Only similarity was that they both consisted of Hall of Fame members and was headed by EAW Chairmen outside of script. Everything else from our buildup to the storylines we were in to the breakup were totally different.. not to mention we were vastly superior Individually vastly superior? Absolutely. The design of it was practically identical, as I assumed you chose the members of Generation Genesis because they were proteges of yours or new proteges like Hawk, while Triple Crown Syndicate's was more like Mak as the veteran, CC as the next big star, MK as the future big star, and EOE as the enforcement, so I guess from that perspective, going on that assumption, TCS had more thought put into it. The storylines were nothing particularly special. ESPECIALLY the storyline for you vs Impact at PFP 3, which may be the worst storyline for a World Title match in PFP history in which you did nothing but "test" people to see if they were good enough to face you and then suddenly picked Imp to face you instead like a week before the show. It began around the GR, right? And by MSM, Jay was already gone while I guess LC was too since he went MIA when you two were supposed to win the Tag Titles. Then I guess it all officially disbanded when you and HH and Maria had your story thing that culminated at KOE. I don't recall where Imp was by then, but nonetheless, nothing that seems to stand out to me compared to TCS. Maybe not below TCS, but certainly not better. Hell, you both even ended up facing your second in command for the World Title you had at PFP. And as far as accolades go, you won the World Title before GG was created, so I won't count that. Besides that, Imp won the WHC off of you and HH won CITV (which he cashed in after GG was already dead). So all in all, still pretty much the equivalent to TCS, the storylines were nothing noteworthy, and you could even say they disbanded in a triangle story between Mak, MK, and CC while GG disbanded in a triangle story with you, HH, and Maria. I rest my case. |

I rest my case. GG's design = Banks and his proteges from different generations of EAW, Jaywalker his protege from original EAW and fellow veteran, Impact and LC his current era proteges, Hawk his protege for the future.. no girlfriends(till the end) no bodyguards TCS' design = Mak, his girlfriend, bodyguard, and friends.. Comparing me/Hawk/Maria to Mak/MK/CC is a reach because they had a storyline where one member was champ going into PFP, the other won the GR, not sure how MK got there but ye they broke up over a world title shot at the biggest FPV. GG never even broke up, Hawk got kicked out for fucking my wife.. just so happened that he was Mr CITV and ended up cashing in after getting kicked out and losing a non title singles bout to me but the buildup and whole dynamic between the two situations were not even remotely the same. Me and Imp fought at PFP but it was in a totally different way then how Mak ended up facing CC and MK, and the buildup wasn't that great but it wasn't the generic "partner turns on partner for a title shot" we've seen 100 times before plus we stayed together afterwards. Who had the better storylines(which were not similar) is a matter of opinion, but who was superior as a unit can be vouched for by our PFP 3 bouts winning every match and Territorial Invasion match vs Team Dynasty. |

Who had the better storylines(which were not similar) is a matter of opinion, but who was superior as a unit can be vouched for by our PFP 3 bouts winning every match and Territorial Invasion match vs Team Dynasty. I just explained TCS' design, and already made that clear that was GG's design. There's a whoooole lot you could go ahead and debate about as to what makes a successful stable, like the fact that Triple Crown Syndicate had a clear-cut goal that they succeeded in at PFP 2 while Generation Genesis essentially overstayed its welcome and fizzled out when it was basically just you, Hawk, Maria, and Imp while Imp evidently didn't have much to do with anything by the point of Hawk being kicked out since there was no significant involvement from him during it and he was doing other shit and uhhh, I don't know, I guess he just stopped being in GG. Triple Crown Syndicate, at the very least, had a plan and went through with it. That was its purpose, which I appreciate more than just a stable that just exists with a minor goal or two but ultimately is just there to be a stable. It's all apples and oranges, but if you want to claim stuff like winning PFP matches or winning a TI match truly means something as to which is superior, you could also claim that Triple Crown Syndicate is superior since the people in it were more successful in it while GG really only had Imp win the WHC and Hawk win CITV. TCS had Mak win the EAW Title, Sabina win the Vixens Title (albeit in her Retirement Match), EOE win the Hardcore Title, CC win the Grand Rampage, and, if you count you as the WHC, MK was already IW Champion (and the longest reigning Champion in EAW period). Coupled with headlining PFP, they all at least accomplished something while Jay and LC and even Maria just kind of lingered doing whatever in GG. Whether you care to admit it or not, they were both very much alike, though it's not like I'm saying you copied TCS, I just mean that there's no reason to compare the two, and there never has been. One came first and did plenty to earn the right to be the first Hall of Fame stable. |

I think GG was pretty successful in their own goals of displaying dominance over EAW capturing world titles, CITV, and representing SD at TI LC was never not in GG during any of this
I ain't even mad about TCS tho they deserve the honor since they came first I'm just fucking around but slandering the goat stable GG to justify it aint gonna slide playa Stated the difference in design in my first post, but they're still very much similar by it just being an Evolution-esque group, but both equally uninspired and without any unique purpose. The entire point is that Triple Crown Syndicate isn't below Generation Genesis - they're two sides of the same coin. There's differences, yeah, but overall both run of the mill stables (in my opinion). Personally I thought Dynasty's Foundation was a more fun concept than stuff like TCS, GG, and EGO (despite it being short-lived compared to them), but that's just me. "Accomplishing a bunch of shit" = Handing off the WHC to another guy in the stable by sacrificing valuable build to a PFP main event, HH winning CITV, and winning a match at TI? Generation Genesis' end = Jay retires a few months in, LC goes MIA a few months in, Imp forgets he's still a part of it (I guess), and it fizzles out with a love triangle that results in HH's big WHC reign that he immediately fucks up by getting fired. I'd say Triple Crown Syndicate, breaking up at PFP by the main 3 names in it headlining PFP for the EAW Title, got the better end of the deal and had a goal it accomplished by Mak passing the torch, CC becoming the World Champion, and MK being raised to a main event level, so yeah, successful. Also, GG captured one World Title, and you can't capture something you were already in possession of before the group existed. And you know I'm only fucking around in response to you fucking around on here. |
