| Here are the rules/format: NFL DRAFT TONIGHT! TIME TO PUT YOUR PREDICTED NFL DRAFT AGAINST SOMEONE ELSE'S. Winner will get either
A.) Modship for a week B.) Owner for a day C.) Exclusive sneak peak to the Triple Threat card D.) Something else on your mind/interesting to you as a "reward". No promises though - only negotiations.
Here are the rules/forat for the actual draft, though!
Receive 1 Point For: Correctly picking player to go in the 1st round (Example: Everyone should at least get a point from Marcus Mariota going in the 1st round tonight. Even if he drops to 12, but you had him going 2nd overall - you'll get a point.)
Receive 2 points For: Correctly picking player in the draft slot. (Example: Predicting Leonard Williams to go to Oakland at # 4, but a different team selected him through trade than what you had, say New York Giants.)
Receive 3 points for: Correctly picking player and team in draft slot. (Example: Picking Jameis Winston to go 1st overall to Tampa. )
You are allowed to create as many trades as you like. Any trade you project, please put an asterisk before a draft number. (Example: *2 Cleveland Browns - Marcus Mariota) Supposedly there is going to be a lot of activity tonight! May your favorite team have much luck in the draft tonight. Always one of the better sports nights, IMO. Here is your draft order as of 11:00 AM EST:
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- 2. Tennessee Titans - 3. Jacksonville Jaguars- 4. Oakland Raiders - 5. Washington Redskins 6. New York Jets - 7. Chicago Bears - 8. Atlanta Falcons - 9. New York Giants - 10. St. Louis Rams - 11. Minnesota Vikings - 12. Cleveland Browns - 13. New Orleans Saints - 14. Miami Dolphins - 15. San Francisco 49ers - 16. Houston Texans - 17. San Diego Chargers - 18. Kansas City Chiefs - 19. Cleveland Browns (From BUF) - 20. Philadelphia Eagles - 21. Cincinnati Bengals - 22. Pittsburgh Steelers - 23. Detroit Lions - 24. Arizona Cardinals - 25. Carolina Panthers - 26. Baltimore Ravens - 27. Dallas Cowboys - 28. Denver Broncos - 29. Indianapolis Colts - 30. Green Bay Packers - 31. New Orleans Saints (From SEA) - 32. New England Patriots - |

I'd prefer Ali Marpet or Michael Bennett, if I'm being honest. Get Conley/Waller/Bell/Smelter in later rounds, or something. |

The best part about him is that he is a good red zone target, but Seattle already has that in Graham. I can see the appeal of DGB, but he measures up way too well with Kenny Britt (with a worse attitude) for me not to think that there aren't better players out there. If he drops to the end of the 3rd, yeah. I'd be all about that. Hell, if he's still there around the middle, I wouldn't even hate trading up for him. But as a 2nd round pick? Nah. |

I can see the whole appeal of the "LOL! RED ZONE TOUCHDOWNZZZZ WITH DA 6'5 TOTALLY-NOT-RAMSES-BARDEN GUY!" but that's not why I like DGB. I like DGB because he is effective at both the small game (particularly on screens, but on other short routes as well) and big game (RZ fades, go-routes, generally a pretty physical receiver). I think he would help the Hawks' passing game tremendously, though I expect him to be gone by the time Seattle picks. I wouldn't mind Marpet or Bennett, though. |

| "I'm going into this league eyes open, ears open," Gordon said in a phone interview this month. "My goal is to find a veteran. I don't care what vet it is. Obviously, if you're a vet, you've played a bunch of years. I want to learn from those guys. I've never been the type of back that felt he had all the answers." Welcome to San Diego, Melvin. |
