So for New Years week this week it's basically "open season" on pic base changes. Now first thing's first I'd like to say that I strongly advise against changing your pic base unless it's something you know you can keep for a long time. 

A lot of you (stupidly) changed your contracts, sign ups, avatars and ETC BASED ON YOUR INTENDED PB CHANGES but none of them were confirmed or solidified either. Meaning if your dumb ass hypothetically changed your contract to AJ Styles based on Senn's reservation of someone else, but Senn decides he wants to keep AJ Styles despite reserving someone else, you STILL don't get to post on here that your picbase is AJ Styles until Senn says he is changing his picbase to someone else.

If you do not post your picbase change in this thread, your change doesn't count. You don't need to reserve anyone to change either, as long as they're open. 

I'd like to announce a few pic base rules and regulations that will come into play effective immediately.

THIS WEEK AND THIS WEEK ONLY, YOU ARE PERMITTED TO CHANGE YOUR PIC BASE.



ONCE YOUR PIC BASE HAS BEEN CHANGED OR RETAINED DURING DRAFT WEEK, YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT FOR THE REST OF THE CALENDAR YEAR. NO EXCEPTIONS.


ANY PIC BASE TAKEN FROM THE EAW DRAFT WEEK OR (in this case) 2017 NEW YEAR WEEK MAY POSSIBLY REMAIN "TAKEN" FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CALENDAR YEAR REGARDLESS OF IF THE PERSON IS ACTIVE, INACTIVE, IN EAW OR NOT. 


THE RULE ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO SIGN UPS AFTER THE EAW DRAFT. 


NEW SIGN UPS WHO PICK A PIC BASE ALREADY TAKEN BY SOMEONE WHO IS INACTIVE WILL NEED PERMISSION FROM THE CHAIRMAN TO USE THE PIC BASE AND MAY BE ASKED TO CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.



THE NEXT AVAILABLE WEEK TO CHANGE YOUR PIC BASE WILL BE THE DAY AFTER PAIN FOR PRIDE 10 IN THE DRAFT SEASON.
