Entrance Description The arena's lights dim as Long Live The Chief kicks up loudly through the PA System. It just hangs there in the air for a few choice moments gathering momentum. As the music and the chorus leads into the verse, Alonzo Calrissian steps out onto the stage. He takes himself from one side of the stage to the other, throwing his hands up to crowd for their support. Finally, he turns to head down the ramp towards the ring. His steps keep him near the barriers for optimal fan interaction. He takes his time getting to the ring as if proving what's most important to him out of all of this. By the time he makes it to the ring, he hops up onto the apron and over the top rope. Inside, he takes up the middle of the ring and sways to the beat of his theme for a bit. As the song hits one last 'Long live the chief', Alonzo Calrissian drops to a single knee and raises a hand to point out at the crowd. An explosion of multicolored pyros punctuates the end of his entrance as the music ends as well.
In Ring
Gimmick It's easy to mistake Alonzo Calrissian as a People's Champion archetype but he cares just as much about himself as he does fighting for the EAW Universe. He's an individual that worries as much about progressing in this business as he does keeping his people happy. He considers himself to be on the pulse of pop culture, as well as real and authentic. He's a lover of music of all types, a musician in his own right, lyricist and entertainer although that doesn't take up the bulk of his lifestyle. He can be emotional at times, charming other times and a complete asshole still other times. He just wants to make the EAW Universe better than it was before. Also, rumor has it that he's a major tech-head. He can often be found huddled over his phone or his laptop with a smirk on his face. There's a good chance that he's up to no good. Layered under a 'Cool Geek' demeanor is Alonzo's Star Wars fanboyism that seems to be a dominating undercurrent in his life.
Disposition: Alonzo Calrissian is a textbook Anti-Face. He has no problem breaking laws or bending rules for the Greater Good. A lot of the time, though, the Greater Good isn't the Pragmatic Good and therefore Alonzo may seem to come off as a bit of a 'bad guy'. He's certainly not a Saint. Or if he is, the halo over his head is busted and crooked. He lives by a moral code that is defined by the moment and by what he may be experiencing at the time. He's often considered to be Anti-Authority as he likes to challenge and go against the grain of social norms, establishments and authority figures.

So here's the deal:
Voltage is one of the three brands that EAW has, and it is generally posted every Sunday. Your writer will be Y2Impact, who you can often find them in the chatroom as "The Machine". If you do not wish to partake in the chatroom experience EAW provides - that is perfectly fine - you can always Private Message them and keep in contact with them in that regard. However, you need at least 10 posts I believe to be able to do so - so just get active in the forums enough to get yourself to 10 posts.
For promoing - considering Voltage is every Sunday, you can promo up until the deadline of 11:59PM Eastern Time Saturday. The card for the NEXT show will usually be posted the next day (In this case, Monday), but don't be alarmed if one is posted the same night of. You can find these cards on the homepage. If you have any questions or concerns - do PM or get in contact with Co-Chairman Mr. DEDEDE, as he takes care of all the H.R. concerns of the community.
I think that pretty much lays out what you need to know for the time being. But good luck, and hopefully EAW peaks your interest - we're glad to have you aboard.
