So, I know there aren't many hockey fans here in EAW. But for those there! (All three of you,) I'm thought I'd add a bit of fun to the playoffs. I'm going to hold this competition throughout the duration of the NHL playoffs. For each series of games, you'll vote for whoever you think is advancing to the next round: 

Getting a prediction right in the first round = 1 point
Getting a prediction right in the quarter final = 2 points
Getting a prediction right in the semi final = 3 points 
Getting a prediction right in the Stanley Cup final = 5 points 

The one with the most points by the end of the Stanley Cup finals will have their picbase as my profile picture on the fed from the day of the results being posted until the regular season starts back up. 

I will post an update whenever the bracket changes. If you want an accurate bracket, The Most up to date bracket is here. 

I will allow people to re-post their predictions whenever a bracket update is announced on the NHL Website, but the official prediction must be finished by April 19th 2017

The bracket currently posted is according to The NHL's current bracket, I will update whenever the bracket changes and will allow any change in predictions up until April 18th 2017 @12:00am EST. 

Also: When you seek to change your prediction before the 18th, be sure to announce it as your most recent update in that post.

Bump. the Bracket got updated, so I just decided to add a link to the NHL's website to make this more accurate.

Since the only change was Toronto now facing Boston and Ottawa now facing Washington, seeing as though I rooted for both Washington and Toronto, I still both teams will advance.

Though the Leafs will be given a good run for their money at least.

This is why you don't do this two weeks in advance.

Anyway, much easier to do it this way: (Fuck the idea of only doing the 1st round, you should be penalized for getting your picks wrong... SO BRACKETOLOGY AGAIN.)
