Who Had the Best/Worst Night: Best: Aria, Theron, Nico, Stark, Tiberius & Tarah. All walked away with something. Worst: Senn, Cailin, Cam, Ares & all the participants of the Battle Royal.

Who Stole the Show: Everyone in the CITV. Killer match.


Rating/General Comments: Battle Royal was a snoozer. 50 minutes real time and wish it took the Preshow slot instead of something else. All the other matches were solid and we had plenty of fun watching it (outside of the battle royal). 7/10.

Favorite Match: Mr. DEDEDE vs Jacob Senn for the Interwire Championship.

This may be one of the best matches that I've seen written in the fed as a whole; props to DDD for writing it. For the majority of the match, you generally didn't really know who was going to win, which in fedding can be something that no generally too easy to achieve through your writing alone. In doing so, it draws you into it a little more than you would be which definitely isn't a bad thing.

Favorite Moment:

Biasedly; Theron winning the 24/7 Battle Royal. A lot of people put a whole lot of effort throughout the week and to be the person that wins it really gives you a sense of gratification. Unbiasedly is definitely Tiberius Jones winning the EAW Championship. Four years between World Championship reigns from one of the best promoers in the entire fed. There really isn't a name in the fed that deserved the moment more than Jay.

Most Shocking Moment/Result:

Aria winning. I was happy fpr Aria that she won, but I thought that Cameron was going to retain and drop it to Aria at a later date. I'm really happy that Aria has finally won it, which is fitting seeing she had lost it a year prior and I look forward to seeing her get the reign that she's deserved for a long time.

Who Had the Best/Worst Night:

I could go through and single out moments, but generally all of the winners and all of the losers.

Who Stole the Show:

Mr. DEDEDE, Jacob Senn and the Heart Break Gal. Obviously DDD/Jacob had the match of the night, and HBG for running Impact out of the company.

Rating/General Comments:

It's been a while that I've given a review of a PPV, but seeing that it was PFP I felt like I needed to. The writing for the first day was absolutely outstanding. I missed the opener and the first half of the battle royal, but I enjoyed everything that I did see live and liked everything that I went back to read. I understand the quarrels about the length of the Battle Royal, but with 34 people in it, it was never something that was going to be overly short. I can't wait for what comes Day Two.

And for those who haven't figured it out (I'm pretty sure that you all have); this is Xav.

Favorite Match: DDD/Senn

Favorite Moment: That intro though.

Most Shocking Moment/Result: Beyond shocked TLA didn't win CITV. Not in a bad way though, congratulations Nico.

Best Night: Tiberius Jones (THE STREAK IS OVER WE HAVE A BLACK WORLD CHAMPION!!!!)

Worst Night: I thought I promoed well enough to be in that match for more than five seconds but :heh:

Who Stole the Show: Everybody.

Rating/General Comments: I missed most of the live show due to having a WOAT internet situation currently, but what a phenomenal show. Props to everyone involved including the writers. To see how PFP has grown from a writing standpoint since the beginning, even in the past few years is astounding. 10/10.

To people complaining about the battle royal and it's length... there's a few things to consider.

1. There's 34 people in it. This isn't a 10 man battle royal, there were quite a few few heads in this match. And it takes a lot of time/spots to get 33 people out before you can find a winner. Carlos could've had people just thrown over the top left and right and we could've gotten it over with in 15-20 minutes but quite a lot of people put a lot of effort into the match on the promo page, it wouldn't have been fair to them.

2. A lot of people complained about all the extra stuff with Ayme, La Diva, etc. and while I admit in the live show I was doing a lot of ":heh: wtf is this"... the battle royal's have become extremely stagnant over the years. As someone who's written a few of them I'm sorta happy that they were treated differently this time and it wasn't just a standard, no-nonsense battle royal. A match that usually gets almost no recognition in one of these reaction threads is now one of its hottest topics.

Favorite Match: That DDD/Senn match had a great flow and was very back and forth. Its script should be printed and placed in the Smithsonian. 


Favorite Moment: Reading Brody and Fudge's comments during the Interwire match. Listening to the voice chat during the 24/7 match lol


Most Shocking Moment/Result: TLA not winning was a shocker.


Who Had the Best/Worst Night: Worst - Cailin getting kidnapped? Cai-napped? Catnapped? Maddie putting in that work for her man, only for it to go to waste.   


Who Stole the Show: The ladies of the Triple Threat match. It was shorter than most expected, but the match was incredibly fast paced and filled with awesome spots. Good job Eclipse!


Rating/General Comments: 11/10 (That intro was the stuff of legends!)

I fell asleep during the show so I have to read everything to give a full rating/etc. 

Congratulations to all of the new Champions (Stark, Aria and King Tibbs) and a job well done by the 24/7 and CITV winners Nico and Theron. Everyone who won deserved their shine. 

I will say briefly about the battle royal that it was a long, LONG match, but I did my best to give people who worked their asses off shine (as I was instructed to do) and include some stuff that people would enjoy or in some cases hate. It dragged on, but it had far too many people who worked hard to be a standard throw em out/basic battle royal. Did I add i a little too much talking and too many comedy spots? Probably....but meh. 

This is the third time I've written the 24/7 and i understand ya can't please everybody (Especially Stark apparently.) But if you enjoyed it and appreciate the people who got time in and all that, thanks. If you hated it....I get why you would.

I think it should be clarified that the Battle Royal wasn't bad, but at the time and how long it went, if a match has you rolling your eyes so much, it kills the pacing and could leave people exhausted and to lose interest. I get why the length is there, but stuff like La Diva and the people didn't promo really could had been dropped for the sake of pacing. But hey, Battle Royals are tough to write, and Carlos put a lot into it, and it probably came out better than it could had. So while I know Moore has started the bandwagon to hate it, chances, people that read it when it's posted aren't going to get it and should just be like, did not work for a live setting. But let's not crucify the writer for offering to do a really difficult task, and considering the prize and the point of the match, it got where it needed to be. So props to the writer. The people that were heavily involved in the match enjoyed it, and that's probably what really matters as most probably only concern themselves and their match. Unless you're Jacob Moore and you hate everything.

This is the only thing I've EVER criticized heavily the whole time I've been in EAW. You ask for honest opinions and you will get it. I wasn't the only one annoyed with it as you can tell by the rest of these reviews and when it happened in chat. The BR should've been on the pre-show. And now that I know Xavier was the one winning it, I find it entirely unfair but whatever. It wasn't a match I expected to win so at least I'm not bitching about losing because 32 other guys would feel the same way. I was mentioned a solid 3 times in the whole 50 minutes and considering people who didn't even promo lasted longer while I promoed technically 4 times, does leave a sour taste in my mouth. Like I said though, props to Carlos. I couldn't write a big match like this and make it even the slightest bit exciting.

Who Stole the Show: DEDEDE and Senn had a pretty good match

Rating/General Bomments: Was a great first show, the intro was very nostalgic and I truly appreciated it. Loved how the ideas I collabed with different people on regarding my intro came to fruition. I only came to read my match but I found myself being attached to the others as well. Happy that Aria got her moment, happy that DEDEDE walked away victorious. As far as the battle royal goes, yes a bunch of people put in a lot of work on the promo page and deserved their shine, no ones arguing that.. theres also a bunch of people who barely promoed or didn't promo at all and couldve been eliminated quickly thus making the match go quicker. Yes there were 34 people, not 34 promoers.. and with there being that many people in mind knowing the match will be kind of lengthy in order to give everybody their just due, adding unneeded La Diva and Amy Jayne parts which took up way too much time was pointless. The time spent on that couldve been spent on giving more people who actually promoed some cool spots in the match rather than putting that much attention on 2 people who didn't even promo(one who I dont even think was billed in the match). It's one thing to have a quick comedy relief spot and keep it moving, it's happened plenty of times before and we enjoyed it.. but these dragged on forever. I also didn't like how LC got eliminated so quick when he promoed a bunch of times.. there was definitely a couple people he couldve outlasted who he didnt. Now as far as the outcome is concerned im happy with that, Theron did his thing. No offense to Carlos as I'm sure he worked hard on the match but bonstructive briticism isn't going to kill him. If somebody's breath stinks u gonna stand in their face and tell them it smells like winter fresh or are u gonna cover your nose and tell them to brush that shit?

Overall Rating: 9/10.. woulda been 10/10 if it wasnt for the BR

Favorite Match:
DDD vs. Senn.... DDD's match on PFP is always spectacular for me no matter what kind of match that is.

Favorite Moment:
I love when Metallica comes out and have a live show for Cage. Good to see y'all bringing Metallica while I can only bring a cheap violinist.

I thought either TLA or Lars winning it but well, I don't mind the result will be. y'all doing a great job!

Rating/General Comments:
I have no comment at all. The battle royal is alright for me as I take a good point about people commenting above. I lost but I have no problem at all losing because maybe that's how far I give in promo page and stuff. This is a great show after all considering this is yall's biggest event of the year. Good work and tonight will be amazing once again!

Favorite Match: hmmm. I'm torn between the Women’s championship and the Interwire title match 


Favorite Moment: Sailor Aria. Im a huge mark for the original Sailor Moon dub from the mid 90s


Most Shocking Moment/Result: I probably shouldn't be, but Tiberius getting the win was a little bit of a surprise to me. Also I thought TLA had CITV. 


Who Had the Best/Worst Night: best is everyone who got a win at the biggest show of the year. Worst would be Impact, Senn, and possibly Cailin depending on what the Sanitorium does with her. 


Who Stole the Show: He Women’s title for sure. 


Rating/General Comments: as glowing as I've been there were a few things I didn't really care for. The 24/7 didn't need all the hijinks, and it really slowed down the match, didn't add anything to it, and heavily featured a character who wasnt involved while ignoring several people who put their time and energy into the match. Also didn’t care for the whole thing about pulling a gun, only to say it was a fake, like what was the point of that?  

Those things aside, on the whole this was a good show imo. I really liked how this one paced itself. It had cool spots, but picked and chose when to do them so you could appreciate them. The matches were intense but not barbaric, and from any of these results you can build Feuds and stip matches from them. Also I typically get super burned out at shows where we kill 20 guys in the first 2 matches. With this kind of pace I stay invested in the whole show start to finish. 


Overall I'm giving this one a 9/ 10. Some might feel that's high, but I just really appreciated how this one took its time with things, and every big spot mean that much more because of it.

Favorite Match: Cash in the Vault or my match. Cash in the Vault was written so well for being the match it is. Usually, it is just seen as a clutter-mess but it utilized every single character in the match for a good amount of time before producing a great winner. All props to Ken there. 

My match for obvious reasons, it was a different kind of PFP match to me. And to have Banks and Mak by my side whilst pinning a rival in Ares for the first time was a very good feeling for me.


Favorite Moment: Drake Jaeger segment was so funny and I am glad he is back in some way, also Aria winning the title was a good watch. Obviously, Mak coming out got me hyped up.


Most Shocking Moment/Result: The most shocking result to me was Tiberius Jones victory. Not in the sense that he could not pull it off, but the delivery of it all was shocking.

HBG going over Imp was also very shocking. I honestly thought HBG might have wanted that ending for herself but Imp losing and ultimately 'leaving' was not something I was expecting.


Who Had the Best/Worst Night: The best night has to go to all the winners, especially Nico and Tiberius Jones. The worst night to all the losers, especially Y2Impact and Drastik. 


Who Stole the Show: Mr. DEDEDE and Jacob Senn with all their moments ultimately stole the show in my eyes.


Rating/General Comments: It was a great first day with a bit of everything. I think it started off really well with the Hall of Famers esque match and then just drove from there. It wasn't anti-climatic at any point of the night, nothing was really predictable. Even though the majority of the world title matches would be on the second night not to mention the Headliner, I think Day 1 was good in constantly building up the greatness of the show. The writers with all the segments and well written matches have to be a big mention here. I honestly loved the show, it gets a perfect rating from me.
