Eminem tops my list. I don't think I'd be able to put together ten favourite artists. This is a tough question.

Ugh...these fucking music lists are giving me anxiety.  From greatest to least

The Clash

Pixies (including the Breeders.  Huge fan of Kim Deal)

Blind Melon (vastly underrated and mis-categorized as a 1-hit wonder)

Gorillaz (Every album's hit me at the right time...except Demon Days.  Couldn't get into it.)

Mike Patton (Tomahawk, Faith No More, Peeping Tom, Fantomas, all of it)

Red Hot Chili Peppers (I'll never see them live because by all accounts they suck live, but prior to the 2000's I obsessed over every one of their albums.  "By The Way" was bad though.  It got better with time, but it was still bad.)

Jack White (White Stripes, The Dead Weather on occasions, Solo stuff.  None of it's as good as Stripes though)

Creedence Clearwater Revival (The sound of my white trash childhood.  Still love'em)

Lou Reed (Velvet Underground and solo stuff.  Dude's way too into transvestites.)

Sonic Youth (would've been higher years ago, but my love for them has almost boiled down to "Dirty" and "Daydream Nation", both of which are awesome albums.  "Washing Machine" gets a pass too for Diamond Sea, even though it's got a near half-hour run time of self-indulgent shit.  I love it though.)

HM: The Misfits (Danzig era), Ramones, Johnny Cash, Rolling Stones, Primus, Odd Future, Childish Gambino, Fugazi.  I could probably make a top 50 favorites if given time.

This is a hard choice and I can't pick #1 therefore these aren't in any particular order.
