The most unique and inimitable voices in rap, to me, were Nate Dogg and Biggie Smalls. You hear a few rappers with voices similar to Tupac. How many guys deliver it and sound like Biggie?

Twista was one that was ridiculous. It mostly sounded like incomprehensible gibberish at times but sometimes it was amazing.
Mannie Fresh for some reason was another voice I enjoyed hearing on tracks. I always found him funny.
