Yeah, that's the first issue I saw with this, but still.. Heyman going on for a year how his client BRRROCK LESNAR beat the streak just to have it be bullshit due to a technicality. 
It'd take warming up to, but if it's handled right I think it could be a decent storyline. 

Obviously it won't happen, a guy can dream though.
