As we all know, he was pretty close to winning. I think the big reason that he didn't is because of US and Canada's interference, as West was already crushed. 

Some people say he shouldn't have gone with Russia and focus on the West. However, in my opinion, the whole Holocaust situation was stupid. He could have used over 6 million of Jews that he killed in the War thus strengthening his chances of winning. Also don't forget how many people/resources he had to waste just to control all those million of people WHILE the war was happening.

He believed in his vision so much that probably in his final hours he was glad he killed so many Jews. In his mind, he believed he made a difference and his influence on Germany and Europe itself was so grand that his vision for a greater world would still happen. That's just how egotistical he was. Essentially, his head was so far up his arse, you couldn't even remove it surgically.

I think Berlin burns in any scenario. Having those six million Jews just prolongs the war IMO. Germany was also hit with extreme poverty, a lot of soldiers lost faith and headed home to feed their families. His army by the end was extremely frail.

He used jews to unite his country and form one common goal through the scapegoat. With the nationalsim strengthened, he maximized the power of the people. Very smart in my opinion, but yeah he had a few high ranked officials who he shouldnt have trusted and he shouldve never went for Russia. It threw his forces off big time. Conquer Europe, head to Asia and single out Africa before you go for the Empire. Simple.

I can't picture any way Hitler would have won tbh. He needed oil, which is one of the reasons he decided to invade Russia, then you have America to factor in and even if Hitler invaded Ireland to ensure he had England surrounded by all sides, America probably would have helped them out and ultimately with Winston Churchill as prime minster, the English would have fought to the death, then you have the fact that Italy simply weren't good enough for a war and were costing him troops because he had to keep sending them to Africa to help them out.

There was no doubt that in terms of military technology, Germany was superior to the Soviet Union. However, Germany had to really strike fast because the Soviet Union was very vast in numbers despite being inferior technologically. If the Italians didn’t cough up some losses (Costed the Germans a lot of time) and Hitler would’ve invaded the Soviet Union a whole lot earlier (Germany probably wouldn’t have to face the brutal winter six months later as opposed to nine months later), I’d like Germany’s chances a lot better. But that’s only if Germany had Operation Barbarossa a lot earlier than they expected.

In my opinion, this is just my thinking. What if Hitler prioritized the Suez instead of treating it like a side show? As bad as the Italian army was, I would personally like to believe the Italian Navy were no slouches. If Hitler captured the Suez, it would kill two birds in one stone to be honest. The demand for oil and it would provide a backdoor to Russia. It’s like Operation Barbarossa but Army Group South invade the Soviet Union from the Caucasus as opposed to running through Ukraine. (Tblisi is only a 13 hours drive from Stalingrad) I wouldn’t change the plan for the groups that went for their objective in Moscow and Leningrad because they wouldn’t have to backtrack (More emphasis on time). Alongside with prioritizing the Suez, using the Middle East as a staging area for Army Group South. I personally think this would be the best idea to knock out European Russia of the war but it would be interesting if the Eastern Front extends to the Ural Mountains. Who knows how far “Lebensraum” extends when it comes to Hitler. Let’s remember if Hitler invaded the Middle East around the Summer of 1941, and invaded Russia in the spring 1942, let’s look at the countries in play. Great Britain was hanging on a thread and America was very isolationist and the Soviet Union? Even if they were better equipped in the Spring of 1942, so too would Germany. (Alongside with a potential ally in Iran, Iraq as Hitler did support an Anti-Britisha Arab Movement.) Then again, this is Hitler we’re talking about.
