BASIC INFO: Ring Name: Keelan Cetinich. Nicknames: "The Killer" "The Hannibal Lecter of Hardcore" Age: 31. Height: 6'2 Weight: 218lbs Billed From: Logan City, Queensland, Australia. Residing: Los Angeles, California.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Pic-Base: Shane Thorne.
ENTRANCE: "Oblivion" - 30 Seconds to Mars.
Description: The lights cut off as the opening guitar riff plays. When Jared Leto starts singing a spotlight shines on stage as Keelan stands there posing. He signals to the crowd a bit before sprinting towards the ring just before the chorus and after the first verse. He slides in and gets up to his knees, and looks down. As the chorus begins, Keelan jumps up to his feet as from each ring post, pyrotechnics come out (similar to Brock Lesnar). Keelan then goes to each corner and climbs up and poses to the crowd...
IN-RING INFO: Alignment: Fan favourite. Gimmick: “The Killer” Keelan Cetinich (Key-lin Set-in-itch) is a retired professional wrestler who wrestled through many brands during the old GFEDWrestling days, more famously known for his tenure in TEW (Total Extreme Wrestling). Starting out at the young age of 16, Cetinich wrestled in an underground bar in the heart of Brisbane, before taking his talents to the States in order to follow his dream as a professional wrestler. He was first noticed by a promoter known only as Chainz, who signed him to a one-match contract and competed in a Fatal 4 Way where he tore the house down with his high-flying antics, never-give-up attitude and will to survive. When Chainz signed him to a full-time contract, he was treated like an outcast by the rest of the roster, and quit on the brand only a few months later to join TEW, where he became a 2-time TEW Xtreme Champion, 1-time TEW Tag Team Champion and won multiple wrestler of the week awards.
With his success, he turned into an arrogant character not only inside the ring, but the out as well. Treating other talent and staff backstage like trash, never cleaning up after himself, showing up to shows late, etc. which eventually carried over to in the ring too. Cetinich got booed heavily every time he stepped through the curtain, with fans screaming for his head. Cetinich was eventually let go after getting into a backstage altercation with another talent, and wasted all of his money in the States and lost his home. After declaring bankruptcy, Cetinich retired from professional wrestling and moved back home to Brisbane.
Now, 4 years later, Cetinich has recognised his mistakes and is itching at a comeback to the ring. Moving to Los Angeles with his girlfriend of two years, who is a professional model, Cetinich has been calling all his old wrestling buddies, which to his surprise, have vanished into thin air. With a nostalgic comeback out of his reach, starting fresh is his best option, and EAW might be the best place to begin…
