For people like AA and I almost leaving high school, what's something we should do?

I went to college in prison so my experience was very different, but I'd recommend studying more than you have ever studied before. College, even if it's just a community or technical college, is much more serious than high school ever was. Atleast for me.

Drugs.

Partying.

Learn early that this isn't high school. You'll learn early that opinions don't mean shit - just your connections.

And oh, if you're trying to use college as an outlet to get girls - there is no "formula". Even the nerds get them, so whatever you do don't be a try-hard. Nobody likes a try hard.

It's not really about what you should do in college - it's about what you shouldn't.

Don't attend, or choose a major unrelated to what your inevitable career will be like most people end up doing.

I suppose technically but I go to college in like 5 months. 

Studying is good but don't expect your degree to land you a job. You need to get relevant work experience in your field before graduation. This is even more impressive to employers than a high GPA which is generally only relevant for your first job.

Ken has very sound advice about learning that high school isn't college. Lecturers are not going to hold your hand and walk with you through the whole process, you have to be independent and make sure you put the work again since you won't be constantly reminded about assessment or anything really like that.

Also, just make sure you have fun and enjoy your major as well as your college life. Just experience it to it's fullest and take life by it's horns.

could be because he's young. could be because he used "XD".

Choose a degree that has an actual job market. Meet regularly with your counselor. Do extracurricular stuff that has to do with leadership or some shit, it'll look good in your resume.
