Reason For Teaming -Fredo’s father was a well-known mafia hitman who worked all around the northeast and within Detroit itself. Most of his crimes were committed in the 60’s and 70’s. Eventually he was caught and brought to justice. Alfredo Jr. was brought up by his mother to not end up like his father, even though Fredo loved his father and held him in high regard he didn’t want to travel down the same path of the family. He started training to become a professional wrestler, something his dad and him loved to watch together when he was a kid. He and his best friend decided to not join the family business and disappoint their mothers, instead they became the tag team better known as the Motor City Mafia. They chose not to deny their heritage or the family that they came from but to hopefully show it in a different light.
