I'm sure we're all familiar with the "Who's that Pokemon?" bit as the show transitioned into commercials when we were younger. The idea is that you'll list a vague description of them (perhaps involving their accomplishments, etc), and then the following will guess the extremist you're referring to. For the sake of it not being completely obvious, maybe try to list descriptions that can apply to more than one extremist. I'll start.

Hurricane Hawk?

Speedy had a forgettable short NE Title reign in 2011 as a transitional Champion for Dub and was a co-holder of the IW Title with Adam.

DE had real success by breaking MK's longass IW Title reign and becoming the second man to hold the NE Title twice.
