| This will be done more often to keep the entire Fed updated on what's going on around the fed. These are just gonna be announcements, reminders, updates and notes.
- MAIN WRITING TEAM: The writing team, which will soon be updated on the forum homepage consist of Dark Demon and Matt Miles (Showdown) , Tyler Parker and Scott Oasis (Voltage) , Mr. DEDEDE and Jacob Senn (Dynasty) and Eclipse Diemos/assorted back up writers (Battleground).
- - BACKUP WRITING TEAM: The backup writing team consists of: Venom, TLA, Johnny Ventura, Jacob Steele, Thomas Minns, Carlos Rosso, Cloud Matsuda. These names are listed particularly in order of reliability/consistency/time spent back up writing; all over the past few months, and writers are to go to them for back ups when needed. This list, ofc, excludes special case writers like Robbie, Xavier or Lannister who might write on their own volition. Any who are looking to back up write can PM me and I'll add them to this list.
- ALT CHARACTER BAN TO BE UPLIFTED JANUARY 1ST, 2016: Although the creation of alts will be monitored and the ban can be reinstated at any point it become excessive, until further notice the ban is set to be uplifted then.
- TIP: In scripts, in promos and in the EAW Feed, real life pro wrestlers and MMA fighters are not in the EAW Canon. Meaning that Roddy Piper, Junior Dos Santos, John Cena, etc do not exist in the EAW Universe and neither do the companies UFC, WWE, or any other MMA and Wrestling company. Boxers and celebrities DO exist, but when a fedder joins using those characters they simply are not to be mentioned for the duration that fedder is in EAW. This excludes, say, the mentioning of a musician. (For instance, Eminem is not to be mentioned as a person in an EAW script or promo because Carson Ramsay is in EAW as him, but mention of a theme song used as an fpv theme is still permitted.)
- LATE MATCH/SHOW PENALTY: If a writer is late by more than 24 hours they are subject to a ban until the match is turned in or the show is posted. If a show is late by more than 48 hours, the show will be quick resulted and the card for the next week's show will be posted. Anything past 11:59pm est on the date of the show is considered "late." It is strongly recommended brand writers turn in their shows regardless of if a back up writer is still late, so that the back up writer can the one who is dealt with. This is meant to prevent loss of activity and prevent lowering morale by the chronic late show problem, and will help continue the fast-moving pace of EAW. It is also a much more fair method to dealing with late writers than what was given in the past. If there is an issue with this, resignation from your position is strongly recommended.
- REMINDER: There has been a "rage-quitting" epidemic over the past number of months. Please remember that there is a zero tolerance policy to abrupt deletion of accounts, or disrespectful exits from the Fed. Please note you will not be allowed to return to EAW in the foreseeable future if you do not leave cordially; which means speaking to your writers and the chairman of the board and discussing your exit plan.
- Roster cuts will be made during this week for inactives. If you haven't been an active promoer you will be subject to a cut from the roster and forced to work your way up from the bottom. Please heed this warning.
- Major Battleground announcement to be made in the upcoming week
