Entrance Description

The lights go pitch black as Steroid Dawg appears on stage her eyes glowing mysteriously in the dark. She howls out to the moon as the light returns to the arena and TLA makes his way to the ring, often carrying weapons, as the music picks up intensity.

Early Life

TLA has lost his past. Memories of an infamous family descended from the traitors who toppled the empire of the Aztecs have become just memories. For most of his life, TLA believed he was born into one of the most wealthy families not only in lucha libre, but in Mexico. TLA was thrown out by his own family at an early age and grew up on the streets fighting everyday to survive. Between stints in prison and competing in underground street fight clubs in Mexico, TLA rose to prominence as a name both feared and respected in the criminal underworld.

Sexual Panther Productions

As La Pantera Sexual, TLA ran Sexual Panther Productions with his business partner Michelle McGillislutty. SPP is known for primarily producing pornography but has also produced low budget films and telenovelas that have earned a cult following. TLA takes few things in life seriously and has often used SPP as a means to create obvious parodies of people and groups which has resulted in a large number of lawsuits. TLA competed in the independent wrestling circuit for shady promoters for many years. TLA competed all around the world and was noted for his combination of Mexican lucha libre and hardcore street fighting.

EAW Debut (2014)
TLA's reputation as a pimp, as well as his family's alleged connections to the Cartel and other street gangs, kept him from being signed to EAW for many years until finally in 2014 he debuted under the name "Pantera Negra". However, when EAW began its World Tour in 2015, Pantera's past became international news causing him to unmask voluntarily, discard his persona, and acknowledge his true identity declaring himself El Tlatoani, an ancient word and claimed himself and his bloodline as "royalty". TLA's decision was met with derision from the conservative lucha libre audience who declared him a traitor to the sport.

La Familia Pantera (2015)

TLA's reputation eventually returned him to his family through his Abuela who many suspect as having ties to the Cartel. Thrown back into a life of luxury, TLA was trained by his father, the legendary luchador Pantera Sr., in the lucha libre style of wrestling. TLA's early days in EAW earned him little success and his underdog status caused him to become a popular figure among EAW's hardcore fanbase. At Pain for Pride 8, TLA captured his first championship in EAW: the New Breed Championship. TLA was a leading force in the war between Zack Crash's EAW and Dynasty and captained the team which ultimately defeated Crash at Territorial Invasion.

Downfall (2015)
As the year came to the close, TLA's life fell apart. It all started with the death of his stepmother Camila Pantera. Driven by rage, TLA attacked his abusive father convinced he was responsible for her death. In the melee, TLA tore up the mask of Pantera Sr. to reveal his manager King Mustafa. A man too young to be his father. TLA soon realized that his father never actually returned to him and Mustafa was simply a criminal taking advantage of his newfound fame in EAW. TLA's Abuela insisted that they were actually related, but she too disappeared on the run from the police due to her drug Cartel connections. If that wasn't enough, Michelle McGillislutty ran off with TLA's "stepbrother" as revenge for TLA's "infidelities" putting an end to Sexual Panther Productions. Having lost his New Breed Championship as well, TLA had lost everything but his longtime companion Steroid Dawg. As TLA considered the future, Steroid Dawg appeared with the newly rebuilt, newly hairless, mask of La Familia Pantera and placed it in TLA's hands.

Comeback (2016)
TLA has returned to the dark side under the mask of Pantera, however this time there is no King Mustafa holding the other end of the Rope. TLA has been unleashed from all that he believed in and all those who bound him. With nothing left to lose, TLA has regained a new focus on the one thing he has left: pro wrestling... and he will hold onto that at any cost in the only way he knows how. Fighting. Having been traded from Dynasty to Showdown, TLA arrives with a newfound bloodlust. TLA will take the brutality anywhere, whether it is in the ring, backstage, or his one true home... the street.
