| Does anyone watch Lucha Underground? Noticed there isn't a topic about it lol I honestly feel as if the show has so much potential. The only thing it lacks is probably a major network where more people can keep in touch with it. People compared it to WSX but its nothing like that. Aside from the small in house arena type concept it is very different. What intrigues me the most is the production. It is very different. The film type scenes are so new and fresh. They are different from the average wrestling scene but hey being new and different is what the wrestling business really needs. It looks a bit like a Spanish soap opera but for some reason it is cool. My favorite thing about it is explaining the characters. All the segments are used to build characters and truly build a story instead of just to have a segment there. The owner of the company on air has carried his character so well. I actually can sit through a whole show without getting bored. Prince Puma is amazing too. If you haven't seen his match against Johnny Mundo (Hennigan/Morrison/Nitro) see it. You won't regret it. Each week their shows are more original and better. They turn a stable and a heel turn into something interesting and even though it has been done before they add their simple twist to it and make it interesting. They prove that you don't need a mega budget or studio to create wrestling gold. Does anyone else watch it? |

| I watched the first three episodes, good stuff. I like the gritty atmosphere, tbh the only wrestling show I fully watch without skipping stuff, I even skip some NXT stuff. |

| I love it. I think using AAA stars who haven't gotten a chance in the big dance is amazing. Love the commentating between Matt Striker and Vampiro. It is so fresh and plus it's cool to see someone utilizing one location to its max. Kind of like the old TNA did when they remained only in the Impact Zone.
I missed tonight's episode but I look to catch up next week. Sexy Star is a great female wrestler |
