Miz, get out. He had his time in the spotlight and the bright stage of the mainevent scene, he just couldn't live up to it. He had a very lackluster WWE title reign, what more do you want out of the WWE? Yes, of course people deserve 2nd chances, but no way is he one of the most misused wrestlers of all-time.

As for my answer... Damien Sandow, Zack Ryder, and Ted Dibiase Jr. when he was still in WWE. I always found him to be better in the ring than Rhodes but never got the same spotlight.

The thing is though Ken is that Miz getting his time in the spotlight is exactly why he was misused. When Miz won the Money In The Bank match (which DiBiase should have won), he clearly wasn't ready to be a main eventer. He was sloppy in the ring and his mic work still wasn't quite there yet but they went ahead and made him WWE Champion anyway. They gave him an opportunity that he couldn't fully take advantage of at the time, hence the horrendous WrestleMania 27 match against John Cena. 

The worst part is that when they realised they'd made a mistake he just got lost in the shuffle with everyone else, being placed in irrelevant feud after irrelevant feud. Now that he's finally there in terms of ring skill and mic work he's still practically irrelevant. Sure, he has the IC Title but Kofi Kingston is a 4 time IC Champ and 3 time US Champ and he's arguably one of the most misused guys ever in recent history. 

If WWE gave Miz some value he could be great now but they do nothing with him, the same goes with most others that have been mentioned.
