Male: Anyone masked.  It's surprisingly not that common for some reason.  I don't buy into the idea that your character has to be a carbon copy of your pic base, but masks pretty much give you ready-made gimmicks.  With the popularity of Lucha Underground, I'm surprised Puma or Muertes or Cuerno aren't bigger pic bases used.  I've also had an idea of using Dario Cueto as a manager if I brought in another character with a manager.

Female: Leva Bates or Mia Yim.  So many attire options to base a gimmick off of.  Considering Allison Danger's also been in that little cosplay cadre, and has a V for Vendetta default getup that looks awesome, I'm surprise she hasn't been taken either.  I'm also for Mschif So many goth-alt gimmicks out there and nobody uses MsChif, or Daffney, or Crazy Mary Dobson, all of which have had some awesome horror gimmick getups.

I agree with PB on Leva Bates/Blue Pants as well.

One pic base I never seen anyone use was Zach Gowen. Either him or Mark Henry. Also, I think someone did sign up as Bobby Lashley a few years ago, they just weren't active after that.
