Brody's motivation is the thrill she gets by destroying people, mentally and physically. Some people get off with drugs, but Brody her passion is wrestling. It gives her a platform to hurt people, to become something larger than life. Brody knows she was made to do things in this business, and she will do whatever she has to do to ensure that she has a long and impactful career. Her motivation is truly being the best and not doing it in a traditional sense.

PB's new motivation boils down to making sure nobody else close to him gets hurt at his expense, and to make sure people that do wrong to the ones he cares about get their comeuppance.  There's also still a desire to be taken seriously, but at this point Pizza Boy has all but abandoned any hope of being a somebody.
