| Vision.
You need to have a vision to where you want to be, do, believe in, succeed in, accomplish etc... in order to endure and become that great Elitist.
Anyone without Vision will either feel unmotivated and drag themselves or leave. |

| Perseverance.

| I got 2 words: patience, appreciation
Be patient in your success. Youre GONNA get yours, just chip away at each match, each feud, each storyline and do what it takes to get the most out of it. How do you expect to win a title and represent a whole division when you cant even represent yourself and your opponent/program? Nonsense.
Appreciation? Appreciate your time here. Ive aeen so many people lose their minds, feel slighted, say they got robbed, say theyre unmotivated and either quit, drop the ball or go inactive. Then they return later on and theyre right back to square 1. Why waste all that time? Appreciate where you are, appreciate where youre going. |

| Pucker up. DEDEDE's favorite lip gloss flavor is green apple. In all seriousness, the best piece of advice I could give anyone that hasn't been given on this thread yet from what I've seen in one word, is mindful. Be mindful of what others think of you because if you're rubbing everyone the wrong way, you're not going anywhere and you could say "why should I care what any of them think of me?" You SHOULD care and I'm not saying to be respectful to everyone because you should know that we tease each other and joke with one another A LOT but that doesn't mean we don't have any respect for each other. You could say this is tying in Dub's advice of being respectful but I could tie some of the other great advice on this thread into my advice and I could but I'm giving you my own that I feel anyone and everyone could take. If you have a bad attitude, then you should change that because that could be one of the many reasons why you aren't getting any further your career or where you want to be in EAW. Some say it's the board who's holding them back but it's not, it's YOU who's holding yourself back and no one else. If you want an a few examples of those who have a great attitude? Heart Break Boy, Carlos Rosso, Jamie O'Hara, etc etc. Those are just a few examples and there's others like Devan Dubian, Lannister/Ken, Jah Hendrix/TRE, etc. If I didn't put you as one of my examples, that doesn't mean I dislike you or think you don't have a great attitude. I could put a few examples of those who have a bad attitude but I'm not going to, you should know who does or who doesn't have a great attitude. Be mindful of where you're at because if you want to be a World Champion in EAW, you're going to need to put in the work, time and effort and that doesn't mean to post a lot of promos on your opponent in a few days. If you're unhappy with where you're at, don't make passive-aggressive to others and your writer(s) or down vote their posts, don't blatantly whine and complain and don't be disrespectful because you aren't getting what you want. You're going to have to work for it, you're going to have to put in the over time and you're going to have to put in a lot of effort to get what you want or to get to where you want to be. I've seen those come and go, whether it was because they weren't getting what they want or they just couldn't put in that work, time and effort that everyone else is. It's competitive and if you don't want competition, if you don't want to be tested each and every week, if you don't want to put in what I've said to put in, then e-fedding isn't for you. Hell, anything else that's competitive, isn't for you. This is for you and everyone else to enjoy. So don't go around here and act like you're entitled because you're not. No one is. Be mindful of your promos because your writer(s) are reading them, ask for feedback and you should receive some constructive criticism to later apply to your promos. On the old site, I had a thread open to that and to help you with your promos. I might not have a thread for it on the new site but if you ever need any feedback and constructive criticism, PC me in the chat or PM on the forums and I'll try my best to help. It's the least I could for those who want/need it. |
